I've been there for the first time after I saw a post on Instagram made by a influencer from Brazil. The service was terrible. I regret coming there to get my nails done after a long day working. The whole experience was a disaster. The technician seemed mad because I was her last client (7pm) and didn't say a word to make me feel comfortable during the process. Didn't explain me anything, gave me rude directions ("move"... "no"..."now") and didn't take my cuticles properly. I left very unhappy after spending $50 (plus $8 tip through Venmo since I didn't have any cash and the girl was giving me a face). Plus they were all (even the front desk desk girl that were getting her own nails done when I tried to pay afterwards) wearing earplugs and doing something else more important than taking care of the clients. read more

Lesson learned: never skip the reviews before heading to a new nail salon! At first, my nail tech showered me with compliments on my gorgeous feet, but the experience nosedived from there. Yikes! I was left bleeding from my toes due to some over-enthusiastic nail instrument digging. The whole pedicure was a quickie, and the foot massage was M.I.A. To add insult to injury, they tried to charged $40 for the privilege, even though their website claimed the pedicure was only $35. Needless to say, I won't be back and understand why this salon has such a low rating. read more
