SO much fun! I am not the best golfer (although not the worst) but either way it doesn't matter because this is all about a good time. Balls are assigned to each player and the goal is the score as many points as you can by driving the balls into different colored holes (the harder the hole, the higher the points). In addition: the best part is there is food a drinks :) They also have a private room for corporate events. They serve food and cocktails and then afterwards you can partake in the golfing. Great experience at the new Topgolf in Doral! Met with a huge group of friends for college night (every Wednesday), and we really enjoyed the experience! The bays on the first floor were reserved for those participating in college night. When you get there, you have to enter your information and show proof of the school you attend. I tend to lose my ID often... so it was nice that they let me show the college portal. On college night you pay $15 for unlimited play, and get offers such as $3 beers, $4 wines, and $2 off appetizers and shareables. They do check your ID at the check in and band you if you're 21+. Service was on point! Shout out to Liz A who was super funny and checking in on us all the time! Big group and we had no problems with any of the orders. Beers and food coming in quick! First time ever coming to a top golf. I'm not the best golfer but some friends wanted to come and eat and drink and drive some balls. The place is really cool they have a little store when you walk in that has some shirts gloves and golf stuff. They have a bar inside that you can eat at and get some drinks. I got the spiked lemonade which was actually really good. You could taste the alcohol but it wasn't over powering. I ordered the turkey avocado wrap. Honestly a really good wrap. All the ingredients tasted fresh especially the avocado. They also were generous with the avocado most places don't put a lot. My friend ordered the cheese curds and they were delicious too. We got two bays to play at since we had over 10 people. They have couches you can sit at while you wait your turn and also have everything you need outside to play. The service was great being my first time didn't know how to start but the staff came and helped us get started. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was just because at the end when our time was up we were trying to figure out if we were going to stay another hour but it felt like we were being rushed to either pay to stay or leave the bay. We came for a friends birthday so we were a party of 13 , they only allow up to 6 players per bay so we rented out two bays for $25 to secure us not having to wait . What sucked was that when I called they told me they can't guarantee the bays would be together or next to each other so that defeated the whole purpose of celebrating the birthday if they were going to separate our party. Luckily upon arrival they had to open next to each other so we got lucky. I had been to top golf up in Orlando but it was only my boyfriend and I so it was a bit pricey in my option, this time around since it was so many of us it was only $18 a person and that was for two hours. They charge your play time by the hour so I definitely recommend coming in a group so you can split the cost and it comes out way more economic. There is a $5 membership fee per person that will be charged and can be used at all Topgolf facilities and you only pay this one time if its your first time ever coming. Each bay is sectioned off by comfortable high-top tables and chairs and you each have a waitress you can order drinks and food from. The food is actually not bad at all, I had the quesadillas, wings and fries. Definitely a good time, and experience for most levels of golfers and non-golfers as well. I came here after 12pm with my brother & parents for the first time (not my brothers 1st time). We played for an hour plus 15 min & ordered food. The food was great & filled us up. Drinks were great as well & not so much alcohol. They sent us to the 2nd floor all the way to the left which was okay but next time I'll remember to ask to be put in the center/middle to play as it gives you better aim when golfing to earn points. Since we went in the afternoon, it was hot & I was sweating a little on my lower back & they did have fans everywhere but just so you know to wear shorts & a tank top. Fun time with the family and friends. I had never folded so I wasn't sure how fun it would be. I have to say I had a great tine. Golfing with friends and booze is so much fun! Appetizers were pretty decent and prices are average. Place is really nice and although it's outside, it's not too hot. Wine menu wasn't bad. Had a bottle for 40 bucks. Decent pricing. They have pool and bar service inside on the first floor. Parking was not an issue. It was packed and still was able to find parking. Pricing for golf sessions depends on the time of day you go. It was 45/hour on a Friday night. We played 2 hours for 5 of us and it was more than enough. PS They have a little team that takes you from the parking to the entrance. Posted a pic. That was nice. Spent a few hours there having lunch and playing Golf with the Family for Father's Day and we had a blast. Everything is cleaned and sterilized by the waitress in your section. And she is a sweet heart attending to everything you would need to have a great time. It is Hot and muggy but that's bc we are in Miami. They do have fans that circulate between the 2 bays but I think they should have a fan per bay. yes it is more expensive but they can afford it to make their customers cooler, and it's not like they can't add them because they do charge a high fee. But it's worth the fun. I will definitely be back. Hopefully they listen to me and get more fans. read more

