It's a very fun place to be in vegas if you are out w your friends in summer. Swimming, golfing, watching sports, eating, and drinking... you dont need to be a golfer to play golf at topgolf, so you can relax and do some swings. Booked a bay for my brother's bachelor party weekend because it's what he wanted. I've never been golfing aside from mini golf, and had an absolute blast! Our server SERENA took great care of us. She was attending to multiple bays but never seemed overwhelmed and gave her full attention to each bay. She took the time to have a casual chat with our group and ensured we had a great time. Personally, I appreciate the staff enforcing people wear masks. There were plastic dividers between bays and the staff sanitized everything before we sat down. Top Golf was very disappointing. The Manager Medell Cooper made things very difficult for us. We were given a space on the third floor and kicked off the floor when one of us didn't have an ID. Honestly I understand that, because Vegas is very strict. However I was then accused of being under 21 without them even asking for my ID! I gave them my military ID and my state ID. My group was entitled a discount and was wrongfully denied. I was flabbergasted! I've never witnessed a management so against their customers. I run my own business and also serve as a Nurse in the army, I focus on teamwork and communication. It is embarrassing for Medell Cooper that she isn't aware of how things are run at Top Golf. The impression that gives me is lazy management. If it wasn't for Larissa and Dante fighting for us, we would have left Top Golf on a very bad note, and been very reluctant to ever return. Medell Cooper needs to review Top Golf regulations, along with learning better communication with her team members. Larissa was a strong advocate for us she brought Dante (a manager) over and he took very good care of us. He was friendly, kind, and had great customer service. read more

So we got to top golf, gave the girl my information and waited an hour in the heat, when I went check how much longer it would be, Sam at the front desk said she never checked us in because I walk away. Fun but expensive! If you are in a group and are looking for a fun couple of hours drinking and hitting some gold balls in a unique Vegas style, this place fits the bill. And like anything in Vegas, you will pay a premium for the unique experience. If you are just looking for a spot to hit a bucket of balls and kill some time or get away from the casino scene...this is not your place. The location is convenient if you're near the MGM but it's an easy drop off for cabs too. The food is iffy and not always quick. For a prime location, you'd probably better book months in advance. Being a local who frequently plays golf I've got to give Topgolf a 3 Star rating. It's a fun place there's no doubt about that. But what is unfortunate is how long you can have to wait for something quite pricey and short. Now the price does make sense, they aren't located so close to the LV Strip for nothing. Regardless the price paid for the bay, drinks, and appetizers at the end of the night was enough for me to think of it as a one or two time thing. I've only been once so far so hopefully we have a different experience next time. We checked in and had an hour wait and decided to order some food while we waited. We sat at an open table and waited for someone to come take our order. After about 10 minutes I thought maybe we had to go to the bar and order, as I was getting up a worker asked if we'd been helped. He said to stay seated and he'd send someone over to take our order. After waiting again, nobody showed up. I walked over to the area all of the servers are and asked if I could get someone to come take our order, they said they'd send someone right over. About 10 minutes later someone comes over and asked us how much longer we have until we're up to golf. After telling her she's tells me that we o my have enough time to order a few menus options that will come out in time. Head to the 3rd floor if you're there for a party. The 3rd floor is 21 and over. You get your own cabana style bay with a couch and table and your own screen. The bays are cooled, so don't worry about going midday midsummer. I am not good at golf but Topgolf made me enjoy it. The technology is incredible that tracks all the stats about where you ball went, how far, speed etc. The built in games are fun for beginners or experts. Great place right behind the strip. A bit pricey, but what isn't in Vegas? Worth it. read more

They need to get their parking situation in order. Especially staff. Staff needs to be trained on letting guests know there is a shuttle provided that will pick them up 2 blocks away at the mgm. Staff member didnt advise us that they share a parking deck with mgm, and that they have a shuttle to pick us up. Instead we walked 2 blocked in a 107 degree weather with a baby. Top golf also failed to communicatw with one another. Security sent us to mgm and their staff inside said there is plenty of parking. Prices are higher here. Worst expwrience ever. read more

