Daniel who was mending the front took care of me in explaining pros n cons on having a membership. I joked and said you see my car, just 1 regular car wash for us. He explained the cash dispenser wasn't working and handed him my card and did everything for me. Tina who was the bay operator greeted me too as we were long lost friends. She informed what to do and was very helpful and welcoming. For all the 1 star reviews, if you care so much for your new vehicles then hand wash it yourself at your pad or pay a professional mobile detailer. This place is legit and so are the employees. Definitely one of the best car was places in Vegas. The monthly price is what makes it worth! You can was your car as many times as you need to. There is no excuse for a dirty car on the road! I really like that they are not greedy about the soaps, neither the water! Also, love the drying process. At the end of the was cycle, my car is 99% dry! I need to touch up a little bit, wipe down some leftover water. At their cleaning stations, where you can vacuum the vehicle, also found the air-gun, which helps to remove any excess of water from the car. Their employees are very helpful and friendly! read more

I'm a member but from Southern California. Took my car here to see if they would honor my membership, which they did. I really liked this spot because they actually use more chemicals to wash my car than at my local spot. They also provide towels to wipe down your car. For $20/month, it's $5 cheaper than what I pay for. I recommend taking your car here for a quick wash. read more

I took my car here to get cleaned paid for the best package. The car wash left dirt and streaks all over my car. Outside there were no towels to even wipe the car dry with or to take off the grease. This is a really rough car wash. However the vacuums worked good and they have nice air blowers outside. Which is why I gave them. Extra star. Overall this is not a great car wash. read more

I like this car wash, it isn't overpriced! The vacuums are free, and the wash process is usually pretty fast! They have many many vacuums to use so there isn't any waiting around! I can literally wash my car, go into the tunnel and come out and vacuum the inside and go. I really like how fast the whole wash process can be ! read more

Since I frequent this Go Car Wash on Decatur as well as the one on Rainbow and the 215, I might as well add my two cents on this one since the facilities are run by the same back office that doesn't respond. Here we Go Again with Go Car Wash. You can refer to my previous review if you're interested. I think it was with the Go car Wash on Buffalo. After trying this company a few years ago, I decided to cancel my membership due to some unpleasant issues that I won't go into again. Several years have passed, and the Go Car Wash on Rainbow and the 215 is more convenient than others, so I figured new staff might have worked out the kinks. Boy, was I wrong? It's gotten worse. Go Car Wash had an introductory offer for the first month at $9.99, then it goes up to various pricing levels depending on what you've selected. I chose the $26.99 plan. Last week they debited my credit card (2-days early) at $29.99. Okay, no harm, no foul, I thought. I'll just call, get my refund deducted from next month, put them on the right path with billing dates, and we're done. Easy peasy, right? Wrong! I called and left a message with their nonsensical telephone system because I can't request any type of refund online. Then I left another message, and another, and another. No callbacks as promised for days running. So I thought maybe it was me, my demeanor, my telephone number, just me. Not! I used my secondary telephone number, and the same thing happened. These people simply don't pick up the phone, and their system is structured to waste your time for 3 minutes every time you call. Eight calls, and three days later, I'm still waiting for their return call, and I'm sure none will come. They're driving everyone to their online system, but that doesn't allow for refunds, billing date changes, or out-of-the-ordinary requests. This second negative review will suffice instead of my refund because they've again caused me to cancel their service. By the way, the vacuums at this Go Car Wash are poorly maintained and don't have the suction power they should. That was one of the reasons I canceled a few years ago. Now they've become non-responsive to their customer needs, which is all I require to cancel. read more

We got there a few minutes before opening. They got it open quickly. Wash got 1000 miles of grime off, price was about what I'd pay in Colorado but included air freshener and wipe down towels. Lot of value for the money. Didn't use free vacuums because car was totally loaded and didn't have anything to vacuum. Wish there was an outfit like this in Colorado Springs. I pay for unlimited washes in COS and use them several times a week but no fresh air or wipe towels. read more

I don't understand the 1 star reviews. To be honest this cat wash does a great job. I do wish they had the newer conveyor belt like Foamy's but this will do since it's not as bush compare to Foamy's plus here they have the air hoses which I truly love. I highly recommend this car wash. The one thing i would advise the owner of go is to check the Buff machine at the end of the tunnel. The top brush doesn't come down nor does the side brushes come on anymore. That buff machine used to work when this was upper image but it's been down since Go took over this car wash. From 1200 miles down from Washington through ice, rain, snow & sleet, my car was dirtier than ANY car I've ever driven, and that covers 55 years. I got quotes ranging from $40.00 to more than a hundred bucks & none included underbody wash. So I decided to take a gamble and went to the GO Car Wash in the 5100 block of S. Decatur. BEWARE: Don't use your credit card at this car wash. They put through an unauthorized transaction on my credit card in August 2020 after using the card at this S. Decatur location in July 2020. I have used this location multiple times without a problem but now that business is bad they are putting through unauthorized credit card transactions. I have read reviews on this scam company on the Las Vegas Better Business Bureau. What Go CarWash does is refer you to main office who will assure you that they will stop automatic renewal of your credit card BUT being the scammers that they are their trick is they manually enter your credit number to charge your credit card month after month after month. Don't trust Go CarWash. Refer to Las Vegas Better Business Bureau complaints. read more

This is the third time I've been here since they changed to new ownership. I must say the wash part is great. The soap in the first arch seems a bit watered down but still over all great job with the machines. Seems they are kept very well. The staff are looking great in their new uniforms. The color scheme of the new wash could have been better. The previous owners had a great color scheme. The reason for the 1 Star is that once you get out there are no towels do dry your vehicles. Myself and another customer both went to the service advisor and asked them about towels and he said, "I wish they could tell me that there are no towels instead of giving wrong information to the customers". Apparently they should be in the middle of the wash where the vacuums are on tip of a grey bin. But to no avail. No bin, hence no towels. He suggested that we drive fast to dry our vehicles. Huh? I have been coming here for more than 9 months with no problems. Excellent service, excellent wash, very clean grounds but now? Who knows. Hit and miss. I'm on their monthly renewable wash but now if I have to drive away with water spots? They used to give out towels and air fresheners for every vehicle. This was a great selling point. Now the prices have increased and no towels and no air fresheners. If they won't give those out any more, fine, but we should know ahead of time and we just buy out towels and air fresheners but just let us know with a sign or something. Hopefully it gets better because I will have to re-think about coming here. The vacuum where at, stall number 3, the vacuum is not working properly so maybe try a different stall. I will come back again in a couple of weeks and hopefully if they don't give out air fresheners, at least they have towels. Sorry for the long review. read more

I decided this is worth a 3. the vacuums usually work, the wash is good. towels are available during the day and are in ok shape. you have to watch to make sure there's no grease or anything foreign on them like dog stuff. most of the staff is nice and helpful if you need something otherwise its just a selfserve carwash. read more

I have to hunt down people to get air fresheners. there are never dry towels, the machine to clean you floor matts never works.
