I contracted this company to do work at our office. We spent nearly $8000 with this company and was planning to do more. Our main office was done in August 2019. We redid a floor with epoxy. We then did more work with this company in February 2020. Fast forward to late July and a couple of spots began to peel off. I called this company and the owner, Emil, kept saying he'll come. Days go by, weeks go by, months go by. The peeling in one area is getting bigger. When I finally get a hold of him today, he tells me that he probably doesn't have this color. He puts me on hold, comes back and says, oh I have a bit. Ok, says he, I'll send someone to do it in Friday, but I'll have to charge you. I was shocked. This is the guy who constantly told me at the beginning that this floor is so strong and the epoxy would last us for years. Now he's skirting any warranty on it. Why? Because he says "you damaged the floor!" How so? By walking on this floor that is "so strong and would last for years"? Should we start walking on the walls and ceiling instead as to not make contact and touch this inferior epoxy work? Do not do business with this person. Emil, the owner, will talk a big game but doesn't back it up with any warranty. Shoddy work and no warranty. And here I was going to do more work with him and even recommended him to dozens of people. In life, we learn the hard way.
