This was my first time at Topgolf and I was unimpressed. When we got to our Bay things went down hill. Besides there computer system which keeps track of the score being wronf and continually messing up. The service was not good. We had paid for 2 hours of golf and placed food and drink order right when got to the Bay; it took over an hour for our food and drinks to arrive, every time we would ask about it we were dismissed. I don't know if this is there tactic to make you pay to stay longer, but it didn't work. Our waiter was extremely rude and had slammed our food down along with his tray when it finally arrived, the food was room temp. as if it had been sitting there for a while. Overall a disappointing night. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the girl who checked us into the Bay gave us free trial memberships instead of paying the $5 membership fee. read more

Had a great time at Topgolf. Came early afternoon on a Friday and it wasn't too busy. Tons of parking available and on both sides of the building. We were able to get a bay right away with no wait which was nice. If you go on a weekend night you should expect to wait for over an hour though, it gets very busy. You can always download the app and put your place in line for free which is nice. We played for an hour and a half and had a lot of fun. It was early afternoon so it came out to $40 per hour at the bay. It does get pretty expensive as time flys by, especially if you're ordering/eating at the bay. I would definitely recommend eating at the bar first and then playing so you can focus on just playing. The staff was all really friendly, manager and server both came over right away and introduced themselves. Ordered the chicken Sandwhich with fries and it was very good, would definitely order it again. Love coming to Topgolf and definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to do something fun outdoors. Top golf is a fun place for friends or family to meet for drinks, fun & the challenge to see who really is the best at driving a golf ball home. Tip: check online to see if they have any promotions or deals happening before you visit to plan accordingly. They do have different prices depending on the time and day you go. We visited on a Tuesday with no wait around 2pm- currently on Tuesdays the Bay is half off and prices vary depending what time you go. Price was $37 for 2 hours. With top golf the max hours you can play is 2 hours. Once the 2 hours are done they close the tab if you order any food drinks etc. They did not allow us to add more time after the 2 hours. We ordered sodas, Moscow mules and beer. The moscow mule was watery- but it most likely sat at the bar a little too long and ice melted. Food was delicious we ate the Buffalo chicken dip it was crispy on top creamy on the inside and came with enough chips and then some to last you a he entire meal. Only Con of the visit is where we sat reeked of propane gas. The smell would come and go since you do stand up to play but when sitting down at the table the smell was pretty strong. read more

After speaking to the manager she apologized ... barely . About 20 mins later she sends out the "chef" . This is where it went wrong . My friends and I were looking for an activity after having lunch and settled on Top Golf. I knew there was one located in Doral but this one is in Miami Gardens. Getting here was a bit of a hassle, especially if you aren't super familiar with the highways with all its forks and exits. We came on a Sunday afternoon and although the parking lot looked packed, it was actually not too crazy inside. We were able to get a Bay on the third floor with no wait. There seemed to be a good amount of games you could choose from but my friend was pretty disappointed when he realized that the Angry Birds game was only available at the Doral location. We had a staff member/server assist us with drinks and ordered some waters along with a pitcher of Sangria. The range itself was nice and everything seemed super clean. It is pretty expensive to rent a bay but it was also a weekend so I guess that is what contributed to the high price. I was also a bit confused because they asked for a card to start our order (which at the time was just tap water) and then asked again at the end for another card to pay with. First time here and we loved it. Arrived around 3:30 on a Sunday. We didn't have a reservation and were told it was a 30 minute wait. We went to the bar and ordered a drink and nachos and five minutes later we got the text that our bay was ready. There are three different levels of bays so it's very large. You can choose from a bunch of different games for various experience levels. In addition to the nachos and spiked frozen lemonades we ordered additional food once we were in our bay. The wings were delicious and very saucy, the smokehouse burger was great and the buffalo chicken dip was very tasty and served with plenty of chips. The only thing we didn't like was you had to flag down a waitress when you needed anything. It would have been nice to order food directly from your table and not have to wait around for someone to appear. Near the end of our time we really wanted another drink because it was hot out there and we never saw anyone to order them from. Overall it's a great place to spend a few hours hitting some balls. I used to work at the Topgolf in Charlotte, NC, so I may have a biased opinion.. I've been to this location a few times since moving to South Florida, and it's the typical atmosphere that you would expect in a popular city. The service wasn't the best in my opinion, but I always have a great time! The best part is indulging in all the food options. The chicken sandwich and fries/tater tots are always fried to perfection, so it's hard for me to switch it up! But you can't go wrong with ordering whatever. Trust me. You don't need to have any golf experience, and it's fun even if you're not very good. I would not highly recommend the food, but I also didn't come expecting a great meal. My first time at top golf and was visiting from out of state. We had a great time, the service was wonderful and the drinks were delicious!

