Good was excellent the macaroni bites were amazing cheesy and soft, hummus was excellent and tasty. The nachos were yummy and a must. My guy friends and I were in Miami on vacation. We decided to visit Top Golf. We were sat around 4pm by the bar while we waited for our bay for golf. We were told it was a 45-1hr wait. While waiting, I noticed a couple sitting beside us. They didn't have food or drinks. I asked if they been helped yet and they said no. This was at 4:06pm. They flagged down a waitress and told them they hadn't been helped and the waitress took their order. At 4:11pm, we stopped a guy who had brought drinks to the table next to us. We asked if he knew who our server was and he said yes and that he would get her. He came back about 10 seconds later and stated our waitress was taking the order of another table and would be with us. At 4:23pm, one of my friends stopped the waitress, who had been servicing the table beside us, and asked about if we order food could we take it to the bay, as he got a text that the bay would be ready soon. She said yes. The friend asked if she was our waitress, and she said yes.... Note: This is the same waitress that had been walking back and forth past us several times for the last 20-25 minutes and had not stopped to us or anything. She came back back around 4:25pm. According to her name badge, her name was Amy. We ordered our food. One friend got the spiked lemonade with app chicken tacos. One friend got the watermelon margarita and steak tacos. One friend got strawberry lemonade and cheese fries + bacon. I got the spiked strawberry lemonade. The Non alcoholic strawberry lemonade came at 4:33pm but no straw was given. My friend stated that the drink was really good. I ordered pretzel bites at this time. The rest of the drinks, which was alcohol, came at 4:37pm. My spiked strawberry lemonade was good, but wasn't mixed well so I had mix it myself. My friend thought his watermelon was just alright. The food came at 4:41pm. My pretzel bites were hard... :/ Two friends got tacos and they said it was delicious. We went to the bay shortly after began golf. Overall, this visit was disappointing regarding customer service with ordering food and how my food came out. Luckily, we had a great time playing golf. This five star review is based entirely on our amazing waitress, Laura. We came here on a Sunday afternoon with a 2 bay reservation for 2 hours to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. Laura initially was not our bay host but stepped in to help and provided amazing service when our own bay host was missing. Laura's manager, pay attention. Laura not only stepped up to help us out, she made awesome recommendations like the cauliflower crust flatbread. I am not normally a veggie pizza fan but this was fresh and loaded with flavor. It was honestly the best thing we had. She also recommended the bucket that comes with three types of wings - these were great for sharing with a big group. While the top shelf tequila options weren't our favorites, she made great recommendations and everything we ate and drank was amazing. We had brought a cake and Laura offered to keep it refrigerated during our game play. At thirty minutes left, she came by to remind me so we could sing happy birthday and do the cake. She brought us plates and forks for everyone to partake and even had a lighter for our candles. Laura is the best part about Top Golf and the reason I will return. Be prepared for some physical activity, you might sweat a little if it's hot out and be prepared to spend some money because it ain't cheap. Topgolf is one of those places that you think seem dumb when it comes to golf and if you are not interested in golf that you might never decide to stop at one of their locations however once you stop and visit Topgolf, I can promise you that you will want to go back time and time again! This location was rather weird to find the entrance to however thankfully for the GPS it gave me the easiest way possible. They have an insane amount of parking and it is a very clean parking lot as well and the spaces are very generous so you are not on top of other cars when you park. The location of the exact same layout and design is every other one of their locations which makes it that much easier to find and get where you are going. The staff at the front desk help me rather quickly and sent me off to my bay where I would be playing for the afternoon. The prices are the exact same as every other one of their locations with the prices gradually increasing as the day gets later on into it. The food and drink here is always good even though it is a little pricey but I think you are getting what you pay for. For food I got the Margarita Pizza appetizer which is a pretty nice size for the price and it definitely left me filled. I also got a Guinness as a drink, and while it was good like always, it could have been a little colder when it was served. This is a nicer version of Topgolf because it has more of it up-to-date games as well as the ability to see where you hit your golf ball and the tracking, right on the screen. Definitely a great location and the best part is you can split the price between you and up to 6 people in the bay at any given time so it does help cut down on the price per person if you are going with a group of friends! read more

