I called the owner last week and set a date for today between 2-4 pm. He said my staff will call you to let you know when they are on their way. Today at 2:30 I decided to call and make sure they are coming. Like last time I left a message, 2 minutes later a staff member called and said I am sorry I have to reschedule you cause our truck is at service! I asked for the owner "Kevin" and she said he is in a meeting! I planned this cleaning! I asked a person to come and stay the whole day so they he help me put the stuff back in the rooms which I have to do again and double pay cause Top Notch doesn't appreciate my time/money/and planning! Great service from start to finish! I am so happy with the results, our windows are sparkling and look fantastic. He was able to remove the bug screen from the outside, because I am a little hesitant right now to have anyone inside the house, so the job was able to be completed without anyone stepping foot inside! The gentleman was very professional and did a fantastic job, labouring away in the boiling sun. I was also very grateful that we were asked if we had any animals, and when I said yes, but that the dog was inside, he then asked if he could keep the gate open, which I appreciated, as many people don't pay attention to that sort of thing. Kevin, who I was in touch with at the office, was very friendly and stayed on top of it, checking in with me during the lock-down as we came up with a plan. I recently bought a new home and after a few months was starting to see dirt, spots, and spider webs accumulating on the exterior, particularly around the large windows in the front and the sliding glass door in the back. I've known Kevin for some time as a customer of his excellent house cleaning services, so the bar was set pretty high when I asked him to clean the outside of my windows. Booking was easy. He makes it simple to connect, review possible schedule dates and times and then make a selection. With COVID, we did all this through a few quick emails. Chris from Top Notch arrived on time and ready get to work. After a brief, fully masked walk around the property to review each area and identify any trouble spots, Chris got right to work. I was able to monitor his progress through my office windows and he was fast and thorough as he progressed across each area. When he was done, he knocked on my front door to let me know status and ensure I was happy. Indeed, I was. Very happy. Kevin sent me an email shortly after that to authorize payment on my card and that was it. Clean windows. I'm sure the spider webs will return in time. But that's a matter for another provider... They promptly scheduled our home, even accommodating a weekend request so I could be home when they came. Every single window, inside and out. Top Notch Window & Carpet Care came to my home and did a fantastic job cleaning my windows inside and out. They also cleaned my gutters and washed my solar panels. Everything is sparkly clean and ready for the winter rains. We managed to have them clean the inside of our windows and keep a nice social distance between us. I have used Castle Cleaners before the name change. Especially after the Woolsey fire smoke damage. Now "Top Notch" as the name change was good, on time, and through. They seemed to be Covid compliant and did a sparkling clean job...and cleaned up afterward. They are flexible when i had to change my appointment; they also arrived on time; my washer Junior was polite, professional and a perfectionist. He even did the garage! To update my previous review which was not very good, I have to say that Kevin and the staff of Top Notch really took responsibility and ownership and addressed the problems with urgency. After speaking with the owner of the business he recognized that there may have been some misses in the quality of the job and offered to come out ASAP to redo the carpets and couches. Second time around the guys really took their time, they scrubbed the spots on the floors, addressed the stains that came up from the first cleaning and spent quality time vacuuming up the moisture from the carpets. By the time I came home my carpets were mostly dry, there was no smell and the stains had been completely removed. I will say that they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied by cleaning all of the edges on the carpets and even vacuuming the couches thoroughly. I truly appreciate the sense of urgency and ownership in my concerns. They definitely proved that they care about the quality of work they do and I am very satisfied with the services at this point. I was impressed that George could remove the screens from the outside so he didn't have to come in the house (except for one hard to reach top window) which was nice since the whole family is home right now due to Covid restrictions.
