During this Covid era, you try to find places that let you social distance. Went on a Friday afternoon and it was busy, so happy we made a reservation. I think the wait was like 1 1/2 hours. We were a little early, so had to wait outside by the door. However I guess you get a text if you wait in your car, so you know your bay is ready and can go directly there. The lady who works at the front was trying her best to direct people to where they needed to be, and also keep with social distancing guidelines. However ,we did see several people being rude to her, which was so unnecessary. The bay itself had plastic on the sides, and you had your own area. It was fun, but way too hot that day. The margarita was good. The nachos were actually pretty good. The pretzels tasted like frozen pretzels and freezer burn, so that was not cool. I prefer going in the evening. The staff was great, and they did their best to clean in between parties using the bays. The location is in my favorite part of Nashville: Germantown. Parking is ample in the lot. Be sure to check out the Germantown nightlife scene after playing. Venues like 5th and Taylor and Butchertown Hall offer great après scenes. QUALITY. Food quality was good. "Heat-wich" was INCREDIBLE and the spicy margs w/ fresh jalapenos (pickled offered, as well) were perfect. My girlfriend got the pretzel bites, which she also enjoyed. SERVICE. Service was PERFECT. Our server, Sebastien, was super on top of his game. He was never far from sight and was super quick at facilitating our every need. Thanks Sebastien! VALUE. Topgolf is incredibly expensive, and it is always a place I go to splurge--not a place I go for value. Our bill was close to ~$170 all-in after tax and tip. Went mid-day on a Monday for a friends birthday. It was surprisingly fairly busy, however they were able to get us a bay (just not 2 next to one another as requested). I have never been to a location before so it was a new experience, but it was very simple and easy to follow experienced or not. Our waitstaff was super kind and very efficient. I was hired to INSTAntly WORK thru an APP as a temp at this location and come in to run food. You are told to take the food to the table, you get one walk up to see the stairs and elevator then you are turned loose. Training is non existent. I worked yesterday and my pay was not reported. Since they get 15 days to pay you, in 15 days, due to TN law I will finally get to pursue this company and get paid. They never gave me a break but I am sure they will dock me 30 minutes for "lunch". my very first visit to Topgolf and i will never go back! we were sent to the sports bar/grill to wait for out bay to come available. there were NO servers on the floor. and there were 2 bartenders behind the bar. i stood at the bar waiting for 7-8 minutes just to be acknowledged .... by someone.....ANYONE. finally a woman walked up and asked if i needed something. yes! we would like to order! she handed me a few menus and told me to order at the bar when we were ready. after another 10 minutes i walked up to the bar to order and once again waited for someone..... ANYONE to acknowledge me standing there .... finally same woman returned and told me if i wanted to order i would need to have a credit card on file and she would place a hold on it ( first time i've ever been told that) i gave her my card and placed our order. food was cold and i was disappointed in the lack of service for the price i was paying . we had NO server come to our table , refill drinks , bring togo boxes or even give me my bill. when out bay came available i once again approached the bar to pay our bill. and once again i stood there waiting to be acknowledged ! when the bartender FINALLY got tired of seeing me standing there she asked me what i needed. i told her i wanted to pay my bill. she had trouble locating it since we had NO server. i had to tell her what we ordered for her to locate my bill and since my card was already on file she closed it out. i left a $0 tip on my $155. bill since the service was horrible and so were the attitudes of the staff. i left a note on my receipt "my $0 tip reflects the service received maybe management should rectify this issue". the next morning i received a nasty lil note from the bartender who found my name on my credit card receipt and sought me out on social media to "scold " me about not being nice. this is absolutely unacceptable!!! why would i leave a $30 plus tip for someone who didn't serve me?! and especially to someone who had a nasty attitude towards me to begin with?! I had been wanting to come here for the longest time. I had wanted to get a group of friends or to double date. Welp, that never happened. Next best thing was that we got to go for a work outing. We got to come during work hours on a Friday to enjoy the afternoon. We had a huge group so we clearly had made reservations and all of that. We were on the third floor and had the last 5 bays. We had two servers assigned to us for the entirety of the event. They taught us how it all worked and let us go at it. I must admit it is definitely harder than it looks. Moral of the story... I was not good. I wasn't terrible, but I certainly wasn't great. We enjoyed our event and got lunch as well. The food was delicious and there was so much of it. We had the fajita bar. We've had a good time the two times we've been. The staff has been very attentive. The balls don't really track accurately, but it's still fun. We'll have to pass on drinks from now on. So this was my first time ever going to Top Golf and based on the reviews, I thought Nashville was going to be the place to go. I was excited and thought I'd maintain the reputation that a few people have already commented. Please read before taking coming. First off we were greeted by subpar service that told us the wait was approximately 5 hours even though the website said 1 hour. Then, we looked around and saw several bays open and realized that the issue wasn't a customer issue but a staffing issue. We questioned questioned the open bays and were told that a high paying party has reserved an entire floor and it depleted its staffing. (YES OPEN BAYS BUT LOW STAFFING). COVID 19 excuse Being a reasonable person we said ok we don't need service but nope, they still said based on their in house policy's they can not have us using a bay. Long story short we paid for an Uber to take us to Top Golf to be told that because we are not "baller" enough we can not golf.... Damn wishing I was a Kardashian at this point.... So if you are not rich and can't reserve an entire floor don't come here.... Matter fact go axe throwing.... Or go to downtown it will save you time money and effort.... read more