The system will not allow you to modify your reservation and if you call they will also refuse to modify your appointment. Despite not even having a full house. Imagine showing up to an empty restaurant, letting them know you'd be there at 5 instead of 4:30. And they punish you by making you pay for those 30 minutes despite them being dead and several tables were available. Customer service is nonexistent. Everyone here has an attitude i have never seen such a refusal of accommodations. Service is terrible, by the time you get your drinks you are half way into your game. Reserving is pointless, better off waiting. They do not override or edit the reservations even if you call in advance to change the time. We had drinks, and would have considered paying for more time. But not at the expense of paying full price for 1 hour and half. You will lose the time even if you paid full price, simply because their "policy" is to charge for every minute in the system even if there are several slots empty. I came here not really having any expectations as I had only learned of this place recently. I had a reservation with my boyfriend so we had to check in in order to get our bay number information. This was done in a matter of minutes and we were already on my way to golfing. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful with teaching you about the golfing experience here. Immediately our server came and our orders were taken. We ordered a pineapple mixed drink which happened to come in an adorable souvenir cup and it was delicious! Especially on such a hot day out. Since we were going to constantly be getting up to take out turn we decided to only have an appetizer. The pretzel bites appetizer was savory and delectable down to the last bite, especially with the cheese dip. It was also surprisingly very filling too. The actual golfing aspect is a fun time. I am absolutely surprised at all these negative reviews about this place because I had an exceptional time here and I can for sure guarantee I will be coming back as soon as possible. Sure it is a little on the pricy side but honestly an hour is definitely a nice amount of time for $25 if you're here with one or two other people. Anything more and it'll definitely start to get up there in price. The food and rink we got were also very good, however at $16 for the drink they could've had a smidge more alcohol because it tasted more like fruit juice than a mixed drink. Overall though the flavor was amazing. The pretzel bites were also wonderful however the cheese was definitely sitting on the plate cause it had the film cheese dip gets when it sits too long. The staff was great and helpful as well but my only concern was our waitress basically disappeared after dropping our drink off when we were gonna order some food. By the time we got our first little order in, two hours had passed. We were gonna get more food but never had the opportunity to. The games are fun and once you get the swing (haha... Awesome time! This was my first time golfing and at top golf. We had a great time. I'm so glad I made reservations online because the bays was sold out. I wanted two bays close together but online didn't offer. I called but it was an automated person so no help there. I still went ahead and booked two separate bays hoping to get them next to each other. Since the times requested was 10:45 and 11. Unfortunately no luck there but at least we did end up being able to play. The food was good and the customer service was excellent. They also have fans so it wasn't as hot as I thought it would be. This is definitely a place you should take the family. It's outside/inside and the bays are separated so your not touching the group next to you. It's very spacious. read more

