I would NEVER recommend this company or use them again. They are a big scam. They have no store front. Their address is in a office in an office park that offers shared business services so that they can have a real street address. They sent out a gentleman who is NOT AN EMPLOYEE, but has his own little business. Therefore, he was not driving a company truck, but arrived in a personal car. I was not told that about that upfront. The gentleman was fine....but I am sure that he is being taken advantage of as well as scammed too. I was told that rekeying locks would be $35 and up depending on the lock. Well these were no fancy locks, and I was charged $39 each. Then, I needed 2 deadbolts installed.....I was charged $178 for the 2 deadbolts locks themselves, $358 to drill holes for them through the 2 doors.......and then $175 for labor too. Besides being way OVERCHARGED, I was issued an INVOICE WITH NO COMPANY NAME on it. My credit card shows a charge from "ViewInvoice.com".........Again, NO COMPANY NAME was associated with the charge. Very strange! I did not research the company as much as I should have. I have learned my lesson. So Mr. "Top Notch Locksmith" (Avi Magi according to the company's GA annual registration information), I want some of my money refunded. read more

Similar to someone else's review, I was locked out of my house so I called this company and asked how much it cost. The person on the phone said $19.99 to come out and $25 for the service so I imagined $45. The locksmith did come out and opened my door within a minute and said it was $120 so I was totally shocked and I called the company again about the price discrepancy. If I had known it would be $120, I would have at least called other locksmiths to compare pricing. They said to call back on Monday during normal business hours to talk to a supervisor which I did and they said that's just how it is. I think it's MISLEADING; I will go with a different locksmith going forward who can give me a straightforward price up front. read more

Absolute scam. We called prior to them coming out to get a price (as we had locked keys in our truck) in which I was told $19 for the technician to come out and $25 service. The technician arrived shortly and unlocked the truck in less than 5 minutes. When going to pay, the technician said it was going to be $100 through cash app, Venmo, cash, or credit card (even though the paper in his hand said $110 which was also questionable considering it was already written down on a paper, in the trunk, and priced before he arrived). After our absolute shock at what they were trying to charge after the price that was originally told to us, the technician offered to do $80 while the person I called, Alicia, rudely said $25 was the starting free and said the lowest would be $89 as we were a "first time customer" and basically hung up after. An Uber to get the spare key would have been cheaper than $89 or even $100- so why would we pay that much more if we were told those prices initially? Finally we asked for a supervisor over the phone and agreed to $75 with him despite still being over overcharged. And on top of that the technician snapped at us as well while we were on the phone with his supervisor, trying to sort out the price to pay him, telling us "I've got to go" although he'd only been there for about 10-15 minutes maximum. Edit- My boyfriend just informed me that while I was on the phone with Alicia, the technician commented "white people" to him.
