Not only did they fail to offer any suitable alternatives, but they also insisted that I cancel the order myself. Unaware that this would result in a cancellation fee, I followed their instructions--only to find out I was still charged. Their customer service can use improvement. I ordered online for pickup and when I went to pick it up after getting a message it was ready I had to wait in line. Once I finally got to the front the worker took the order of someone that came in AFTER me like I wasn't standing there for 10minutes. He called this person to the window when the person was waiting in line behind me.
