AWFUL! NOT RECOMMENDED! I called on a Saturday to make my appointment. Appointment was made for…read morethat following Thursday at 2. I had to take off work to get this done trusting that they would be there on time. I also had my husband move everything out the way for them so my house was all jumbled up. I waited and waited until 2:30 and I called to see where they were. Apparently something got messed up and I wasn't on their schedule but I was in the system? Weird... So I asked what they were going to do to fix it. She said she would call back. She did and asked if 6 o'clock would work. I said I have to meet my husband somewhere at 4:30 but I can hurry back and be home by 6. So that's what I did. 6:20 rolls around... she calls and said their machine got over heated and they wouldn't be able to come.. NOW I've been inconvenienced not once but TWICE. I tried once more to make it work and asked if they could come first thing Saturday morning (like 7am first thing) they said they could do Saturday afternoon.... there was NO way I was allowing them to steal my Saturday away from me because now I have trust issues.
