I bought a Toyota 2014 Rav4 XLE in 2023 listed at 13k. I put 10k down in CASH. TELL ME WHY THEY SET ME UP WITH A 10K LOAN FROM ALLYBANK. When the remaining balance should have been 3k!?! Im noticing all the add on, and "theft tracker" now that I know better! It was my first car purchase, they took advantage me. I think what they alao did was put only 3k down cash, pocketed the rest of the money and when applying it to Allybank, they gave me a stupid 10k loan with a bunch of added unnecessary fees. Anyways, im only noticing because my car got flooded from the rain. And when filing a claim with my insurance, the insurance told me that it doesnt sound right. Basically the MATH AIN'T MATHIN. One of the worst places to buy a car. Recently bought a car at this dealership, which was stated to have no issues at all. But a week later, by passenger door lock stopped functioning properly. Another week, and i have fuel level sensor failure, which made me to replace the whole fuel pump. and when i was at the shop, for fuel pump replacement, i asked mechanic to take a look at overall condition of the car. he found that there was an oil leak, which was successfully "glued" with some substance. even though they seem friendly, they are there to rip you off. they will start with giving you bullshit about their cars to be lower than the market price, but at the end, throw in 2k for anti-thief device, which honestly, i wasn't able to even test, because of their stupid app, that didn't let me sign up. I am really disappointed in the car that I bought from your this dealer. Although the finance guy and the sales guy were great and friendly, the car is currently in the shop because something is wrong with the transmission. Even though I was told that the cars are valued at KBB value with no issues (despite the heavy old cigarette smell) and in top condition that's why negotiating on the price wouldn't be possible, that's not the case. I bought the car on June 27th and it stopped working July 7th which means I had the car for a week and a half. The car was maybe driven 300 miles if that... This company lied and told me that it was mandatory to buy the Anti-theft device and that it comes on all their cars. The price you see on the websites is not what you will pay they say they want to be competitive on Carfax and other Auto websites so they price low and then they start slapping all kinds of bs on the price when you start to purchase. I traded my 2017 Mazda 6 with 59,000 miles and paid cash for the difference so I told them I didn't need the Anti theft device for $1500 I have insurance. The manager made out and would not work with me on and was persistent I had too have the anti theft or they would not sell the car to me without it. They could've extended a car warranty for longer for me but they played with the numbers and took advantage. They didn't even pay for my license for a year. This is a very shady company. If you pay attention, which I'm assuming many of the negative reviews didn't, they are very clear about what you are being charged for. Misha explains every little detail of what you will pay upfront, what will be financed and how the financing works. There are NO hidden fees and NO fraud deals going on. You also have to remember when buying a used car, or any car for that matter (even new), they each have a life of their own. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER. I recently purchased a Range Rover from them. I was told that the car had a mechanical inspection as all of their cars do and that everything was good, no leaks, brakes were good, etc. With in one week the back brakes were making noise and the brake service light came on. I took it to my local Range Rover mechanic and they showed me that the rear brake pads had nothing left on them and the rotors were shot and the front brakes were not much better, $1600 brake repair bill. had the mechanic do an inspection on the rest of the car. The car has coolant leaks everywhere, the cost to repair is over $4000, the brake vacuum booster is bad, cost to repair $1100, seals on the axles need to be replaced $1200. Needless to say they either lied to me about actually doing an inspection or they lied that the inspection came back ok. There is no way that an inspection would have missed these things. My mechanic figured it all out in 45 mins, showed me all of the problems and explained how any mechanic that did an inspection would have caught this. So now I have an extra $7,900 in repairs on a car I just bought and was told it was mechanical sound. The bottom line is you can't not believe what they tell you, either way they lied to me and they will lie to you. They come off as super nice and genuine, but it is just a scam, typical greasy used car sales people. If you are going to buy a car from them I suggest you ask to have an independent inspection done on it. Scam alert!!! Made an appointment to test drive a very used vehicle. The sales people were nice, but their management would not allow me to purchase the vehicle for the listed/sticker price. They only allow you to buy vehicles if you add on their warranty and gps app. Those add-ons would've cost 4k additional. They gave me a "hard no" when I declined those additional charges. it's definitely a scam if the dealer won't sell you cars for the sticker price. The guy that was helping me that lives in Arizona is a car sales manager and he said that is extremely high for something like that especially if you can't opt out. I had looked at my first offer but didn't see that add on. BUT they also never mentioned it until I was ready to get the car. It was a waste of my time and money. all the reviews you see about the anti-theft and warranty add-ons are true. Anti-thefts and warranty should always be an option. If a customer does not want any of that, then they shouldn't have to pay for it. They also raise the sticker price when you make an appointment. They will tell you its the market value that fluctuates, which is true but, the price on a car my friend went to go see increased $500 in less than 24 hours. They will show you data based on this, but the data seems a bit inconsistent. They will approach you in a kind manner, but when you call them out on their ridiculous add-ons, or even try to negotiate, they will attack you based on how old you look, and will say that you don't know any better, or don't have any experiences (yes, I am talking about the lady with blonde hair). If you're thinking about buying a car here, don't. You're better off going to a big name dealer (Toyota, Honda, Nissan, etc....) or private seller. read more

Misha and Constantine are great sales people and based on other reviews, I believe my situation is not common. Although, they have chosen to ignore me after my concerns regarding the vehicles true condition. Only a week after purchasing a vehicle from them, I noticed low oil and had it topped. Another week went by and I received a low oil warning again, which resulted in an almost 3 week oil consumption test being done. Turns out, the vehicle has severe oil consumption issues due to extremely worn pistons and piston rings. During this test, the technician also noticed that the vehicle had a couple safety related issues that were overlooked by Dapper... a faulty alarm system (that goes off randomly), and a damaged CV axle, resulting in an almost $20k repair estimate. These exact issues were not even covered under the aftermarket warranty they tried selling to me. Everything else on the vehicle seems very clean and works well, to my knowledge, though, every dealership should, at the very least, have their vehicle pass a simple safety inspection. The CV axle is in a condition where it looks as if it has been damaged for years. Nonetheless, it would have been great to work out a reasonable solution with Dapper. Instead, I've been ignored regarding damage to serious engine components and safety related items. I originally chose to purchase a vehicle here because of the positive reviews, but I do not recommend anybody buy a vehicle from a dealership that most likely knew about these issues, and/ or failed to do a simple safety inspection. read more

The sales person here is GOING TO LAY IT ON REAL THICK to get you to feel like he's giving you a great deal. He'll tell you he's all about customer service. He's going to tell you he's worked like at two different car dealers while complaining saying that the reason he left was because those dealers would rip off their clients, which is really what he intends to do. We went in wanting to buy a 2013 Acura, fully loaded with about 105K in miles which was listed on their website for about 12K. He assured us that he was giving us a great deal but at the end of it all, he wanted us to walk out of there paying almost 20K for this car.... We wanted to pay this car cash. They forcibly want you to buy this car with a warranty and Theft insurance. What stood out the most as a red flag to me was that he basically looked at my father and I and said, "So money is not a problem for you" like he tries to read people to see if he could close in on ridiculous deals. He absolutely will say he can't take off the warranty and theft because "it's a good thing to have" but while we were arguing with him about not wanting this service, he basically said he didn't want to take this off because he needed those extra $600 bucks in his pocket lol. So he wasn't about customer service in the end if it like he tries to assure you he is. He would not sell the car because he felt that some idiot would but the car with the price he wanted and guess what? The car is still listed on their website and they've even reduced the price further down lol. We ended up going to another dealer and walked out with an even better car for a better deal for about 14K. 100000% do not recommend. read more
