On 1-30-24 I found on website that the order was listed as "Unfulfilled". I've tried calling several times and it goes to Auto Voicemail. Phone number 619-614-7953. I've only received Auto replies in email from my numerous requests. I just today sent in order cancellation notice, and again only auto reply. Contacted my credit card to Dispute and refund. Edit Just received notification that they will refund in full from the Top Shelf Happiness Team. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had with an online order. After selecting and paying for overnight shipping on a memorial gift, I went through two weeks of desperately emailing, calling and trying to get ahold of someone who could find my package. Ultimately, two separate packages were either sent via the wrong method (ground instead of air) -or- packaged and then left in the warehouse, not picked up. It finally arrived two weeks later than expected, which was embarrassing as it was meant to celebrate the life and legacy of the deceased. No one followed up. I ordered over $400 worth of whiskey and my card was charged. I received a tracking number that said "your order has shipped" but the number shows "shipping label created" but no delivery date. I check the order number on their website and it says it hasn't been packed yet. That was 14 days ago. I sent three emails starting 10 days after i received the shipping number. That seems patient to me. I emailed 2 days later. I emailed 2 days after that. I placed a call 2 days after that and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. No one ever came back to the line. Piece of advice: pay with PayPal so you have a way to file a dispute. I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received. Never even received my package yet they refused to refund my money after THEY made an error when shipping my item. They sent it to the wrong address so someone got 3 bottles of liquor for free. Completely unsatisfied with their customer service and false advertising. I specifically purchased 2 bottles of Trust Me Vodka from them based on the image of the bottles they had for sale - Trust Me Vodka produces Artist series and a limited number of bottles for each series. I needed the 2 bottles that they showed they had available but when I received them they were different Artist Series that I already had. When I called to find out how to return and exchange for correct bottles they said they only had the ones I received and could not take them back. They offered me a discount on future purchases but that would not be any help to me and I wasted $70 of my money on false advertising. My absolute favorite liquor store. Always have best prices on energy drinks which I am constantly buying. Have renovated over the last 6 months and now carry more alcohol than your neighboring grocery stores. They carry your typical beers and liquors but also always have new local ones to try out. Talk to the guys that work here about what flavor you like your beers and they'll find you your new favorite. Trust me The guys who work here are super nice and friendly and cool to talk to.
