This place immediately left me with a bad taste in my mouth. You can barely walk through the lot. I couldn't open the door enough to get in the car I was looking at. The trunk auto closed because they have the cars so packed together. I wanted to test drive the car and actually be able to check it out. They wanted me to go in the office and to talk about financing before I was able to even get a good look at it. I do not suggest this dealership. read more

Hannibal and Nailea are dishonest at best. Our family purchased a vehicle at Top Ride Auto at the beginning of 10/2022, it has been nothing but problems. Come to find out the work they had ensured was performed on the vehicle had not been done (timing belt, amongst other things ) they blatantly lied to us on multiple occasions, going as far as to pretend to look for the receipts in front of us while we were sitting in their "office". Right away we had to take the car to our mechanic (all three lights on the driver side were out, high beam, daytime lights and blinker. A week after that oil sensor comes on, we spend over $80 to drain oil and replace it with the proper oil. The next week the check engine light comes on, car shakes violently, and dies after picking our child up from school. Have the car towed to his mechanic Vartuk only to find out the timing belt was never replaced as we were told it had been, on multiple occasions. Car is unable to be driven after picking it up from his mechanic Vartuk on 11-29-2022. The check engine light and violent shaking were not addressed. The car is waiting to be towed to our mechanic so we can pay to have him properly diagnose the problem(s). It has been over 45 days since the car was purchased, not only do we have a vehicle that does not run, we still do not have even have the license plates nor the proper registration. All of this despite being required by Hanibal to return to "the dealership" days after purchasing the vehicle so he could take photos of the car, intently for this purpose. This experience has caused much more than mere inconvenience and financial woe, it has caused physical suffering and has taken a serious toll on our families health. read more
