I've been vaping for about 2 years and have gone to shops all over the greater Seattle area, and this is by far the best vape shop around. They have excellent customer service and have the wildest variety of nice of any place I've ever been. I wish I could give this place no stars but Yelp doesn't allow you to do that, so now the owner calls me and tries to get me to take my review off of yelp, claims they did everything they can even those his employee lied, we proved the problem with the joytech evic battery they said they couldn't do anything because I didn't have the recipes even though the guy that sold it to me the day before was standing right there, I said I understand but can you at least give me a discount on the iPV 3 Li I was purchasing because I had to get a new battery and they promised I wouldn't have the same problem with this one because they all had it and never had a problem, there response was no our manager would hang us out to dry if we did that, so I bought it full price and went on my way and said I would never be back do to poor customer service and then the very next day I had the same problem with the iPV 3 Li, took it back right after work and they claimed I had to have been touching the touch sensor, which I showed them was turned off and I never use it, so I showed them it was sticking and they finally after yelling and proving my point decided to exchange it for me after attempting to make me feel bad about having to have it exchanged, claiming "I'll just deal with Alex yelling at me for exchanging it, it's just something we have to deal with as associates." That really turned me off from this store not only as a future employer but as a business in whole. If you want a good wonderful, great customer service Vape shop go to Xhale Vape off East Lake Sammamish Parkway in Issaquah and get everything from there, they even gave me a discount on having to purchase a new iPV 3 Li box mode because the second one I got from this shop was having the same problem and it wasn't worth the hassle to have to try and go back and deal with it again, instead of paying full price they took 70.00 off for me. Now that is great customer service because I didn't even buy the first one from them but they have dealt with Top Vape before and they know how shitty the service is. Calling someone to try and get them to take down their customer service review from their store is wrong on so many levels, it's rude and maybe you should fix your customer service problems so you can get more positive reviews. read more

These guys are on point. I have gone to various "other" vape shops in kirkland, woodinville and redmond - this is the ONLY place i'll go to now. Great tasting bar, the absolute best (at least 25-30 different brands, high quality premium vapes) and they are always up on the latest in tech and products. Constantly let me know when i walk in that they have new vape lines in, and you're encouraged to try them! Other shops I've gone into - i feel like i'm walking into a porn-shop or creepy side business supporting illegal activity in the back rooms (i.e. super dark, ZERO customer service, or they're watching their friends rap video on a screen instead of acknowledging people). Total Vape has helped me as i've upgraded from a simple pen style to box mod... love these guys, and are hoping they open more shops throughout the east side! read more

My 5 months old Aspire PockeX had trouble charging up. No contact with the charging cable. Prepared to get a new pen stopped by one of their area competitors (who sold it to me last fall). No questions, no concerns. Except they had none like this in stock. Asked me to stop by on Monday, when their next shipment was due in. Next went to TopVape. Told same story. And was amazed of the amount of time and effort I received. After few pointed questions, got a new charger that completely solved the issue. They tested it before ringing it up, making sure all was in order. And all the while I had my wallet open for a brand new pen, I was nothing less than a vape shop owners dream customer. $10 to solve the issue and have my pen running strong for another few months+. $30 loss for the store today, but exemplary long term thinking. I'll be sure to come here for all my future hardware/coils needs and will feel great supporting this shop. This level of customer care is simply exotic these days. And I feel lucky having stopped by Top Vape today. read more

Shop is alright. They have lots of juices, but most the staff is unknowledgeable. I actually worked here and was surprised on who was hired. They are told to just up sale to the most expensive item. Over all it's ok for juice, anything else go somewhere else these guys process are through the roof, staff can be rude to. Definitely dog eat dog shop. read more

