Luis was very pleasant to work with as well as very efficient and thorough. His estimate was detailed and at a very fair price. While he was on the roof, he also took pictures of a crack in the existing flashing on one of our vent pipes and he also show me a few tiles that were falling out of place. I told him I needed some time to decide about when I'm going to have the roof replaced and instead of just walking off, he offered to come back the next day to fix the crack in the flashing and he even reattached the loose tiles, which he did, at NO CHARGE! That is what can be called "EXCELLENT customer service", right out the door! As soon as we make the decision (which won't be too far out...), I will be hiring JLQ General Build to do the work.
