Adis got right back to me promptly, followed up in a timely manner, explained the procedure (using the existing outlet in the next bathroom for the new outlet power by running a conduit on the wall outside the house and connecting the new outlet, rather than breaking the drywall in the main bathroom and running Romex cable to the existing outlet there, which would have overloaded the circuit and created more work and expense involving drywall repair and painting...) My lights have been flickering, which has been really bothering me. The owner, who seems like a nice and knowledgeable guy, initially suggested starting by replacing the buzzing breakers to see if that would fix the problem. It didn't. He came back two more times and eventually identified that there's likely a mixed-up wire somewhere inside the house. He replaced another breaker and said I should wait to see if the flickering persists, suggesting a thorough inspection if it continued. Unfortunately, the flickering is still happening. This time, though, I've tried to contact him to come back, but he's been unresponsive since. Maybe it's because the job is difficult, and he doesn't want to waste more time on it. read more

Just an update on my original review for Top Rank Electric / Adis and happy to report they continue to provide amazing service. Had them work on more substantial work this time by adding additional outlets; which can be a challenge to older homes. The team was in a 8am as promised, worked through lunch (declined the offer to be bought lunch) and was out by 2pm with all the outlets we asked for in good working order. All the while Adis communicated in a way so I could understand the scope and impacts. Very good attention to detail, even clocked the screws on the face plates (that's where all the screw grooves face the same way). Adis is the man!! We hired him to install a 220v outlet for a W/D hookup. He was extremely knowledgeable and is an excellent communicator. During our search we spoke to a few different electricians and got the feeling that most of them were trying to gauge how critical/urgent our situation was and try to take advantage by charging a premium. Adis was different. He asked us to take some videos to send to him. Luckily he was able to quote based on the videos and conversations. Maybe because this part of the project wasn't too complicated. This was very efficient early on in the project. We did have a challenge along the way where the new wires might have been visible so he worked with us to give us options on how to handle it and pricing options based on our budget. This made it easy as well for us. The workmanship was great! We ended up with a bundle where he would install the 220V, install a new outdoor motion sensor light fixture (hard to reach area) and a few GFCI upgrades. In fact when trying to install the light fixture, I broke the fixture being clumsy. He promised he would be back when I had a replacement to finish the job and he did. Adis was amazing! I needed a new outlet in my office to hang a custom neon sign. He made sure he was able to do it with minimal holes cut out. So, there's barely anything to patch. He also went above and beyond his duties. I didn't like how the cords ran down the walls, so he made two small holes and ran the cords behind the wall so you don't see them. The paint behind the clean base of the sign was dirty and he said it would look bad on camera so he brought in a cleaner and actually cleaned the wall! Just an amazing guy.
