The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. When I sent them a question regarding the job they bid they stated they would not work my project because I canceled an appt due to work. Won't answer questions. They don't give you the bid with the permitted price. This was a job that is suppose to be permitted. I wouldn't do an electrical install without a permit. They should be pulling permits on jobs that need them without the owner requesting. I had to request a permit to be added. The original job did not come with a permit. So they applied for the permit without even knowing if they could run the line and do the job. They sent me messages continuously about moving forward and I told them their price was excessive. Why don't they put the whole thread of the text messages in of me asking about adding a permit and them repeatedly asking if I was ready. My response of why is their pricing so excessive. His bank kept rejecting my payments and I ended up having to pay his wife's zelle account (??)  Long version: Romo took almost 2 months to complete my project of replacing the subpanel, adding a 20 amp circuit, and repairing any damaged drywall. He and his team cancelled/ no showed on my tenant more than 5 times and was super unresponsive when scheduling. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.
