I didn't have much hope, but I have these guys a shot! I have say, my hope has to turned to reality. I feel like a new person. Between the regular adjustments, the decompression machine and the soft wave technology, I am so very happy and able to move and do things that I couldn't before starting! And the most important part is that they wouldn't touch me until they took X-rays with there own xray machine. Which, btw, was a part of the initial evaluation. He is a great Chiropractor whom I recommend frequently, (along with recommending John). He has helped me out a number of times. I have gone to Bill for a massage quite a lot in past years. His attentiveness to you and what ails you (so that he can help out) is terrific. I've gone to other massage therapists and when I leave I'm in worse pain (sometimes for days) afterwards. Not with Bill! I have left there feeling great more times than I can count. I have been treated by some of the other staff a number of times and have nothing bad to say about any of them. Alice, Sue and the other ladies there are so sweet and always greet you with a smile. Even on the phone you can hear their smile. The business is always clean, tidy and welcoming. This is after also calling U of R ortho in Webster (phone lines had an hour+ wait). Then over to WellNow (doesn't do imaging) and finally to UR Urgent Care on Empire who was open and does do imaging. They confirmed the break, got us stabilized and referred over to Galisano. All's well that ends well but talk about disconcerting.
