Got the worst pedicure you could imagine. First, my father had the water spray all over him from the pedicure scrub. My water was burning hot so i asked to make it cooler and it was turned ice cold. Every tool they used looked dirty. My toenails were cut on an actual 45 degree angle!!!! The nail polish didn't go to the end of my nails. The polish job is actually horrendous. A blind 5 year old could do better. The nail polish isn't even sitting on my nail bed it's puffing up. My feet are not smooth whatsoever. The hot towels had shit on them and looked so used. My nails chipped after two days of having them done (I did gel and acrylics) The people that work here are to themselves and don't really care about knowing your name to say the least. They just do your nails, you pay, and you leave. There is also no music, and when I was doing my pedicure the lady next to me was on her phone the entire time. I understand if you have to answer a call, but cellphone use should not be allowed. The good thing is that they do your nails meticulously but I'm not sure if I would recommend. It cost me 98$ for acrylic refill with gel, and a gel pedicure polish change. I'll probably come back because no appointments are required (walk-ins welcomed), but it's not the first place I would go to. read more

I am in town for work and chipped my sns power manicure (which was long overdue regardless) and I found this place in close proximity to my hotel (East hotel) to get my nails redone. The owner was awesome, super friendly and funny, and did an awesome job on my nails. I am not one to put negative reviews out there but hopefully this will only help the business in the future. I was on vacation for a week in Brickell and needed a last minute dip manicure. The male owner was kind and got me in at my preferred time. The woman who did my nails was extremely rushed and did a sloppy job as I had to point out the section of my nail she missed. Secondly, she didn't apply a powder base coat and only applied the color which I've never experienced before. After less than a week, my nails have chipped completely and the powder continues to come off. For $55, I am so disappointed that this was the outcome and while I can't imagine that happens with every nail tech, but those who give powder manicures should know how to do them correctly. I pay less money in NYC/Washington DC and my dip nails last 3/4 weeks. Kind people but poor results and I hope they will take this review into consideration. read more

Not good. I got a Dip Mani and Pedi for $90! and totally not worth it. I didn't think dip polish could chip or break but within a week my nails were completely destroyed. I made an appointment for early evening when they opened and they were able to accommodate me - even when I came by earlier. They have a great variety of new polishes, as well as a good beverage offering g of water and three types of wine. The nail techs are very friendly and accommodating, and the environment is peaceful - unlike most nail shops- and very professional yet casual. Do not patronize Brickell Nail Bar. The staff is rude and the legality of their operation is questionable, in my opinion. 1. Brickell Nail Bar appears to issue gift certificates in violation of Florida Statute § 501.95(2). Per Florida Statute § 501.95(2) a gift certificate purchased for value by a customer may not have an expiration date or be subject to other fees. On November 1, 2023, Brickell Nail Bar issued a $100 gift certificate in exchange for $100 in cash. Printed on the certificate is an expiration date of 3 months from the gift certificate's issue date. Because the gift certificate was purchased for value in Florida and Brickell Nail Bar is a Florida-based business, the gift certificate with its purported 3-month expiration date appears to violate Florida Statute § 501.95(2). 2. Brickell Nail Bar refused to return the improperly issued gift card. The improperly issue gift card does not contain any term stating that the gift card is not refundable. This fact and the expiration date issue were brought to the manager's attention on November 5, 2023 and a refund was requested. The manager stated, "The owner has the money, and it is gone. There's no money to refund you." When asked if we could call the owner to discuss, the manager informed me to "just get out of the store." Simply put folks, do not patronize a place that engages in this type of conduct. Brickell Nail Bar seems to fail in its understanding of very basic obligations imposed on Florida businesses. In my view, this calls into question the company's competency at other more important and complex business operations - e.g., compliance with health standards. Further, Brickell Nail Bar's failure to observe standard business etiquette and avoid the manager throwing a hissy fit in front of customers makes Brickell Nail Bar a place you simply don't want to patronize. Legit the fastest gel manicure I've ever had. I clocked it at 17 minutes from when my previous gel came off to when I paid. I didn't mind bc I walked in on a busy weekday afternoon without an appointment and they fit me in right away. All of a sudden she didn't know any English. I got up and told her I'm done. First and foremost they asked me to pre-pay when I walked in the door which is the first time I've ever had that request before. I guess they thought I'd run out of store lugging four large Saks Fifth Ave bags full of items I just purchased. Having already pre-paid for this shitty manicure, that bring the cuticle push back one two fingers, I got up and told her she would indeed be getting one of the worst yelp reports and reviews I had ever left. Went here over the weekend and had an overall positive experience. I wouldn't say it was a super high end luxurious experience but also I just got a regular manicure. Prices are inflated a bit for the area, but the service is generally the same as less expensive areas. I was kinda hot from walking around the outdoor mall and when I walked into the salon, it wasn't warm, but a little cooler AC would have been refreshing, moving air and they didn't offer anything to drink until I mentioned I was thirsty and the girl said they were out of water. Probably something helpful to keep in stock, especially as weather gets hotter. I was expecting a longer hand massage, but no big deal. Overall, the manicurist did a nice job. She helped me pick out a nice color and It wasn't too fast or too slow. I felt the place was clean.
