Had to call the guys at the desk to sweep up the brass. One of the cheaper ranges for a reason. But I want to discuss their sales. As we know, IL has a 15rd magazine limit for pistols. In spite of this, and regardless of your feelings, they completely ignore it and have a ton of handguns with 18+ magazines for sale. Now we all know all the cops that frequent this place off-duty, and GAT feels like they can just skirt the rules. The problem is, if you're caught, they won't be held responsible at all. I pitty the poor new owner that is unaware of this restriction and suffers consequences. Used firearms appraisals? Forget it. Their offers are straight up insulting. Even Cabela's does better. They offered me 2x what GAT did without hesitation. Their ammo shelves are pretty bare too.

I highly recommend this business. Chris is an excellent instructor. He knows the laws, answers the questions and encourages students to reach out after the class with questions or how to navigate the online registration for CCL. Chris is very nice and has a nice sense of humor. Went to the range to qualify and I was very nervous as it has been a while since I went shooting. Not only was this a lie, due to their incompetence, trying to get in contact with anyone for an explanation by phone or email is impossible! To get any clarification I had to drive all the way to the campus to speak to someone, that was clearly sitting next to a computer and phone! I'm not one to leave reviews but this situation really touched a nerve and if it's this difficult trying to get into the program, I could only imagine trying to receive transparency while attending.

Don't go to this school. They search for students who want an LPN, RN or a BSN and then scam them…read moreof their money. They will make you pay for a reservation into their program which is 300 dollars and give you no service. They somehow have ACEN but you can't transfer their credits. They are charging ridiculous amounts of money for schooling when you could attend a much cheaper school elsewhere. This school is a scam and their info sessions are proof of this when you hear them discuss money and loans. They promise to give you a degree but they don't discuss the process and expect you to blindly pay them for services not guaranteed. Nursing school is complicated and they take advantage of this fact to take your money. Avoid if you want to save yourself from a scam school.
