I was referred by my waitress when we went out to dinner and I admired her nails. I went in on a Sunday and was seated right away. My nail tech was Ron and he was very nice and professional. The young man who took my reservation on the phone was at the front desk when we arrived and he also was very nice and professional. I told Ron how I wanted my nails and I feel like he did what I asked. I would recommend them to others and I will continue to go there myself

I stopped in this morning to get a nail fixed and as I was explaining what I needed, the gentleman at the desk took my temperature and sprayed some sanitizer and then shipped me off to a fabulous woman [I'm very sorry I didn't get her/their name(s)]. My (thumb) nail was fixed to completion as well as color matched WITH the cat eye design in 10 minutes flat!!! I will SURELY be going back here to get pampered next time I am in need!!

Crappy polish job that peeled in less than 24 hrs.

This was my first time at top nail. It's been in Joliet for years and I think it used to be called Lee Nails. My sister was a customer for a long time before she moved to Texas and always told me she only went to Vivian. Because I heard such good things, I decided to try this place because I'm looking for a new nail salon because the salon near my house in New Lenox has shoddy work. When I came in, they were obviously busy. It's a Saturday so it's to be expected. I asked for no chip manicure/pedicure. Micheal did my toes. Basic white polish. The polish was sloppy and all over my cuticles on top of my nail still being visible because there weren't enough coats of polish. Another young man did my nails. Same thing as the toes! I got yellow and my nails looked like someone melted a piece of craft cheese on my nails. Not to mention the polish was so bubbly that I'm sure it was old. The young man attempted to fix a nail he obviously messed up but just decided to cover it with more polish instead of actually fixing it. I asked Vivian if someone could clean up my toe polish and they looked better after that but it shouldn't have taken two different people to do basic polish. I wasn't gone three hours when my no chip started to peel on all of my nails. I wasted $75 for old polish and sloppy work. I would never frequent this shop again and wouldn't recommend it to others. Save money and do your nails at home. It'll look better. Trust me!

    What I asked for!

First time going back since they opened up after Covid-19 shut down. Yalll I must say they have improved!! From expanding the shop to make it bigger, to hiring people who execute the nails without an complaint. I don't normally write reviews but I had to do one today, because I walked in with a picture idea and left completely satisfied!

I guess for what I got done to my nails I paid 55 for my nails. The next day I lost three of the nails and the rest are chipping away one by one. All they said was they will give me $10 off my next visi. That is not good enough for me. I feel I should get a free set on my next visit. My nails are 3 days old and they look like shit.

Holly rushed through my pedicure so badly that she actually cut me. The guests across from us were already being serviced when we arrived, yet somehow we were both finished before them. Clearly, our toes had somewhere important to be because this was the express-lane special. The manager gave us 10% off, which we appreciated, but she didn't seem very interested in hearing our concerns. Then Nellie, the receptionist, repeatedly asked, "Can I help you? Can I help you?" Ma'am, relax--I'm disappointed, not delinquent. We were not about to dine-and-dash with wet toes. We fully intended to pay; we were trying to address the rushed, mediocre service--along with the fact that I left with an actual cut. For $65 per pedicure, we expected better care, attention to detail, and professionalism. Prima Donna? Prima Not It.
