Alyssa was SO amazing. She was probably the nicest server I ever had, anywhere. She'd check up on my mom and I probably every 10 minutes. She saw my water was almost empty and asked if I wanted another water. I said yes, and after maybe 20 minutes, I didn't get my water, so I told her, and she was nice enough to give me not only a regular water, but also a water to-go, since our time was almost over there. TOPGOLF can be very fun if you know how to swing the clubs and thwack the balls to the moon. The ambiance was honestly "sick" because of the epic lights on the targets. From previous visits, I can tell you, the food is amazing. I personally love that one platter (I forgot the name of it, but it had sliders, Mac and cheese bites, and pretzel bites). I wish I could give this a zero star review. I reserved three Bays for a party and upon arrival with no prior notice they told me that there is no food or drinks to make matters even worse. They said I was not allowed to bring in my own pizza or even water the poor children are thirsty and hungry, and there is no food for them. I asked what they were going to offer me for the huge inconvenience and they said they will offer me my money back on my deposit if I wanted to leave, but if I stayed and played, they would give me nothing nor can I bring in my own water or food. The food is also really good and atmosphere is better then just sitting and swinging outside on a driving range in a course. Top golf is located off of Archilbald, just north of the 10 freeway. There is a very large parking lot and they do take reservations. We made a reservation and checking in at the front was easy. We were taken to our seats and we had a great time! We ordered both food and drink and the food was better than what I imagined. It's best to just do finger foods. I feel like I have a tip that would help them run things smoother at the bar... we were often walking to the bar and getting our drinks because it would take some time to see our waitress- we didn't mind at all but when we walked over there, we were asked again for ID (even though we were ID'd prior). We had to go all the way back to our area to get our ids and then sit in line again. The bartenders were very busy and it just seems like since we are already being carded at the front that it would make sense to put a wristband on us to make for a smoother process . There is NO wait time. We walk in to get our tickets and start and they told us it would be a 2-3 hour wait. Typically I never leave reviews because I understand that it can get busy. Whoa whoa whoa Top Golf in Ontario!! It's been the talk in my professional network for the last few months. I even subscribed to their text notifications and now they are open at last. This will probably be a reoccurring meeting spot for me quite often. Pricing varies depend on the day of the week, what time zone: open-noon, noon-5pm, or 5pm-close, and the duration. You basically get a better deal for longer durations during the earlier times. The experience is definitely a lot more expensive than just going to a range and hitting a bucket of balls. Tuesdays are half price here if you are looking for a deal. Reservations are recommended but difficult to attain. Usually at least one week out. They only have a few bays out for reservations and the rest are for walk in. I anticipated the long wait so I arrived 2 hours earlier than my meeting time and worked remote from their bar, so that my colleague and I can start playing when they arrive. The timing worked out perfectly for our plans and the actual wait was just about an hour and a half on a Friday afternoon. So I really like that their bays are in the shade. Golf clubs are provided but of course you are more than welcomed to bring your own. Each bay has its' own tv with plenty of sports channels to pick from. Decent kitchen and a full bar. Our Bay Hostess Erin was super helpful and friendly. She explained all of the functions at the bay and made sure we had all the drinks and snacks we needed during our time there. My colleague had a few jameson and ginger ale and bud lights. I had a few vodka red bulls. For snacks we had the Meatalian Flatbread and Buffalo Wings, bone-in of course. My colleague told me not to date guys who order boneless... haha... it seems like I always get dating advice when I'm out golfing. Anyways back to the golf. I enjoyed trying out a variety of clubs, to check what I like best. They have games to play so it makes it interesting for those at any levels. You don't have to be a pro to enjoy top golf. You can select back and forth between the players so you can go one at a time or hit a few in a row. Just remember to select yourself before hitting. Top Golf is so popular they can probably care less about their ratings since there are lines forming out the door. That's probably why they don't take too many reservations either, since their business model is sustainable with walk ins. They really picked a good locations since there isn't too much to do in the Ontario area, and this probably became a hot spot. So hilarious because years ago someone I dated thought golf was cool and I was like *roll my eyes*... but when a colleague told me it would be good for project business development I went all out with a full set of golf clubs, lessons, practice and full on schmoozing. Now I actually enjoy golf. Total brainwash! I'm sure I'll be back soon... I just have to be careful not to run into one vendor while I'm with another vendor. read more

Wow I've been a customer since this place open and tonight was beyond terrible. I will give the head manager Sal a pass for working out a solution but the female manager on site on Sunday, Sept 1, at 5pm, disappointing. The place doesn't make consideration for those with disabilities and the changing table in the bathroom was broken. We wasted our play time trying to discuss the matter at hand to then be presented lackluster options that resulted in losing money. I totally understand it's a holiday week but at least help the customer feel heard. And also why doesn't a major establishment plan for contingencies instead of being so rigid with your system. Now to the server, we never had a server come over to us, 30 minutes in, we had to pull a server who wasn't even ours. Then the server we did get had a bad attitude. I've been many times and this experience left a bad impression. Lastly we were told we couldn't go to bar because we had bay, mind you we never had a waiter come over to us. I came on the official opening day (well, today as of this writing) and I was not disappointed! For a first official day this place runs super smoothly. There was a line outside but it went quickly. Despite the website saying there were no reservations available, it was pretty efficient to just walk in. The view from the 3rd floor is absolutely fantastic. Ashley the bay host at our table was super knowledgeable about the food and drink options and my whole group enjoyed our meals. I ordered a breakfast burrito and mimosa, chicken nachos and my friends got tacos (steak and chicken). It all tasted great - my friends had no complaints either. Extra guests can come later if the group starts and extending the time is super easy. I would absolutely consider going here for a party or other gathering, there are even bars you can just sit at and relax even if you don't play golf. Definitely check this place out! read more