First time at Top Golf, anywhere. The new location at Doral, Florida (Miami) was a little difficult to find as is new construction but it was worth the trip. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with smiles and the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at our table and for a non-golfer as I am, I was looking forward to a fun afternoon and Top Golf Doral did not disappoint. The menu had very good choices of food and drink and as I am watching what I eat, I ordered a house salad with breast of chicken and it was very fresh and delicious. The chicken breast, a generous portion, was well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. I tried a couple of the chips and salsa and it was very fresh and delicious as well. As a non-golfer, I was terrible and could barely hit the ball but I had a great time overall. Our service was very attentive and we had our water glasses frequently filled (a fact that many restaurants miss!). Came here for my 3 year anniversary and me and my bf were very excited about Top Golf. The experience was very exciting and our host was very energetic and helpful through our whole experience. The prices are very reasonable which makes it even better. What I loved the most about Top Golf was that they have a bar/restaurant inside that you can enjoy after playing golf with family and friends. When we asked about going to our bays, we were told someone would come get us. 15 minutes later, some did, after we asked twice more. We were taken to our bays and folks started showing up. The party food they served was subpar, by a lot - it was plain nasty. The hot food was cold and the cold food was warm. We don't drink soda, so we tried to get them to waive that portion of the catering bill and they refused ($30+). The adults ordered some food separately and it was also pretty bad. The salad looked like it should have been thrown out the day before. That said, the kids enjoyed the golf experience. Overall, a poor experience that could easily be improved by better staff training and better food. Until then, count me out. UPDATE - So my review got Top Golf's attention (see below). I was initially impressed. I emailed them as requested on Monday morning. It is now Wednesday night and no substantive response to my email. How hard is this? Yet another example of Top Golf's overall poor customer service experience. Use your money at another establishment to avoid this hassle. I was extremely leery about going. I'm NOT a golf fan. I'm glad my children convinced me. I had an amazing time. The staff was attentive & welcoming. The greeters had a bubbly personality. Our Bay Hostess was on point. She suggested meals for the children. She interacted with them. She even danced with them. That was a bonus for my children. The food was good and reasonably priced. I came here for my wife's return from the army service with a party of 7. I asked the counter people "How many people are allowed to play per bay?" I was told 8 when it came time to play we found out it was only 6 people allowed to play but we were a party of 7 and all they were able to accommodate was a discount of $15 without military discount we were told to pick between a 10% discount or military discount. I took my 11 year old son for a boys weekend at Top Golf Doral. I'm not an avid golfer and was seeking a place where we could have a little fun and have some father and son time with food and fun. After finding out bay on the third floor, we were met within the first two minutes by our server. Our server was great. He showed us how to use the gaming system and recommended we use the practice module. Perfect choice for the first time for sure. We ordered from menu and the food was very affordable and really good. I need to mention that the free drivers were really nice. After our hour was finished we decided to walk around and found the bottom floor with pool tables,fuse ball , and the long board game with saw dust and metal disc. It's been 19 days since I posted my review and I still have not heard from anyone at Topgolf. Unfortunately, this is consistent with the lack of customer service I experienced at the Doral location. I cannot say that I am surprised. It's true what they say...Customer service starts at the top so if the leaders of the organization are not leading by example and prioritizing corrective action on a customer's poor experience and treatment, I have to assume that customer service is not a priority for this Company. Many of my friends have asked me if I'd heard from anyone from topgolf and told them that weeks have gone by and I haven't heard from anyone. They were not surprised either. It's a shame. we came here for one of my best friends birthday, I came with a few of my friends to enjoy an evening of golfing. my dear decided to take it upon herself to book all of the tickets for us. she paid 200+ dollars. we get to the place and we're denied entry when we didn't have someone over 21. it was never stated in the website or on the phone that you had to be 21 to enter the premises