This was probably my third time at Topgolf, and I honestly do not remember the experience being like this before. The food and service were okay overall, but I really wish the timing process had been explained more clearly when we first arrived. We started with 30 minutes of play time and assumed that window would also give us time to decide what we wanted to eat. Our food arrived about five minutes before our time ended, and we were told we would need to extend. We said we wanted to eat first and then restart our play time after. At first, they said that was fine, but then someone came over and added time without fully explaining it. We initially thought it might be complimentary, but it ended up being charged, which was fine. When that time was ending, they came back again asking if we wanted to extend. We explained the same thing, and that is when they told us we could not finish eating at the bay and would have to move into the restaurant. If we wanted to play again after, we would have to go through the whole check-in process again. At that point, we agreed to extend one more time and eat while playing. That said, the food itself was great. The service was great and our spot was clean and nice when we got there. We ordered the hot honey pizza and the lemon pepper wings, and both tasted delicious. It was not a huge deal, but it was a little frustrating since none of this was explained upfront. A clearer explanation from the beginning would have made the experience smoother. read more

A spectacular night to celebrate my sister's birthday at Topgolf Miami Gardens. We had a reservation for a party of four. There was a lot of parking available, the venue is enormous, all the hitting bays provide a very private, comfortable sitting and enough space for us to enjoy golfing. Spacious, heated space and incredible technology that showcase their ultra high-tech golf balls while you aim at the outfield targets. You can even see your golf ball and score in a monitor while you play! This feature made the night super enjoyable and fun. The staff members are friendly and attentive. We really like this venue because there was security at all times and a lot of space. Our hitting bay was located on the 3rd floor. The amenities include free golf clubs many different styles and sizes, also unlimited balls and many games. My favorite was Sonic! We reserved the bay space for two hours, every hour for $30. When we registered before playing we paid six dollars (6), for each of us. You need to become a member and pay that amount if it's the first time visiting. The interactive app shows the scores in the screen located on your space. The food was delicious but the price for drinks were not listed on the menu however, we order a pitcher of beer and the funday faves platter that was delicious and shareable. The young lady who took care of us provided a top notch service including helping us to keep my sister birthday cake cold. Highly recommended! The topgolf venue opens until late mostly every day. Stopped by for lunch time with some friends and we played for 2 hours. The bay rental is decently priced especially when you split it amongst more people. We got a bay upon walk in because we showed up during the week--also highly recommend to avoid the crowds and saves you some money. My family came during the week to celebrate a belated Father's Day and we were all so excited because we love topgolf. Unfortunately, this was probably the worst topgolf experience we've had. -first, the reservation. I made a reservation online about a week before. I was extremely disappointed with how they nickel and dime customers. We needed two bays to accommodate our family (which was expected), but they charge $30 to guarantee that we would be next to each other. Such a ripoff! They also require each player to pay $5 for a membership in order to be able to play. Another scam. -our reservation was for two hours. When we got there, it asked us on the screens how long we wanted to play, and the max option was 104 minutes, which it said was until some sort of event. We got there early, started on time, and were never made aware of any event. We were confused by this, but there was nobody around to answer our question so we just started anyway. -the food took forever to come out! I ordered the cheese flatbread (basically pizza), which should be easy. It was also a Tuesday night and they weren't crowded. Our server was super nice and gave us free sodas to make up for it. If it wasn't for that, my rating would probably be even lower. All of our food was good though. -the golf was fun, but the experience was so tainted by all of these other issues. Topgolf is always a good time. I've been to the Miami and Vegas location a few times. We love coming here, whether it's with friends or the kids. It's always fun and something different. The food here is actually good and service is great. A menu item that usually catches peoples attention is the injectable donut holes. They serve sugared donut holes with syringes of chocolate or jelly to inject into the donuts. A creative way to make the dessert fun. When you play a top gun, you rent out a bay and that allows several people