The owner William is a very nice guy who is patient and answering promptly all my questions in details, willing to negotiate the price before the work starts. He gives me an reasonable and competitive estimate and he even cut down the price after he finished the work which gave me a little surprise and I am happy of course. He is also very flexible for the date/time of the work, I had to reschedule it and he did not have any problem, even though it was very cold on new date/time. Could not be more pleased with William's responsiveness and timeline. We noticed a leak in our roof as we left town, and called no less than 20 roofers - none of whom were available or able to make it out in the next few weeks. We were highly worried, given that the roof had not been looked at in a couple of years and we were concerned a leak may have done long-term damage. William and his team responded to our Yelp inquiry within 20 minutes, scheduled a visit for the next morning to inspect what was going on, and finished the work within 48 hours. Turns out the roof was in great condition but the chimney hadn't been re-pointed in at least 20 years; his team was on site and finished the job before the next time it rained.
