From the moment we met Drew "The Car Dude" North, everything felt different. He genuinely made us feel comfortable, cared about, and understood throughout the entire process. He never once made us feel pressured or treated us like just another sale. He listened to every concern we had, answered every question honestly, and took the time to really talk with us instead of talking at us. You could tell he truly cared about helping us find the right vehicle and making sure we felt good about our decision. He was so personable and easy to talk to that it honestly felt like we had known him forever. We cracked jokes the whole time and somehow he turned what should have been a stressful experience into one that was actually exciting and enjoyable. A few experiences…read more First: 2007, I bought a car from Green's. It was a great experience all around. From the salesman to financing, the customer service was top-notch. Also 2007, not long after the purchase I hit a deer and took it to Green's garage to be fixed. Another great experience and one that turned me into a lifelong Toyota customer. I won't even consider another brand. Second: 2025: Brakes. After 18 long years of not needing brakes, it was time to utilize Green's garage again. Because of the timespan and not knowing how much of the brake system would need replacing, I didn't want to take my luck taking it to some random garage so I went back to Green's for the work. Some of the parts took an extra day to arrive but not a big deal at all. I had already planned for the few days of repair work wait. They also noticed there were 4 recalls on my car so they took care of those(free of charge). Work completion: The car is like new! No issues at all. Third: 2025: During the brakes incident, I didn't plan to buy a new car anytime soon because I was going to stick with my 2007 until the wheels fell off. For the better part of a year, I had been keeping my eyes peeled for a specific model that I had drove during my Montana trip in 2021. During the brakes incident, I checked Green's certified inventory... and there it was! The exact 2022 model that I drove on that trip! It must be a sign, right? The day I saw the car, I reached out to them to see if it was available, drove down to Lexington, took it for a test drive, got financed, and left with the new car. AGAIN! From the online interaction to the salesman to the loan officer, A+++++ on all accounts. It just further reinforced being a lifelong Toyota customer. Even being in Louisville where we have Toyota dealerships, I'll go well out of my way to do business with Green's in Lexington. Imagine our surprise today, less than three months after purchase and fewer than 2000 miles driven to discover the battery was dead as a door nail. It was completely corroded and needed replacement, If a dealer is going to tout a vehicle as ready for repurchase you would think that while changing the oil a technician might mention the battery needed to be checked. I'm very disappointed. Even if they had told me at time of purchase I might need a new battery I could have got one right then. Instead my wife was stuck in a grocery parking lot with a car full of groceries before someone got her started, told her about the battery and she went to Walmart for a replacement, Get it together people!!!

Called 2 hrs later said it was fix. Picked it up and 2 hrs into the trip warning light came back on and again no headlights. Called, texted and I got ghosted. 4 week ago after trying get a manager finally a lady from service setup another appointment. I went and when the salesman saw me turned white and asked what I was doing there. I explained left the explorer and left this time with no loaner. 4 weeks later they still got my car, Called service department and no one knew where the vehicle was. Positives for Yasser were after the sale, he was very good with paperwork, he spent 45 minutes with my son afterwards helping him to learn and figure out all the features of the vehicle. He followed up with my son to see how he was doing once he drove the vehicle off the lot which was great. Negative for Yasser was when we were talking numbers and trying to see if they would come down on the asking price, Yasser laughed in my face. This was unprofessional and very disrespectful. My insurance requires a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) to be done prior to insuring it. Well.....I had it done and the car was a POS. Tires were mismatched and worn, then Ron dropped off "new tires" (have text from Rod) they were also mismatched and worn, the inspection found severe damage under the entire car (front to back), and there was 7 check engine light warnings as well. Needless to say I did not buy the car and would WARN anyone from buy this i8 from them.

It turns out the car was sold to us with broken motor mounts, which caused our daughter to be stranded on the highway as the car shook violently whenever it hit 60 miles per hour. Not only does the car randomly die and then inexplicably start up again, but the air conditioner also works intermittently. To top it all off, the car emits a terrible smell after being driven for a while.