We went for a 40th birthday and got a pool cabana with 8 people. Crowd pleaser across he board. 3 golfed and loved it, 5 pooled/ate yummy food and had cocktails. It was terrific. Davian or Devian, our host/server made a negative impact in our first experience at Top Golf. As a local & working in the industry - I understand both aspects of customer service/hospitality . We just did not feel welcomed at all. Bringing my family from Korea and introducing Top Golf for the first time, everyone was so excited , but from the start - (10am on 9/6/2020) our server davian seemed annoyed at us and asking for food/silverware/extra plates/ napkins was too much for him. He barely checked in on us that we had to ask someone else to get all the stuff. only came by to take the tip money, felt rushed, unwelcomed and hostile. Mybe he was having a bad start of the day - or maybe because were asian and dont think we will tip. Who knows. First time coming to top golf and it was great. I have only been to the driving range a few times and this created a comfortable and fun environment. They just introduced a new food and drink menu. I tried the patron paloma which was great and came in a cute patron souvenir cup. The food was excellent. I ate at Fogo de Chão the night before and I am sad to say the quality of the meat here was much better here than it was there. The service was excellent and they checked in with us after each order. Interesting experience. Wanted to do something with my wedding party we could all enjoy because there were a number of juveniles in the group of approx 15. We were told at the front desk that due to Covid precautions there could only be 6 people in the bay and others had to be outside the bay. One person in my party had his entire family (7) with him so we figured we would get 2 bays based on only 12 potential golfing while others watched. In the meantime we were told it would be a wait based on wanting 2 bays side by side. We ALL go to the open area couches and find one empty. We all hang out on the couches, not word one about too many people, social distancing, masks or anything. We spent over 270 bucks in the waiting area on food and drinks again no issue with the number of people in the seating area , etc. We get called to the bay. This is where it went sideways. We all get to the bay and we have 6 in each bay and everyone else is on the outside of the bay. Not done putting in our information the manger comes over and says we cant play due to too many people. We explained what we were told at the front desk, no discussion of party size in the couch lounge area but to no avail . We were told to get another bay or nothing could be done. We weren't paying for another bay away from our area 200 and 201 all the way at the end of the building. There wasnt anything done to fix the situation 1. Get us another bay next to the 1st and 2nd one. 2. Offer a discount on the 3rd bay ( again no one was playing in that last group) 3. Tell us we shouldn't have been on the couches ordering food and drinks if we couldn't use the same logic in the bays. It was just weird as others had more than 6 in the bays and when discussed with the manager she said oh , I called security for them?? Really, she came personally to our bay to basically kick us out but said nothing to the other family in a bay near ours. Wish we would have known before we spent money on apps and drinks in the lounge area. Luckily we were able to find another establishment that valued our business. read more

Great concept and it really has that Vegas vibe. I stay at the MGM Signature a lot and if you're not fortunate enough to get a strip view, your consolation prize is a Topgolf view. My friends and I always talked about trying it out and we finally got around to it this past weekend. When I went on the their website to get some more info, I was surprised that they had several other locations across the country, not to mention some spots overseas. We went on a Sunday night and the wait was a bit long, which wasn't unexpected. The top level was closed for whatever reason, the 2nd level had a wait of about an hour and a half, and the bottom had a half hour wait. We were running a little tight on time so we went with the bottom. Although, not sure we would've waited the hour and a half if our schedule permitted it. It's been years since I've swung a golf club and it was pretty nostalgic for me. There are targets you aim for, and the balls you hit are tracked. The system adds all the players' points up automatically; it's pretty great. Our attendant explained that there were different types of games available, but I think we went w/ the basic one. I didn't order any food for myself, but my friends got a couple things that I sampled. The nachos were amazing and are on my to-order list for the next time I drop by. I'm going back to Vegas in September and I'm gonna make sure we set aside a couple hours for a Topgolf session. read more

