Yesterday, my service was great when I came in for a pedicure, and I informed the staff that I would be returning later for a manicure. Before coming today, I even called to confirm that arriving at 6:30 PM would be okay, and I was told yes. However, when I entered the shop, several people started laughing and looking at their watches. One of the ladies asked if I was the person who had just called, and I said yes. After I checked in and sat down, she told one of the male employees that he had a manicure to do. He responded by saying, "No, I don't -- you do." The entire situation was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I sat there for about 3-4 minutes before deciding to leave and letting them know their services were no longer needed. Because I was so upset, I later called to make a complaint, but instead of addressing the issue, the lady acted as though nothing was wrong and claimed they were "just joking" and that I misunderstood the situation. As a business, professionalism and customer respect should always come first. If it was too late for a manicure appointment, that simply should have been communicated respectfully. Instead, I was made to feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. I am a very reasonable person, and I did not misunderstand what took place today. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to Top Nails In Goldsboro near WalMart in Rosewood. read more

Horrible customer service! They ignore you... take people all out of order. I wait for over an hr for a pedicure. While the workers played around, never checked on me. Over all the service and people was really amazing and very clean environment. They guy who did my pedicure was amazing and super nice and very good communication. But the women who did my nails yes she was very nice and had good communication but she did terrible on my nails. She didn't do a good job of taking my old set off and then she put a new set on and cut me multiple times but said it was because my nails was a little thin but that's wrong because my skin around my nails got cut. The new set is so crooked and no shaped evenly and the paint on my nails is all sorts of messed up. She didn't apply the acrylic or paint correctly and it just all wrong. Honestly the worst my nails has ever had done on my hands!!!!! read more

The real problem I have is that these were $66, definitely not worth it. I've had my nails done before and here it was painful. He said to another employee leaving "Take me with you" obliviously not wanting to be there. He was done in under an hour but it's sloppy and I know this wasn't worth $66, never going back. read more

This place used to be so good. However, now I have no idea why but the nails aren't lasting. I started out doing the shellac. It would last me over 2 weeks (if needed). But now, it's barely making it one week without chipping and peeling. So I switched to gel nails. Asked for shorter coffin style nails. They did match my wishes to a point but I had to correct them when adding my jewels as two of them were completely different colors. And then after 2 days one of the jewels came off. I'm sure when I go in they will redo my jewels but it's the fact that after paying $50 they are coming off within 48 hours. Not to mention the time it's going to take to go back to the salon and have them fix it. I do not recommend this location. read more

Had appointment but was still delayed. Apparently they were overbooked and understaffed. Got gel instead of dip so that my toes and fingers matched but that didn't happen? Toes were much darker. Gel "manicure" was very sloppy and rushed. Not happy!! Don't think I'll be back... read more

This was a great experience until the bill came. $176! For a hot stone pedicure and two full acrylic sets. No design on one order. A design on the other. Tried to call. They couldn't understand what I was saying and asked me to drive the 20 minutes to go back. This could have been handled over the phone with good customer service skills. First let me start off by saying the try using good attitude to try to win you over , but anyways I went to go get my feet and nails done, He was cutting actual skin offbeats f my toes and cutting my nails to the short where they gutted and I told him it hurried, he was very rude and rough and didn't take time to do my feet. I went to get a pedicure. I walked in so they sent me to the back. I was not acknowledged once I got to the back. No one ran the water or anything. I was there at least 15 minutes and another person came in and she was not acknowledged. 30 minutes had gone by and a staff was finished with a pedicure and I was next. Sadly, this was one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. I made an appointment for my sister and I. Thankfully my sister was sat down and serviced immediately, and I was sat next to her. I was between two nail techs as they worked away on their clients feet. I'm happy to wait but no one ever acknowledged me or even filled up my foot soak bowl with water for over 30minutes, which is so bizarre when my feet could have at least been soaking as I waited (even the lady sitting next to me commented on how strange it was). A technician finally came over and filled my bowl up with barely warm water (and nothing else-where's the scoop of foot soak/epsom salt?) but then disappeared again for 10minutes. My sisters pedicure was completed by the time she came to work on my toes. The technician instantly started pulling for cuticles, I didn't even get a cuticle cream/oil applied, which is standard. My toes were only filed but not buffed, and no lotion was ever applied- I've never had ANY of these things happen in all my years of getting pedicures. I'm a patient person when it comes to beauty services, especially given covid circumstances and short staffing, but to not address me for 40min when I had an appointment and then to receive a rushed and thoughtless pedicure after patiently waiting was upsetting and unprofessional. read more

Inside has been updated and looks great. I had a good experience while getting my pedicure but after getting home realized that my foot had been scrubbed raw and bleeding all along the bottom and side. This was an awful experience for my best friend Special. The technician who worked on my friend was named Lisa and completely butchered her eyebrows when she was only coming in for a clean up!! I do not recommend visiting this establishment because not only did they do a horrible job they did not hold themselves accountable for the terrible job that was performed. Special was NOT offered a discount, a refund or merely a credit for future services! She will not be returning and I will most definitely never be there in the future read more