I think this place is great. There's always the same guy working when I come in, except one time. He's helpful, courteous, and will spend an hour with me when I want to try different juices. My boyfriend has purchases multiple products from him, and has always been happy with them. Their juice selection is always on point too. This review is coming over a year after shopping here. Why? Because I just gave a 5 star review to the best vape store in Redmond and realized maybe my opinion may help someone to not be scammed by this business like I was. When you see other reviews saying they had issues with their purchase and had to fight for what other business call Good Customer Service, you know to stay far away. I was told by the owners family member (nephew?) who was helping me open a tank I purchased a few days prior, that I was banned from shopping in their store. Seriously, who bans a customer if there happens to be a product issue? When you know the product you just purchased is defective and is under warranty by the manufacturer, why should it be a fight to make it right? The customer shouldn't have to prove to a business when warranted products sold are defective. The owner has zero customer service skills and is obviously in business to make money any way he can regardless of morals. The employee turn over was noticeably an issue. In fact the gal that sold me the tank I couldn't open after leaving the store was fired for stealing. I always felt I was interrupting a bunch of buddies hanging out vaping when I walked in. The haze was so thick it became a major turn off also. Thankfully, I was able to locate a distributor of my tank and they happily sent me a new one, no questions asked. The shady business tactics this business uses was well known to the distributor who helped me. I feel bad for the younger employees who work here (just wait). When I drive by this store it reminds me of unnecessary drama that I'm thankful to avoid. read more

Sold me a Juul with no questions asked about what I was expecting to get out of the product, like other vape shops (i.e. Vape on the Beach or EcignVape) have in the past, and when I returned the following day to get more pods of the flavor I liked, I was THEN informed that the flavors I liked cost the most in their selection, and are no longer being sold. I would've really appreciated that information BEFORE I bought the Juul because I would've made a completely different selection. When calling around to see the prices of Juul pods at other shops, a kind employee at EcignVape told me he would not have sold me a Juul at all and that there are other products just like it with more options, like any good salesperson would. When I called TopVape to ask if I could exchange the product for one that would actually suit my needs, I was told that someone would talk to the manager and call me back, they took my name and phone number, and I never received a call from anyone. When I called the next day and explained to that employee about the previous day's phone I was then told that there was just nothing they could do and that I should've asked before I bought it. Bad business to put the employees' responsibility on the customer. Very disappointed. Won't be returning and would suggest others go to a different shop as well. UPDATE FOR LYING OWNER: I did have proof of purchase, still have proof of purchase, your employees basically told me not to bother coming in because there was nothing they were willing to do about it. I stand to gain nothing from lying on the internet about your store, I'm only ensuring other customers are aware of your shady practices. No one informed me that JUUL is the only people capable of handling it either so your team still didn't do their due diligence there. Good selection and good customer service. However it's WAY overpriced. They were $15 more on the eLeaf iStick and $20 more on the Aspire Atlantis tank than prices I found for an Internet Store based 20 miles away. I brought up the high prices and they said it was for the "convenience" of having it now. You're also not allowed to return anything unless it's broken. And they told me it has to be PROVABLY broken. So I guess if you're experiencing an intermittent issue that's hard to duplicate you're just SOL. I understand brick and mortar stores have a higher overhead, but charge a reasonable mark-up and make-up the difference in volume. I also suggest offering a better return policy so customers aren't locked into something they don't end up liking. If you offer reasonable prices and a good return policy customers will flock to your store. I'll unfortunately never come back here due to the overpriced items and lousy return policy. read more

Horrible company! I can't believe that they decided to ban me from their store because I wrote a complaint about the last experience that I had. I didn't even say bad things about this company. I said that the person who helped me last recommended a juice to me that was supposed to be a close to a berry flavor and it ended up being just awful and I said that I wished Conner was still working there because he was a really good employee and always new what I would like and that I wished he was still there. But anyways the owner or manager didn't even call me or talk to me to see what they could do to fix the bad experience I had. What kind of company does that? That is just insane and I'm not sure if its legal to ban someone from a store just because they made a negative review online. I mean most companies would try to fix something like this right? Obviously I wasn't upset with the store at all I even went back today to buy a new coil, I mean it was just about my experience with my last purchase and the person that helped me. So if anyone reads this and is a lawyer and can tell me if that's legal or not that would be very helpful. I do have to say now my review of this company, owner or manager is very BAD and I don't recommend anyone buying anything from them. i just called Total Vape to check on pricing on a sub tank and i was told since they could not verify if i was over they would not quote pricing. which sucks big time. the reason I wanted to know pricing in advance i drive about 30 miles each way. it does not make sense to me to drive that far with out knowing pricing. so i think this shop sucks big time. how does the online sales vendors know if you are 18 or not since anyone can put in a birthdate or click a button that states they are 18 with out verification. there you go take it for whats its worth. reason for this i no longer live in Kirkland Wa. so its a drive for me read more