We came in with a groups of friends on a Saturday and had a blast. We had to wait to play for an hour or so but ate some Food had drinks and played shuffleboard and cornhole while We waited. Staff was accommodating and everyone had a blast. Only Negative is that five minutes before our time was up the staff was waiting at our booths with the next people basically picking all of our stuff up And telling us to get out. Might have been nice to have have about ten minutes to finish paying our over $800 ticket and get our stuff together before being stared down by the next eager players. read more

I organized a company event held here. We had absolutely excellent service by the staff and event organizer contact. We reserved 3 bays and cabanas by the pool and gave us ample space to play and lounge. Food was decent, with a few gusta of wind hot apps got cold quickly, but with such excellent service with drink orders no one but this event manager seemed to mind. The game itself is fantastic and not intimidating to non golf players which is ideal for corporate events. Overall I recommend. Event management services: 5/5 Service: 10/5 - seriously the staff they had working our bays were super friendly and on top of it 100%. I've been to top golf locations before and the view at this one was amazing! I feel like that's more of what you're paying for. It was a more chilly day out so they had heaters to keep our section warm. Drinks were delicious, food was fine, pretty average. Felt like service could've been a lot better, but you never know what someone's going through. Service was kinda slow, we weren't provided napkins, plates, or just basic water glasses. The support staff helped out a lot more than our server so I hope that they receive partial tip. I thanked them endlessly for helping us with anything we needed. Tab came out to 240, still tipped 20%. Hoping that the support staff received some of the $$. They were great! read more

Played cornhole for the few minutes we waited. Hitting golf balls was a fun activity to mix among the party stuff in Las Vegas. Pretty challenging for someone who hasn't played golf beyond miniature. Cost $30 for a half hour since we were headed to the next place shortly. The computer tracked where we hit it, but I didn't like that it didn't keep score for each of us through our whole session. I was impressed with everything except the heat, but I realize this is part of the desert. We did not have food, but the offers seemed great. I came here May 13th for the Andrew McMahon concert so this review is based solely on my concert experience - I did not golf during this visit. I called ahead for the set times because their website only had 7:30pm listed but it was not clear if that was when the first band went on or if that's when doors would open. When I called they refused to give me the set times and just said the doors WOULD OPEN AT 7:30pm so I took that as a "arrive at 7:30p and the event would start at 8pm" When we arrived at 7:30pm, the Valet was full and after 20 mins we decided no one was leaving and the only choice was to PAY to park at MGM and then take the free shuttle. We parked at MGM by 8pm only for there to be no free shuttle so we walked over and finally made it into the venue at 8:30pm to find out the second band was already performing. Great! This is why I wanted estimate set times so I wouldn't miss the first two bands. Only the staff member holding the venue entrance door was polite the staff accepting the tickets were so rude. When we got to the bar all the bartenders were busy but instead of asking us to wait or thanking us for waiting they just ignored us until they had nothing better to do. When we finally got one of the bartenders attention she gave us attitude for my friend having a top golf gift card - why does that matter? you're getting paid either way. Finally, Andrew performed and he was amazing of course. The security staff to the left of the stage was kind enough to move the trash can to let me stand against the barricade so I could watch the band with a decent view as I couldn't find a good view due to being late and short in height. After the show we stayed for dinner at the bar and our server/bartender was new and actually really awesome. I hope I never have to go back here for a concert ever again but would like to try golfing or something else if the opportunity is given. read more

They claim to have a policy about no outside food and drinks yet, we saw so many patrons with Starbucks cups and other drinks allowed to go inside yet, security only singles us out as we were the only black group there. I took my kids and they had a great time they wanted to go back. The experience was awesome. Staff was great from beginning to end. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the food and beer. The food came out cold. We ordered some boneless hot wings and they were cold. The nachos were cold as well. My beer felt a little on the warm side and it's probably because it was a plastic cup.