I've been wanting to visit Top Golf for a while. I've been here once before but just as a spectator. Ever since then, I've been wanting to come back and participate. I finally got all of my boys together in one spot so I thought Top Golf would be the perfect place to have some fun and hang out and laugh. It was perfect! I love everything about this place. The decor is modern, it's very spacious and it's a super fun environment. I like the fact that there are three levels with many climate controlled hitting bays. It also has a full-service restaurant and bar area which is great for hanging out and/or waiting for your bay to be ready if there's wait. We ordered alcoholic beverages and food and both were really good. Better than some restaurants. They take safety pretty seriously. Although masks are now optional, they are very thorough. They do a health check to all of their employees before their shifts. The entire venue is cleaned throughout the day and all common areas are regularly disinfected. Golf clubs, golf balls, game screens and other frequently touched bay surfaces will be disinfected between each group. They have different types of specials always going on. The parking lot is huge so there is always plenty of parking. The staff is very professional & helpful. This is a must try. I'll be back soon! read more

It isngood for every level, as their different games let you either have a good time and progress in the game. I fond that the 2024 updated peicing is a bit expensive for the value you get, specially if you have a small party size (3 or less). A party of five is ideal and 90 mins I find is the right time tonselect for such party size. If you go by yourself or just with another person, I would say that 60 mins is ok. The food is ok. Nothi g great, but not bad. The usual confort food for entertainment places (burgers, sandwiches, etc). Service at the front desk has decayed a bit in my opinion, however at the bay has been good and consistent overall. Some of the bays are beginning to show the age though. read more

Made a reservation online and paid in advance for our area. While the site clearly tells you that there's a maximum of 6 players per bay, it didn't say anything about the number of people at the bay. I've come here before with big groups, and it was only nine of us, so I didn't think that would be an issue. After settling in and ordering everything, our waitress finally brought the drinks we ordered and proceeded to tell us that we were over capacity that only 8 people could be at the bay. I told her that it was just one extra person and that we all clearly fit on the bay. She proceeded to tell me that I couldn't be at the bay, but one could be walking back and forth from the bar. So only 8 people where at the bay. Since BOTH bays to our sides where empty, I decided to simply stand by next to our Bay Area. After a few minutes a manager came by to tell me to move (again). I explained that we were only nine people and that no one had told me that otherwise I would have not ordered and leave. He wasn't helpful at all. He didn't even let us sit down on the clearly empty bays next to our reserved one. And according to him, we couldn't be standing in the hall because servers could trip...! While I understand the rules and regulations the way they treated us was just plain rude. The waitress kept looking down at me like to the point it made me and my guests feel deeply uncomfortable. It was outrageous! Not only will I not come back to this location ever again. But the rest of my party felt trates so badly that they said the same thing. What a shame. read more

Extremely pleased each time I visit and have catered several an events at Top Golf. Their catering service is superb, set up is classy and Servers are very attentive. Visited last week and was taken care of by two servers that truly made our experience exceptional. We felt like the red carpet was rolled out for my teens and my husband & I. Gabriella attended to the teens all night and keep them motivated with their gaming and made sure all sanitary measures were being adhered to. She ensures they had drinks and food at all time. The icing on top was she found out one of my sons had a birthday and she made sure to bring a dessert and a crew to sing to him. So amazing!!! Shell took care of the adults at the bar with an intimate bonfire and made sure our cups were never empty and made excellent appetizer recommendations. The system will not allow you to modify your reservation and if you call they will also refuse to modify your appointment. Despite not even having a full house. Imagine showing up to an empty restaurant, letting them know you'd be there at 5 instead of 4:30. And they punish you by making you pay for those 30 minutes despite them being dead and several tables were available. Customer service is nonexistent. Everyone here has an attitude i have never seen such a refusal of accommodations. Service is terrible, by the time you get your drinks you are half way into your game. Reserving is pointless, better off waiting. They do not override or edit the reservations even if you call in advance to change the time. We had drinks, and would have considered paying for more time. But not at the expense of paying full price for 1 hour and half. You will lose the time even if you paid full price, simply because their "policy" is to charge for every minute in the system even if there are several slots empty. Great app to schedule a lane and not have to wait for one when you get there. Look for coupons for this app. For example, you can get $50 if you at least $200 to the app. My Chase credit card is also offering 10% off any Top Golf purchases made with a Chase card. The coupons for this are everywhere. It also happens to be a blast to go to. Keep in mind that there are many Top Golf locations around the country. I usually like to work a visit into most vacations, but the El Segunda location is the one I go to most. My kids decided on this outing for my husband's birthday and we had a blast! None of us had been here before except for my husband so we didn't know what to expect. We got there around 9:45 am on a Sunday. There weren't a lot of people at that time so it was an easy check in process. I don't know if it's normally that easy on Sunday am or if it was because of Daylight Savings. We asked for the third floor and were able to get the section which was in the center of the range. They have sections with high top tables or couches. Ours had the couches which we found more comfortable and cozy than the high tops. Because my husband had been here before, he ordered the Injectable Donut Holes. The injectable fillings