We love this place but are very disappointed in the way it's ran. We came here at 2 pm and were told it's a hour and a half wait. We put our name in and we saw 8 (yes 8) bays open on the 2nd level for over a hour. I'm sure there were many more on the top level. After a hour and a half I went up to check where we were in line and they told me we accidentally got deleted off the list so they put us on priority and we will get the next open bay We still didn't get a text and watched 4 bays leave and be cleaned so we had to go back up. 15 min later we got a text saying our bay was almost ready. We didn't get a bay assignment for 20 min after that. 2 hours and 25 min later we got a bay. So much for 1.5 hours. And the fact that if I didn't go up there we would of never got a bay and watched 6 bays sit open for 2 hours is ridiculous! read more

It's Topgolf. If you're looking for a good time and you even remotely enjoy golf, this is the spot for you. We came here on my friend's bachelor party, and this location was just as nice as the others. Staff were very friendly, from the greeters at the front to our waitress. Prices can be high at peak times, but in my estimation I think it's worth it for special occasions or a fun weekend activity. Stick to the simpler games if you're coming with non-golfers, that way they can get some enjoyment out of it too. read more

We love Topgolf. It's such a fun place whether you're looking for a family friendly or place to take a group of adults. We were told a 45 minute wait but there was a bay ready within 25 minutes. That's always nice to promise late and deliver early. The food here is fine. It's nothing to write home about but you don't go to Topgolf for the food, you go for the atmosphere and, in my case, to suck at hitting golf balls, but still have tons of fun. I strongly suggest going on Tuesday as the fees are 1/2 off. Great way to have fun and save some money, too!!! read more

Then we got another do to a shift change and service was very slow. Had empty drinks constantly and when we got the bill they tried charging us for two hours of game play. Nice looking place, nice servers, terrible management. Beware if you are booking a group event; they will charge your credit card the minimum amount for food and drinks no matter what. They cut our group off after 2 drinks and halfway through our time, threatened to call the cops on us (for no reason, our group was simply golfing and having a good time). If they feel they needed to cut us off sure, however settle up the accurate current bill and go on our way. They did not do this, created an issue, and terminated the contract yet still billed the amount in full. Save yourself the headache and dont come here. read more

This was my second visit to this Top Golf location and the customer service is incredible. Was organizing a bachelor party outting for a group of seven, and from the reps on the phone to the front desk hosts, everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Moreover, we had Kirby hosting our section who was awesome to our group. She was incredibly helpful with getting us setup in the game computer and was super fun/charming. Our first time at TopGolf and we weren't disappointed. It's a fun, interactive experience for any type of person, from a year round golfer to a kid just wanting to have fun. I went with a group of 6 and we got a bay within about 45 mins. We were originally waiting for the first level but actually got the third level! The view is pretty and the staff were attentive. Each bay has a host who gets your food and drinks and someone else sets up the game with your names and stuff. The drinks were good, both bottled options and mixed and the food was actually really good. We had a few apps and multiple meals between the 6 of us. The pretzel board was amazing! It's like a meat and cheese board with a large pretzel with cheese and mustard dip. The artichoke dip was good as well, but the queso was lacking flavor. We also ordered a burger, wrap, hot chicken, and sliders. All decent bar type food. Nothing to complain about! Great family friendly place! 4.2. I do well at Putt-Putt but this was difficult. Shoot, I'm not a golf pro and trust me, this proved it but we had so much fun. We arrived before noon to only pay $25/hr. They provide breakfast, lunch and dinner options and surprisingly the breakfast is tasty. We had the flat bread. It was fairly chilly but don't let a cold day be an excuses not to go as the bays have heater lamps that keep you pretty toasty. Unfortunately, our bay heater lamps wasn't working nearest our tee. We did again bring to the attention of our attendant that we each lost our 20th ball for each round. Although it's one ball, it isn't what was promised. Take home message: Grab a lot of people to join you and share the cost of the hourly rate or make it a buffet. It's definitely worth it and you will have a blast. read more

I went on a Sunday afternoon, and my boyfriend and I waited approximately 30 minutes to be placed. We sat at the bar while waiting, and our service was excellent. I had a mango frozen lemonade and Moscow mule, and both drinks were flavorful and generous portions! Once placed in our section, our server checked on us frequently without it feeling as though we were being pestered. We got the chips and queso, and it was absolutely delicious! My only complaint is that there are not more fans outside. It was in the 90s, and I was drenched in sweat after 30 minutes of playing. Service was good but slow and I think if drinks were checked on more often you could put an order in when you're half way done with the first one and it wouldn't matter so much. Had my son's 8th birthday party here, and it was hands down the best venue! From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. Plenty of room for guests, both kids and adults had fun with the various games available, and the food was top notch. Kids' dishes came out in gourmet-looking trays and our party planner brought extra cocktail tables for the cake and gifts. It was a VIP experience- when you arrive the party planner has a airport-like greeting fan held up for your guests with a Happy Birthday message for your child, and when you get up to your bays there's a huge name installation ready for pics for personalized for the birthday boy or girl. The cake vendor forgot to put my son's name on top of the cake; no problem-a TopGolf event manager came out and had the cake fixed for us!