to play golf. There is a server just for your area and you can order food and drinks brought to your bay area. On this particular day, we went for an event and they had a wide selection of food for the group. He had a charcuterie tray, pimento cheese dip, chips, spinach dip, chicken, tenders, meatballs and injectable donut holes. The food selection was fresh. The meatballs were really tasty. I found the chicken tenders to be heavily coated and a little bit tough to eat. I'm not a big pimento cheese dip, but their pimento cheese dip was actually tasty. Topgolf is smart by putting fans all over the outdoor area. Even with the fans, it's tough surviving in this Florida humidity. It's still super hot and you can't help but sweat, unless you're standing right in front of a fan. I feel like they should add mister fans! That would be awesome! It can be pricey hanging out at Topgolf. But we really do enjoy coming here when we can. I would suggest keeping an eye out for their promos and special discounted days. A few of their specials. Looking for something fun to do? Topgolf is it!! We went in the afternoon on the weekend with some friends and had a great time! There was plenty of seating but it was super hot! They kept the fans running which helped! Once we signed up we started playing and ordered some fun drinks and food. I want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team at Topgolf Miami Gardens. Specifically Manager Ayu, Tina (from Sales/Events), and Manager Christian. I accidentally booked an event for 25 people at the Doral location thinking it was for Miami Gardens. When I arrived at Miami Gardens ready to host, there was no record of my event and that's when I realized I had booked the wrong location. With guests already on their way from all over South Florida, panic started to set in. Ayu was the first to step in and immediately helped calm me down. She reached out to the Doral team to gather details to try and assist me. She understood that rerouting a large group last-minute just wasn't realistic, and made sure my party was accommodated at Miami Gardens. I truly appreciated Ayu's calm presence and how she helped me stay grounded during what could've been a complete disaster. Ayu looped in Tina, the Sales/Event Coordinator, who took it from there. Tina worked with the team at Doral behind the scenes to help get us re-accommodated at the Miami Gardens location which was no small task, but made it happen. I wish I knew who Tina coordinated with at Doral so I could thank them too, because the effort it took to turn things around so quickly was impressive. Manager Christian also deserves major kudos. He helped host and assist our group of about 20, and despite it being just him and a large party, he was incredibly attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of during our two-hour event. What could have been a complete disaster turned into a great evening thanks to their professionalism, teamwork, and genuine customer care. My mother in law is a big golfer and when we were visiting she took us out for a game at Topgolf! We really enjoyed our rounds but did note that some of the holes don't register when a ball goes in and thus don't always give points (mainly the large green hole in the middle), but it wasn't really an issue for us since it was a family game and we took it in stride. Topgolf -- Unacceptable service and total waste of time This was hands down one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. We were told there would be an approximately 90-minute wait and were instructed to sit down and wait. We did exactly that and waited the full hour and a half as directed. After all that time, we were then told that they could not seat us at all. No meaningful explanation. No real apology. Just an offer of a coupon, as if that somehow makes up for completely wasting our time. It doesn't. The lack of organization and communication at this location is shocking. If they cannot manage wait times or capacity, they should not be telling guests to wait that long in the first place. This isn't a small inconvenience--it's blatant mismanagement and complete disregard for customers' time. I've been to many busy venues, and this was by far the worst handling of a wait list I've ever seen. A business of this size should operate far better than this. I would strongly recommend going to any other location or choosing a different venue altogether. Until management addresses these issues, this place is not worth the frustration. read more

