I've been coming to this dry cleaner for the past two years since my local cleaner in Arlington closed. I can't tell you how pleased I am, even though it's twice as long of a commute for me to get there as it used to be. It's well worth the trip. Mrs. Kim and Roxana are the two people that I interact with and both are very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and engaging. I have taken many items for sewing and the thread has always been matched perfectly, including on the sleeve of my down jacket. The dry cleaning is great and they always ask what kind of stain something is and then let me know the likelihood of it coming out. Often they have said it might not come out but then it does. I really appreciate them erring on the conservative side to not disappoint. They also use environmentally friendly products and all services are on site. This is the best dry cleaners and alterations locale I know of, in suburban Boston. They do all of their work on site, and exactly as requested. In addition to dry cleaning, they are excellent at tailoring, and I've put them to the test with several challenging alterations projects (from multi-layered gauzy dresses to wool coats). I even entrusted them with cleaning and preserving my wedding dress. As a testament to how great they are, I continue to bring my tailoring jobs to them, even though I've moved 3 towns away. Long story short, I fell into a creek wearing a fairly expensive (and my only) Brooks Brothers suit... caking in in no small amount of dirt and mud (as well as grass stains on the shirt). I was devastated at the time having worn it maybe four times by then, and thought it was a goner. The first suit I've ever bought since the discount special I used interviewing for jobs in college, surely it was totaled. Well, it apparently took them ~4 cycles at Aba to clean it, but it came back spotless (as did the shirt). To top it all off, the packaging they came back in donates a portion of the sale to breast cancer awareness and the woman running the place was extremely friendly. This is the first time I've used a dry cleaner in my life, so I don't have a lot of experience with problems people run into reading other reviews for cleaners, but I will not hesitate to return the next time I need something cleaned. One of the highlights of my neighborhood. To start, the folks at ABA are extremely friendly and customer focused. All of the work is done on the premises, so you don't have to worry about your clothes getting lost in transit. That said, during the 3 years that I have brought my dry cleaning here, I have never had an item misplaced. In addition, I've never had a problem with items getting damaged which is a problem that I have had with previous dry cleaners. Last, but not least, they've always been able to accommodate any rush items that I have requested. I can't say enough good things about them. I was looking for a new Dry Cleaning service in my area and checked Yelp. So glad I did, as ABA came highly recommended - and for good reason. Staff is prompt, courteous, the place is clean and sunny, and most importantly, they do excellent work! In addition to some clothing orders, I recently took a King-Size bedspread in with some faint "marks." Before I found ABA, I took it elsewhere and the marks were still there after the "cleaning!" Great place for dry cleaning. Love it because it's very convenient for parking and not too far from my home. The Chinese lady, the receipt lists her as clerk Peter ;), is always very friendly and helpful. They can be very fast if you need it, but are very thankful if you tell them up front when you don't need your stuff that urgently. Unfortunately, today was my last time visiting Aba Eurocleaners. While I have been happy with their services over the past few months, when I went to go pick up my clothes today, the owner told me that they hadn't dry cleaned one of my blazers because of a large stain on the front. The stain she referred to was a very large white stain, that I am positive was not there when I dropped it off. It was so obvious that it would have been impossible for m , or anyone else for that matter, not to have noticed it. Not only that, but the blazer smelled like it had just been dry cleaned, without a trace of my perfume which I use daily. I am not a fool. I continued to tell her that the stain was not there when I had dropped it off, but she refused to accept that this was their fault and it was clear I wasn't going to anywhere with her. It is disappointing to know that they are untrustworthy and clearly unable to take accountability for their mistakes. read more

I take my clothes here for tailoring and they do a great job on pant and skirt hems. Fast turn around and competitive pricing. I haven't had any complicated tailoring so I can't vouch for that. Dry cleaning and shirt laundry service is good too. I've taken my clothes to other cleaners/tailors in the area (not to be named) and this is by FAR the BEST! read more
