I am going to give her grace because perhaps it was an off day however, I do not have to patronize a visit with my hard earned money if I'm not going to be respected. Allow me to say that the salon is not the most elegant is it the most clean. Certain things I have overlooked however, now I see that they are starting to add up charges for services when they did not before. If I am going to be subjected to premium prices, then I expect to be indulged in an atmosphere to where I am not seeing supplies in the bathroom or smelling the lunch of the technicians prepared in the back that fuses throughout the salon. To add to this the services offered are limited. The color choices or from cat eye or chrome or subpar compared to other salon however, the pricing is equivalent. Although the salon is fairly close and proximity, I will be seeking another salon for services moving forward.

I said I just want regular polish and so shook her head walking away and started speaking in her language about me . So I left feeling surprised that since I didn't want to use uv I wouldn't get service. 1 star -- and that's being generous…read more On September 15, 2025, I went to I Nails and Beyond for a simple manicure. The technician then persuaded me into getting a pedicure as well -- a decision I sincerely regret. Toward the end of the pedicure, I started feeling a burning sensation on my right foot. I didn't know why at first, since there was product all over my feet. But once it was wiped off, I realized there was a fresh open wound on my pinky toe. The cause? The technician was grating my foot like a block of cheese -- way too aggressively and absolutely unprofessionally. No certified tech should ever be doing that, especially not to the point of breaking skin and causing injury. (Assuming she's even certified.) When I brought this to their attention, no one cared. I asked to speak with a manager or owner, and no one would give me any information. No accountability. No apology. No discount. No credit. Nothing. Just blank stares. And to top it off? The same technician who cut my foot stood at the counter expecting a tip. My total came to $105, and not a single person tried to make it right -- they still charged me full price knowing I was injured under their care. Completely unacceptable. If you value your health, your skin, and basic customer service, do NOT go to I Nails and Beyond. I've included a photo of my injury below. Let the picture speak for itself.

My daughter has been getting her nails done by Tina for the past 4 to 5 years and the last time she got them done I really liked them. It was the perfect nail color a milky white powder and the perfect shape. I arrived a little bit before 11:00 a.m. and went directly to Tina's chair because she was ready for me. No waiting. Tina is very experienced with all type of nail designs as I have seen her do my daughters nails many times. She is super quick, skilled and is able to give you exactly what you want. My nails came out perfectly I couldn't have asked for better My pedicure was done by Linda. I had an issue with my big toe splitting in the middle to which I had already partially taken the nail down. I did not think that a nail tech was going to be able to make my toe look pretty. I was absolutely wrong. Linda took her time and filed my nail down to make it look like absolutely nothing had happened to it. She did not need to put acrylic on it or a tip she used my own nail. She was able to shape it sand it down etc. She made my feet feel brand new and that's always a plus. The color that I used on my feet is DND 642 Magenta Aura. Most of the times I find colors that I like on Instagram and then look up the number and bring it with me. A lot of times looking at the swatches in the nail salon can be overwhelming because they all are so pretty. I also write down the numbers so that I can always refer back to them. I was in the salon for maybe an hour and 20 minutes for both services. I have zero complaints about this place.

The woman that did my nails was an older lady she was friendly; which was the reason for the 3 stars. I just new the amount of coats she put on this was abut to last a good while. Its chipping already; the next day. Im so annoyed because it was $45. Im from ny and I dont even recall spending $45 for a mani but whatever. Im celebrating this wknd lets do it. The service was fine but to pay for something and it be chipping the next day smh. I didnt make thru to the party. I may give them a chance to redeem themselves. Im not sure yet.