We got there at 10am and there was a line to the curb. We were able to get on the waitlist on the app. The wait time was 1.5 hours so we went down the street to eat. They texted us about 11:15am and asked if we were ready so we replied yes even though we were still at the restaurant. They texted us again since we didn't check in and allowed one time 30 minutes extension. We got there about 11:45 and checked in but were not given a bay until 12:20pm. The server attended to us immediately and explained the rules. We had a group of six people and selected the two hour packet for $110.00. We ordered three appetizers and a pitcher of beer which came out to be $74.00. They gave us ice water in a large cup which was perfect for the hot weather. The service was fast and friendly. My kid paid with a gift card that he got for 35% off so it wasn't too bad. Also, first time members sign through the app for $4.00 instead of $5.00 in person. You have to be a member in order to play. This place has three levels and the top two were full so we got the first floor. They sat us in a lounge chair bay which accommodated everyone. Each area was nicely spaced and they had a big corner fan that rotated. During the course of the game, a few golf balls fell from above because the net openings were wide. Overall, this place is nicely set up and the service is great. We finished about 3pm so expect to spend about 5 hours from start to finish. I would recommend this place for all ages. On July 18th we celebrated my sons birthday at Top Golf, Ontario (sorry for the late review). Senior Manager of Sales, Brandi Dillon assisted me in getting a quote and made suggestions for my sons party. I went with the Fajita Fiesta package to serve 16 quests. All the quests really enjoyed the food which included Steak/Chicken Fajita, Flour Tortillas, Beans, Cilantro rice, sour cream, cheese, Guacamole, Salsa & Chips and chocolate chip cookies. One cookie for each quest was not enough though. Those cookies were DELICIOUS!! Our hostess for night was Olivia. She was able to get everyone's alcoholic beverage order without a glitch. Her customer service and patience was Excellent. We reserved 3 bays on the 3rd floor for 16 quests for 2 hours which was just enough time. Everyone had such a wonderful time. Our hostess Olivia along with others even sang happy birthday to my son with letter boards spelling out his name "CODY" What a pleasant surprise. Before I booked this party I did go through some of the negative reviews on Yelp and it almost had me not wanting to book. Yikes 2 1/2 Stars is not good. But, I'm glad we did. I do not review on Yelp (I had to create an account to make this one), but the Ontario Top Golf was one of the worst experiences I've had as a customer/patron at any venue or restaurant. I have hosted a birthday party and ~5 business events at various Top Golf locations and will never be back. The staff were extremely rude. Typically when that happens, it's whatever, as a person may just be having a bad day or I was unintentionally crappy to them. But this was 3 different employees at top golf over an hour time frame that were very rude to me. It is clearly a systemic issue. Very disappointed as this is one of the few ways to causally enjoy a little golf with friends and colleagues, and I will not be back. read more

The food is OK it's like bar food, lol but when you're hungry it does the job. The service is slow, but the worst part about it is trying to get a reservation to play. They make you go check in first thing in the morning and you have to wait all day for a spot to open up to be able to play for that day. Very expensive for what it is. The concept is cool though you will definitely have a good time. You're just paying a lot of money for stuff. that shouldn't cost that much especially the food because the food really isn't that good. Despite a negative previous experience, I made a reservation for a cousin's birthday for 10 of us. Reservations are tricky here, but I contacted their group and event planning online, and they set us up. We booked 2 bays for 2 hours, which included a preset minimum for food and drinks. Neither of those two is inexpensive here, especially after another year of bidenomics, so we did go over. It is well worth it. It was great not having to wait in line or waste time online trying to make a reservation. Also, they make you feel like a VIP when you go straight to your bays and everything is set up for you. The food was bar grub, but nevertheless tasty and hot, the drinks on point, and my golf game... let's just say it's a work in progress. Everything else at Top Golf was top-notch. Our son, daughter in-law & grandchildren took me & my husband there for his & our son's birthday. I was the only one that hadn't ever been there before & was completely surprised at how very nice the facility is. They have everything set up extremely nice & the setting is beautiful. It reminded me of a bowling alley, the way each group had their own space & were able to order food & drinks. We didn't feel crowded & we had one of the bays that had an L shaped couch with plenty of room for the 6 of us & a nice size table for food & drinks. It really was a beautiful area for hitting balls & I loved the TV screens that showed us where our balls landed & our points. It was like playing our Wii game for real. I definitely can't wait to go back again. It was the first time for both my husband & myself and. Our grandson has been taking golf lessons there for quite some time now, so they go there often. I don't know if there are more of these around the US, but I think they would do great all over for families to be able to enjoy doing together outside & the food was top notch. The service was excellent, maybe better than at some restaurants! The servers were constantly checking to see if there was anything at all we needed.
