I will never give this location my patronage again. I shopped twice in one day. First time was a positive experience. Second time not so. I needed to exchange an item that was defective. A designer head cap that cost $3.95. I bought 4. I just wanted to exchange it. Older lady at the cash register said "It is not on receipt!" I had to show her twice that it was. That it was rung up as 4 items at $3.95. She just waved at me in frustration telling me "just go, go exchange!" So I went picked out a new head cap. I told her I wanted to do more shopping. I started to do more shopping (looking at the wigs) same lady is following me around the store as if I'm going to steal. I know I did not give any I steal vibes. I came in there with my ten year old daughter. All I can say is I will never shop there again. I been to, too man beauty supplies in the area that say hello when you enter. Outstanding People! I recently moved to the grayson area, and I pass this beauty supply store on my way home . Im so GLAD I went in there. The items here are 20% more expensive than area stores!This store is supposed to close at 8:30 but at 8:15 the owner says they are closed. I asked if they are aware the sign on the door says 8:30. I wish I could give negative stars...I came to this store yesterday evening to do some shopping, and there were the loudest, most ghetto sales associates in the wig department I had ever seen. They were cursing loudly, even in front of children. They were talking about fighting (being violent), especially the sales associate with the blond colored cornrows, and the other girl wasn't much better. They had no respect for any of the customers there, and the owners of the store seemed either not to hear them or care. Customers deserve respect and courteousness when they are patronizing your store. This was totally unacceptable and a very bad look. read more

I went in on May 22, and the sales staff were friendly and very helpful. I found a few really nice things I needed and paid a fair price. He (that's her name) was very helpful, as John and the others. The store has it all, really it does, the products they find from all over the US is there, and at a great price. The manager and workers at this store were very rude and unprofessional to consumers. One of the owners was cursing profane languages with very young kids in the store and behaving very rudely. This store and its workers don't care about consumers, only about the money they can get from consumers. I personally would never job at this store again. I have been shopping at this store for a long time, but I'm very disappointed with the manager and staff. When operating a business, one the main thing is treating consumers with respect and dignity. The reason being that if you have no consumers are coming to the store, it will definitely goes out of business. Treat consumers right and you will have a successful business. The reason why some of these store owners, especially Beauty Supply stores treat consumers with disrespect is that consumers don't know their rights. These owners think their will always have consumers coming to the store looking for hair products and doesn't matter if they lose 10 consumers. African-Americans will always need hair products especially wigs and extensions, so that's the way Beauty Supply Owners think and that's way they get our money and treat us with inferiority. Who are the largest consumers shopping at Beauty Supply stores? We as consumers need to know our right and stand up for respect and justice. Horrible and they think everyone black steals. Actually I came in looking very nice with my $1500 Burberry handbag. People , I'm a light skin AAmerican woman. So, trust me it's all black people ok. I'm 55 with my own business. I don't need to steal. Here's my story. I normally do not go to those type of stores because from past experiences of others. I walked in and they didn't have my product. So, I asked the cashier did she know if a substitute. I would say 7 minutes later a man walked by me , looked and walked to the back of the store. Next thing I know as I go around the stand he is peeking from the tee stand at me. I started laughing and said I don't need to steal and walked out. Ladies here's my regimen. Aloe Vera,, honey and 2 avocados - blend well and heat ( conditioner). From growth us an onion on your scalp . To mask smell us a light oil of choice. Moisture - use castor oil and aloe Vera leaf. You don't need their products. This works for all hair types . Again, I'm 55 with almost waist length hair. I've been natural for 6 years. If I can do it so can you. Keep your hard earned money and go to the grocery store for your products. Natural ingredients is the keep. read more