after 9:00 pm. so one of my friends called her brother to show his id and let us in. an hour later, he gets here and we end up getting in just to get kicked out 10 minutes later. they never explained that her brother had to stay with us for us to golf. We finished our game and decided to have lunch, We sat at the bar and Maritza quickly came over and greeted Us and asked what were we having. We ordered a pitcher of beer plus 2 burgers and tacos. Called out of review retirement after my experience at @Topgolf Doral. First time at @Topgolf so wasn't sure what to expect. Made a reservation at home and showed up about 10 minutes before our reserved timeslot. Checked in at front desk and was told the bay was still being prepped. No worries, we're early. I asked the host if there was anything else needed before we began. I was told "Nope, you're all set". Reminder - my first time @Topgolf. At our designated time arrived we were told our bay was ready and we headed to our bay. No instructions, no guidance. Alone in the bay to figure out how to get the game started I made my way to the kiosk to sort things out. I realized that each of our 4 players needed to create their own unique "Player Card" to initiate game play. Poor quality of touchscreen made this process excruciating. At the end of this 15-minute event I thought to myself "Why didn't the host tell us this was required and why couldn't this have been done beforehand?". Had our 2 young (6 & 8) kids with us and now realizing that @Topgolf was digging deeper into my wallet for $5 per player for the "Lifetime Player Card". What a shitty way to add revenue @Topgolf. 20 minutes and $100 into our 2-hour playing slot and we haven't swung a club yet. 20 minutes and 3 requests into our timeslot the Junior sets were delivered. (Note - it was not super busy - we were there early afternoon and maybe 25% of the bays on our level were occupied). At the 20-minute mark we were finally able to begin play. Game play was fun - we all enjoyed the play options with one exception. The motion sensors will not detect slow swing speed game play (such as from a 6-year-old) which makes for a poor experience for young children. Again, another opportunity for @Topgolf to have addressed this beforehand. We ordered food & drinks. I wish I could say things got better. Here I found another lost opportunity for @Topgolf - with all the technology why aren't we able to order directly from the bay? Even bowling alleys have figured that out. It comes as no surprise at this point that it took forever for drinks & food to arrive and that the server didn't provide plates or napkins. We ordered nachos and tacos. The "Nachos" were about a dozen tortilla chips with jalapenos on top. The chicken on the tacos was cubed chicken chunks made from some processed chicken loaf. @Topgolf wins the award for worst commercial food I've ever been served. 2 hours and $200 later our time was up. So many lost opportunities for @Topgolf to improve the customer experience. We left never to return. read more

I booked this location for a networking mixer for my department and I am glad I did. Not only was it super easy to book everything online and pay but the service even over the phone was great! Upon arriving I was greeted and I mentioned my event. I was walked over to our area with our gracious host. It was a Saturday night, so we were pretty understanding. The BBQ Flatbread was delicious. As for the second time, it was a Wednesday night. No wait time but even before getting our bill, we were told "can you guys finish up here, time's up" communication is clearly an issue, we hadn't even closed our tab. I enjoyed the bar on the second floor and pool tables to play at if there is a wait. The price is not too high if you consider it the only place you can play golf in this setting. Feel like having some wings and beers with friends and fun time? This is the spot you need to check out. The atmosphere is nice and the service is great. This is the perfect place for a group of friends to meet up and have some drinks and do something fun. We visited on a Wednesday night and it was busy so I can only imagine how it is on the weekends. I would definitely recommend making a reservation to avoid a lengthy wait. If you don't mind the wait then you can always sit at the bar and have some drinks and appetizers however. They have full bars so you will most likely find something you'll enjoy. I'm not a golfer or anything close but it's definitely fun to hit the balls into the holes (or at least try) and it's definitely more fun watching your buddies try, especially as the drinks start to work. The bays are rented by time and as your time comes to an end someone will come and notify you and give you the option of extending it. The food is your regular bar food (wings, nachos, burgers, etc.). There are a few flavors wings (boneless and bone-in) and we tried them all. I had my son's 16th birthday here last weekend and found the staff to be very professional and upfront regarding all details of the event. From Kayla in the back office to Deja on the floor all were friendly and efficient. Kayla was transparent in explaining all fees and charges and Deja handled eight 16 &17 year olds with grace and ease. Oh! and the set up the golfing is pretty awesome too ...and can't forget those chicken tacos I had, which were pretty darn good, and this is coming from a former Restaurateur!