that they have are Bavarian cream, raspberry & chocolate. We had the Bavarian cream & chocolate and found that the chocolate was a little runny which made it very messy when you injected the donut holes. The donuts were DELICIOUS!! No one in our group are golfers but we did well and were able to hit the ball. Lol, some of us had a couple of "practice" swings (missed the ball completely when we swung). Doral is the second Top Golf location I have been to. It looks exactly like the Miami Gardens location. At Topgolf you rent a bay and hit micro-chipped golf balls into targets in the outfield to score. Pricing is by the hour, per bay, not per person, and up to six people can play in each bay. Prices vary by the time of day, with different pricing for special events. Opening till noon is $25/hr, 12N-5pm is$35/hr.and 5pm -close is $45/hr. Every Tuesday is half price! If you go for a few hours with your kids and order food, it can get pricey! We went to Doral Topgolf for some New Year's Eve fun. From 9pm-1am the bay was $210. There was also a VIP special with food for about $360. We ate dinner at a friend's house so we just ordered some drinks and snacks. The flatbread was a little weak but the wings were excellent. The New Year's Eve package also included some New Year's goodies like hats, glow sticks, and a blanket. I don't golf but I enjoyed hanging out with my family on the comfy couches. I did enjoy the bay with the couch much more than the bay with the high top table. Golfing is not my thing but my teenagers love it. It was pretty busy and that makes the ambience super cool, lots of kids, family, super nice. Food is good, actually we didn't thought it could be good but it was. Drinks are good either. Shortly before all of us were required to stay home, I had the opportunity to get a tour of this top-notched facility. The manager that gave me the tour, Tattyana, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and able to work with me on the planning of an EOY class party. The facility boasts of 3 levels of pure entertainment and fun for all ages. The staff is friendly and professional whether you're check-in to play golf, having a drink at their magnificent fully-stocked main bar or indulging on their delicious food. It truly looks and feels like the perfect venue to host any type of soiree. I took the opportunity to try out their "bar food" and it was deliciousness on a higher scale. The prices are reasonable considering that it's considered a high-end venue. Ordered - *Topgolf Wings ($12) - These smokey tasting bone-in wings tossed in buffalo sauce were perfectly grilled and tender. The meat fell off the bone and the succulent herb flavors were a smashing hit to my palate. *Signature Nachos with steak ($12) - The big tortillas were crispy and the combination of the hearty refried beans and the gooey-ly amazing 3-cheese blends with a drizzle of chimichurri sauce gave this dish a lip-smacking and delicious twist to this most sought after bar food choice. The steak could have been grilled a bit more but that's just my personal taste. *Buffalo Chicken Sliders ($9) - 3 good size sliders. The chicken was lightly battered and golden on the outside and juicy and flavorful on the inside. Hubby tried it with ranch dressing and it gave these sliders and added buttermilk taste. At this point, it seems that my EOY class party will have to be put on hold for now but I'm glad I was able to enjoy this venue to the fullest while I was there. The place itself is nice and the game is fun. We had an appetizer and it was decent despite painfully slow service. However, I cannot give this establishment more than two stars simply for the fact they they are entirely unwilling to make reasonable accommodations for their guests. My son wanted to celebrate his birthday with the family at Top Golf, so I made a reservation through their website more than a week in advance. When we arrived and were assigned a bay, we ended up in one with a hightop table instead of the low couches, which surprised me because the other couple times I had been there, we had always gotten couches. I did not even realize they had tables only at some bays. Next to us, there were 3 or 4 bays with low couches that were empty, so I went to the reception and asked them to switch my party to one of those bays because we had a 9-year-old and a medically fragile elderly man in our party, neither of whom could safely or comfortably sit in those high top chairs. Unfortunately, Top Golf refused. They said the bays are system generated and they couldn't switch because the empty ones were reserved. Obviously they were not in use yet, so I asked again to please just give the people at one of those bays the one we were assigned when they arrive and allow us to switch. The young lady asked her manager for me and again we were denied. So we sucked it up and made the best of the two hours we had reserved despite being uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the general lack of consideration for our situation. We would have gladly paid extra to have switched to something more suitable for our party. We likely would have extended our time to play longer and enjoy a full meal there too, but we were too uncomfortable to do so. We ended up leaving and going to dinner instead. Since there is no way to specify the type of set up you would like in the bay you reserve and because management is so unwilling to help their guests out, we will not be returning to Top Golf anytime soon, if at all. It's a shame because it is otherwise a pretty cool place, but I'm not fond of bringing business to organizations that treat their patrons so poorly. They should really re-evaluate some of their ridiculous policies. Had my father-in-law been injured getting in or out of one of those chairs, I would likely have suggested that he sue Top Golf for refusing the accommodation. If they keep up this policy and someone gets hurt because of it, it will be hard to refute their negligence in failing to consider the needs of their patrons. read more

