They called me to tell me it did not fix the issue and would need another $200 to dive deeper into it to figure out what it was. Complete incompetence by both the company and mechanic! I understand you are only as good as your workers are but for them to ask for another $200 because they had no idea what they were doing to begin with is crazy! That being said, they now charge $253 to diagnose a check engine light. I just cannot afford to pay $250 simply to walk in the door before the repair pricing even begins, so I have had no choice but to take my car repair business elsewhere. They do a fantastic job, the techs are wonderful, the repairs have been good, but they have priced me out of being able to take my car to them. The shop says they are now "corporate" and that the claim is with their accounting department. Again, it has been 4 1/2 months... No one ever answers the phone at the corporate office (which is in Arizona). No one ever returns calls / messages - I have left over 10. I am now paying an attorney to write a demand letter...