Came here for an event. Place is very big and easy to accommodate large groups. When we went out to the bay we had a buffet prepared. The food unfortunately was cold. But overall the taste of it was pretty good. At the bay, the tables and sofas were clean which is a plus. The clubs were properly organized so it was easy to find the one you needed. You register the players who are going to join on the screen. You can also register using your number to find your account if you have played at TopGolf before. Service was lacking a little. I had to walk to the bar to get my own drinks. At one point I did have a waitress get my drink order but it took over 20 minutes to get my glass. Definitely needs some work. We had a blast I love the option of games available - it makes it interesting and can level the playing field from experienced to amateur players. Unfortunately, the service was terrible or non-existent. Our party is full of people that were or are in the industry, so we're more forgiving when a server is busy and not as attentive. This is honestly the worst top golf experience we have ever had. This place is NASTY. Food left on tables from the night before, plates had grease and food residue on them. We had a tab open at the bar and we had to find a manager to close out due to no one being behind the bar. We bought a bay through Groupon, but no one told us we had to book through the website. So after we waited an hour back at the bar once again had to find a manager to close out. Doesn't seem like the staff works for tips because they are no where to be found. We have had to ask someone else where our waiter was 3 times. Now the course is in terrible shape. Golf clubs out in the green, calls everywhere so the screens can't properly pick up where yours goes. I am so truly disappointed in this experience as a whole. Came here with my friend girl, her daughter and sister. We made reservations online where we paid half of the rsvp fee. When we arrive you were escorted our section. The lounge set up was nice with a comfortable u shaped outdoor sofa and table. There was a waiter there take our order they have a QR code. You can scan to see the menu. We orders a mix of appetizers lemon pepper chicken wings, cheesy feries and steak nachos. Everything was good honestly! I tore that food up lol Also I had a coconut margarita and my friend had a mango margarita very nice on the alcohol level. There is a staff near by for assistance with the game set up. We first has to put our information into the kiosk one by one to sign up for membership which was added extra onto the bill which I think it was like $5-10 per person extra. Wow what a place. Food was amazing, the chicken sandwich with the habanero mayo was so juicy and the right amount of spice. The chicken tacos were yummy, the drinks are great. Service was amazing, I don't know about the other reviews about service but everyone was on point. Even the manager came to check on us. I love that even if you don't know how to play Golf you can play and score big, my wife kicked my butt and she didn't even hit the ball that far, I didn't care I just wanted my wife to be happy and she was and so was I. All in all such a great experience. If I had one constructive feedback, the server was absolutely amazing the only, not picky from me, thing I didn't like is when she just taped a bunch of thing on the kiosk and we have no idea what she pressed, it would be great if the server is going to do that, if they can breafly explain what it is they are selecting and why it's being skipped. Like ex: "I'm going to skip all this cause it's basically giving general instructions you don't need" . The reason this was important to me is because we have been to places with kiosk and they ended up putting in their own tips. Love going to Topgolf! We decided to check out this location while staying nearby for a conference. We had 6 people in one bay which worked out but it does take up a lot of time depending on which game you play. Easy check in when you have a reservation. We were able to go straight to our assigned bay without having to wait for one. Since we went on a Tuesday, we were able to play half-off golf. The service on the other hand was really bad. The staff took so long to take our order and rarely saw him. We waited so long for our food and ended up finding out he didn't even put our order in (his excuse was that he had a lot of orders to take care of. He didn't even offer anything to make up for his mistake). The drinks were mediocre but they did have $6 margs and $5 drafts. We ordered some food (again), pitchers of beer, and a round of shots. I've never been to Top golf before. I was a little intimidated since my only golfing experience has been mini-golf. I went with my cousin and a family friend and we had a really great time. We played the standard game at first. I sucked! Then we were shown how to play the Angry Birds version which was my favorite! I did so much better with that where the others played better with the standard game. There are so many "lanes" or whatever they are called. We stayed for a few hours until after 10 pm and people were still coming in. They have an indoor bar as well as some sort of party room or lounge. Table side service at each lane was good. Besides there computer system which keeps track of the score being wronf and continually messing up. The service was not good. We had paid for 2 hours of golf and placed food and drink order right when got to the Bay; it took over an hour for our food and drinks to arrive, every time we would ask about it we were dismissed. I don't know if this is there tactic to make you pay to stay longer, but it didn't work. Our waiter was extremely rude and had slammed our food down along with his tray when it finally arrived, the food was room temp. as if it had been sitting there for a while.
