About two weeks ago, I left a review after a sales representative accidentally cut into the paint on my bumper while removing a decal and initially did not take responsibility. However, upper management and ownership handled the situation completely differently -- and that made all the difference. Ownership personally reached out and asked me to contact the sales manager. From that moment on, the experience was outstanding. The sales manager took full responsibility for the damage and arranged and paid for a professional paint correction to fix the issue. I was honestly blown away by the level of accountability and customer care. I expected pushback or excuses, but instead I received respect, professionalism, and a real solution. Mistakes happen, but what matters most is how a company responds. This team proved they truly care about their customers and their reputation. Because of this experience, I would absolutely recommend them and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Took the Jeep home, they left the hood open had to pull over and close it on the drive home. They didn't tighten any if the lug nuts before I left, they were barely on when I took the tires off. It's fun to see the difference between the first Camry produced in 1988 and a current 2018 version as they are sitting next to each other in the lobby. This is the 1st and largest vehicle manufacturing plant in America and you get to take the tour for free. The tour will start with you seeing a roll of steel and end with a completed car. Tour guides give you information as the tram transports you to each area of the plant. You will also see that they produce engines and full body panels here as well as 3 different models of cars including Lexus. It's amazing to see the robots welding the chassis, how clean this facility is and the sheer magnitude of the plant itself. You can do this tour a dozen times or more and still miss stuff as there is so much to see. No cameras or phones allowed on the tour. There was a nail in the tire and the dealership was unwilling to fix after purchase. Not only this, rattling in the engine when the AC is on. This was covered up in purchase with the radio. also- told nothing we can do. I wish I would've read reviews on this place. They claim to be a 5 star place but do not act like it. 5 stars would fix their repairs warranty or not like a decent human being and not sell to a young family a car that needs to go right back to the shop. I have tried bringing the car back as it seems to be a lemon? And the dealership has offered $8 lower than purchase price.
