I've given the new owner 2 tries now and am disappointed that my favorite salon has gone down the drain. The first time I went, I made an appointment for SNS. It took over 2 hours, when this has only taken 1 hour in all the last 4 years that I've been getting my nails done. I normally go to Nancy but she was on vacation so the owner is who was assigned to my appointment. It took so long because he was constantly getting up and doing other things and running all over the place. I had 3 different employees working on my nails in these 2 hours! I figured, they're new, I will try again. So I went back during my lunch break to get the SNS taken off, no appointment. Again the owner took me on. At the same time he had 2 other people getting pedicures that he was bouncing between. I was given a bowl of scalding hot water and acetone to soak and scrub. When he returned, he quickly cut and filed my nails. I was told to wash my hands and he returned to a pedicure. I was told to pay up front. I still had acetone and residue all over my hands so I had to ask the checkout girl to clean off my hands before returning to work. I was charged $10 for this preposterous service, I could not believe it! My nails were not even fully filed and the tops of them needed a little more love, you could still see all the damage and broken nail. The only way I will go back is with a scheduled appointment with Nancy (the prior owner). read more

This place has to be the worst place I have ever Been to get my nails . Rude customer service !!! My gel manicure was chipping of by the second day . It did not last me even a week ! The girl who did my manicure was mad because I asked her to put another layer. I don't mind paying $35 for gel manicure but when the job looks like my 4 year old niece did it then I must take my time to write a review . I also don't understand why people open up a business when they don't give a shit about there clients . Going to this shop for the first time it was the worst nail experience I've ever had. Two people worked on my nails and they cut my finger (same finger) TWO TIMES! Not the best manicure I've ever had in my life by any means but definitely the best I've had in this area. The price is super reasonable, too - $35 for a regular mani/pedi where every other place I've found is $35 for the pedi only. I'm veryyy specific on the shape and length of my nails and the nail tech (wish i got her name) did them exactly as I like them - really short and square. The paint job definitely could have been better but it wasn't bad at all and stayed for longer than most regular manicures. I wish she had taken a Q-tip with polish remover on it to clean up the areas she got on my skin like some nail salons will do. However, it's the best manicure and the best price I can find in the area and even a few surrounding cities so I will definitely be back. read more

The young man (a teenager?) who did my pedicure couldn't have cared less. He literally spent about half the time looking out the window, while providing the pedicure! I don't need to have an extended conversation but he could have tried making small talk, and he could have focused on the task at hand. And when I got home I realized he hadn't polished the ends of the nails. read more

I've been looking for a place around here to get a good pedicure for a good price and finally decided to try the place down the road and man I'm glad I did. This was the best pedicure I've ever gotten. They massage your legs FOREVER!!!! My nails are perfect and everyone is so nice!!!! I read all of the great reviews before coming. Once I walked in the door there was no greeting, only a directive to tell me where to go. My appointment was at 4:15pm I sat in the pedicure chair for 35 minutes before my feet were touched. The water was ice. They refilled it with slightly warmer water but still felt like I was sitting in pool water. My nails weren't cut remotely straight or filed down to make sure they were straight. Polish was spotty and could see through it in some spots. Certainly the worst pedicure I've ever had. read more
