Company van changed lanes to pull in front of me on the road and then slowed down, going more than…read more5 mph under the speed limit. There was no one in close distance in front of him. I gave a little honk thinking perhaps he'd been distracted and didn't realize he was going under the limit. He then slowed down further and when I got in the turn lane and went past, flipped me off. I called the number on the van and sadly, it was the driver who answered, He said his name was Bill. I asked if he was the person driving on "xyz" street and when he confirmed, asked about his behavior, mentioning it was certainly not professional. His response was to call me a B*tch.