We will definitely be back but I would make sure I had the same server the entire time. While the menu is rather limited, the items are not just easy to heat up bar food, the small bites and burger are delicious. Instead of paying for individual people, look into the membership passes for the one person who golfs the most because one game with 5 people could be expensive. The staff did wear their masks in accordance with the Covid-19 guidelines, however I would have like to have seen more hand sanitizing stations prevalent throughout the facility. My father has always been an avid golfer but unfortunately, the passion for the game has never translated over to me and my sisters.... But my recent experience at Topgolf has inspired a newfound appreciation for the sport my dad loves so much! Each group is assigned a lane like in a bowling alley (check out half price Tuesday! Same amount of fun for half the price :)) and like in bowling, you take turns smacking that golf ball onto the green. Topgolf provides you with a wide range of clubs (I saw people bringing their own too) and by waving the club over a sensor, the golf ball is released- the system tracks where your ball goes so you can rack up those points. As a complete golf beginner, I had loads of fun (and understood why my dad finds so much satisfaction from shooting that little ball over the lush green with a THWACK)- would recommend for so many different events (a fun date, hanging out with friends, even a family event). Watch out for these people. They will rip you off. We got a group package with a $175 minimum food and drink spend. With 20 minutes left in our 2 hours, we asked the waitress how much we had spent and she replied "$113" to multiple people in our party separately. Since we were getting charged $175, regardless, we ended up ordering another $63.79 worth of food and drinks (Yes, I know the exact items we ordered afterwards. She was counting on us being too drunk to know.) and it turns out we were already actually at about $220 in food and drink spend when we put in the big order. Needless to day, a big fight with management ensued, but they gave us no discount. This was my 3rd time visiting Top Golf in the last 12 months, but now its my last time. It seemed everyone but me had been to Topgolf. Well, no longer! I went on the Friday night that was my birthday and we had so much fun. While I can't comment on the food, seeing as we didn't have any, I can comment on the drinks. They have a vast selection of them, but some of the regulations behind them are a bit strange. Where else does getting a certain cocktail mean showing two IDs? That said, let's move onto the actual golfing. When we arrived, we were surprised to see that there are carts that take you to the entrance. We took advantage of this free service. From that, we went inside and headed to the counter. Apparently, one person takes the lead and that person is texted when the bay is ready. We had a 30-45 minute wait. While we waited, we sat at the bar and partook in drinks. Eventually my friend was texted and we headed to the bay. This is where I feel Topgolf needs work. None of us had any idea what to do with the screen or how to even start the game. We had to hunt down an employee. This took what - 10 minutes maybe? Eventually someone came and explained it, but this was just a pain. We shouldn't have had to hunt someone down to begin with. Not to mention that it took forever to be attended. That and when it was time to pay and leave, we didn't even have the same person, which fine, I understand, busy day and all, but it made it aggravating as it just implied lack of consistency. That and the second guy just was so unhelpful. He barely greeted us, just pretty much came to charge us immediately after our game was done. I don't get it really. They have issues getting you into the bay, but they have no issues whatsoever immediately coming and charging you once the game is complete. Talk about a lack of customer service! We felt like numbers. Not cool. Fun stuff, but subpar service. I'm not sure if it's because we went on a late Friday night or what, but that did leave a bit of a bitter aftertaste. I am not a golfer, but my husband and I received a Topgolf gift certificate for our birthdays and we decided to bring a couple of experienced golfers with us. This place is a little hard to find from the highway, especially if you don't know the area. Luckily you can see the huge nets from about a mile away so we always knew we were headed in the right direction. There is a big parking lot and parking is free which is good because we went on a Saturday night and bays were over $60 an hour. (They offer discounts to teachers and first responders; however you don't get a discount on the 50% deposit made before the reservation date.) I reserved 2 bays online and received a confirmation email the day before our arrival. At this time I was also able to request a 3rd floor bay. I received another text on the actual day of our outing stating that check-in would be done by text and that once we were assigned a bay that we could just meet our host there. All of this went very smoothly and we were assigned bay #320 at exactly 7:00 as scheduled. Our host, Andres, came right over and helped us with our sign-in and asked us if we'd like to order anything. Two of us decided to share a pitcher of Floridian, ($21 for a large pitcher that was big enough for us each to have 3 glasses of beer.) The other 2 people in our party ordered old-fashioneds with Bullet Bourbon. (They were out of Bullet, so Andres suggested Maker's Mark, which ended up being a few dollars more.) There was a pretty extensive food menu, so we started with the hummus. It was really good, and there was a huge portion! It came with assorted veggies and some yummy pita for dipping. We noticed that there was a deal where you could order 6 menu items for $55. We asked Andres if we could do that and count the hummus as item #1. He said yes so we ordered 2 flat breads, (margherita and barbecue brisket,) an order of boneless wings, a cheeseburger, and chicken nachos. The barbecue brisket flatbread was everyone's favorite....it was delicious and full of flavor. (A little spicy) The margerita flatbread was good, but nothing special. The chicken nachos were really unique with cheddar cheese and broccoli. Everyone liked those. The boneless wings and the cheeseburger were both good and juicy. There are 3 levels of many bays and there are bars and bathrooms on all levels. The bays are really nice with high top tables and each bay has a private t.v. The golf set-up is pretty cool where you get a choice of clubs and just swing your club over a light to generate a ball. Everything is tracked on a screen right in the bay. There are all different games that can be played and different targets. We were a little disappointed that some of our balls didn't seem to track properly; but we still had fun. The nighttime views are cool and you can play as much as you want in 2 hours. (The screen shut down at exactly 2 hours.) Topgolf is a really cool place and we had a lot of fun. It's kind of pricey to go on a weekend; but it's cool for a special celebration or maybe to take tourists. I was definitely surprised by the choices and prices of food and drinks offered; and the quality was better than expected. I will definitely be back at some point. read more

Who knew golfing could be so fun yet tiresome? Seems easy enough you just hit a ball and hope it falls into a hole. Sorry to burst your bubbles but it's harder than it looks. The precision and accuracy with combination of strength or skill. You can either hit it smartly or strongly. With keens eye, you can only hope you can be like the woods guy. Let me PUTT it this way. If You GOLF to be successful you gotta make it out on TOP. It's a little pricey with food and drink in combination with your hourly sesh but they do have specials on certain days like Tuesday/Wednesday. Also, the earlier you come the cheaper it will be. Nice to place to wind down and relax believe it or not. I really enjoyed my first experience. It's a workout in itself making it to the entrance tho. Plenty of stairs. But that's where the view is. You should aim to put golf on 3rd or 4th floors and not the 1st! read more