We got there at 11am and got the best seat in the house in my opinion on the 3rd floor ,centered and had the bar behind us . I then called and was assured that if we came in earlier than our scheduled time, we would be able to get 2 bays next to each other. Unfortunately, we were guided wrong as the computers randomly choose bays but the manager was kind enough to make it work. Both bays were clean and the server was awesome. At one point, the screen in one of our bays froze and we were out of commission for about 25 minutes while the other bay continued playing but the server made it up to our entire party and gave both bays an extra 30 minutes. I originally booked my daughter's birthday party for 3 hours and specifically went to meet with her in person so I wouldn't have this same issue. Because of this I had to pay another $243 extra plus I had an open bar tab. I got to try Too Golf for a corporate event in May. Having our work event at Top Golf made it a great experience. The meeting space was perfect to accommodate a group of about 60-70 guests. The room had AV equipment, 4 TVs for presentation display, microphone and speakers. Catering provided by Too Golf. The Golf pro gave us a brief explanation (way too brief, i doubt anyone from the group knew what they were doing). Regardless, everyone had a great time and enjoyed the venue. Why have I never come here before?! This place is so much fun!! I came on a Friday night and it seemed pretty busy. They told us about a 45 minute wait and while we waited we decided to relax in the terrace area and grab a drink. The server there was such a sweet girl. She came over immediately. There were maybe three other tables sat there, and we were lucky to grab a nice couch table with a little fire pit on the table. Loved it!! She helped me select a Lemontini (not on the menu) and my companion got a Spiked Strawberry Lemonade. Both drinks were pleasing, though the Strawberry Lemonade was a bit too light on the alcohol for me. Yes, I'm a lush. Lol. Anyway, our bay was ready much sooner than they had initially told us which was a nice surprise. Someone was waiting for us at our bay and he helped explain how it all worked, which was a really nice touch. I also witnessed they were cleaning the golf clubs and sanitizing the areas after each party, which made me feel safe and at ease. I also loved the fact that this was outdoors with lots of fresh air flowing. My hair didn't love the humidity, but that's another situation! Hahaha. I'm not into golf but my friends and I decided to check out this driving range. I've passed by Top Golf numerous times. It's kinda' hard to miss the towering nets while driving on the turnpike. Once I arrive, I was surprised by the scale of this facility. It's enormous. I think it has 4 floors. You walk up the steps, then check in and basically wait at the restaurant unless you have a reservation. We didn't and it was packed too because it was a Saturday night so the wait for a bay was about 1.5 to 2 hours. It was all good because the restaurant had plenty of tables available and wanted to check out the food offerings anyway. First thing I noticed was the cocktail prices. Very affordable. $10 Old Fashioned, Mules and Margaritas. Sweet deal! Drafts were about $7. The food prices were reasonable too. Most were just $10 so of course, we ordered a bunch of stuff to share with the table. I got the Chicken & Waffle sliders and they were decent. It came with 2 sliders. The Bacon Mac N Cheese Spring Rolls were so good. Hot, gooey and great tasting dipping sauce. I also had a bite of Buffalo Wings, Signature Nachos and Warm Pretzel Bites. Honestly, I didn't expect much but I was pretty impressed with the quality and presentation. Common' bar food can't be this good right? They were here! Also, our server was the nicest guy ever. So patient and very friendly. I wish I remember his name because he was awesome. After about 2 hours, we finally got the text stating our bay was ready. There was no need to check in again. Just go to the assigned bay # on the text. Ours was on the 1st level. Each bay had a set golf clubs, couches, and big coffee type table. The range was very well lit and there's a golf ball picker constantly sweeping the field. The scoring board was all electronic and setting up was easy. When it's your turn, simply wave your foot on the dispenser, aim for one of the dartboard-like targets and hit the microchipped ball. The farther the target you hit, the higher the score. We really had a blast playing here even though none of us really knew how to hit the ball correctly..lol :) Hey, it's ok to be silly with your friends, right? I really would love to come back again for another group outing because this experience exceeded my expectations and rather do this than go to a crazy nightclub. read more

Actually had a great experience at this top golf. Much different than my first experience with the nearby Miami Gardens location. Came here on a company outing. Met up with everyone there. The place is a little difficult to find. I had to Waze it to get here quick. There was plenty of parking. Parked quick and got out to find my party waiting for everyone to get there. When we all finally arrived we requested an area to golf. Luckily it wasn't that full and we didn't have to wait for the first floor. So we took it. Best part? It was a Tuesday and from now until (I'm not sure) every Tuesday is half off golfing. We sat down and our server came quickly. He gave us an intro to all of Top Golf. He explained the menu everything. He let us order drinks and food and when we were ready turned on the clock. I'm not sure if it wasn't a busy night but he was so nice. Food and drinks came out quick. Everything tasted awesome. My favorite thing were the fries and these Mac and cheese rolls. Wow were they good. We played an hour and then added one more. We had an amazing time. Glad to have chosen this place. Was a bit pricey but it was good. Will return! read more
