The same tech did all three of my services, which was nice. I'm pretty protective of my nail beds so I only do regular polish ever, but wanted to consider doing a rubber based gel. The staff was very kind in talking me through the options and helping me decide to stick with regular polish. The results was a beautifully shaped manicure, a pedicure to match, and perfectly shaped eyebrows. The interior is nicely decorated, and this is one of those nail shops that serves beverages with a service, so I had a hot ginger tea it was absolutely exactly what I needed and delicious. My only complaint, is that I was not given the advertised Bday discount. The website says there is a 10% birthday discount that never expires. When I asked about a discount at checkout, my nail tech was unaware and very kindly went to inquire. One of her colleagues came over and input a five dollar discount, which was definitely less than 10% of my bill. Overall, the service was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the wait was short. I spoke to Lisa and told her I used to come, stopped, and I am back to give them another try. I told her my nails are so soft and brittle, I just want to get a regular manicure to get my nails strong again. I was specifically told to come between 4:30-5:00 PM and that we would be assisted. However, the gentleman on the phone did not care to take down my name or properly schedule the appointment -- he simply gave us a timeframe and rushed off the phone. When we arrived, we were not accommodated the way we were told we would be. By 5:30 PM they were only just starting the third person, and by 5:49 PM they had finally finished the third person while clearly rushing through the service. During this entire time, barely anyone had even left the salon yet. What made this even more frustrating was watching station #15 take another client while one of the members of our party was still waiting. If there were delays or staffing issues, that should have been communicated honestly from the beginning. I complained THREE separate times about the wait and eventually spoke directly to the gentleman at the front, but he never followed back up with me, apologized, or made any effort to resolve the situation. Instead, both he and the lady at station #10 were constantly on their phones while clients sat waiting. Spending $166 to be treated like this is unacceptable. The ladies who worked on us were Sam and Diamond. Whenever the owner is here, he makes an effort to offer waters/drinks and make clients feel welcomed. Unfortunately, this staff did not provide that same level of hospitality at all. On top of the wait, my own service felt rushed and careless. Just because I got a basic mani/pedi does not mean the service should feel rushed. My technician did not even help me put my shoes back on after the pedicure, which is a basic courtesy many salons provide. To make matters worse, they tried charging an extra $6 for a cracked nail because acrylic was added to one toe -- something that was never communicated beforehand. I truly hope the owner implements a better system moving forward because this was extremely disappointing for a loyal customer who has spent years supporting this business.

I just had my nails done not even 10 days ago at the shop by Publix on E. Atlanta road, and I was right back the next day with a cracked SNS nail. She jigga- rigged it and the day after that, it broke and caused my real nail to split and I had to pry it off, and wait for it to heal a bit so I could get them redone, and the rest of them kept snagging people's hair. I don't have time for that type of nonsense because I need my nails for work. My clients have become so accustomed to getting a shampoo with my nails until I consider them a necessary business expense. I have been getting faulty nail services a lot lately, and having to go right back for repairs the next day after spending $80. There was once a time when one Asian nail shop was as good as the next, but now you have to be as picky about your nail tech as you are about your hairstylist.
