I went today with my fiancé to play golf and eat. We got the 50% of deal and played for 90 minutes and ate. The golfing was fun and we had enough time to play a few rounds and practice rounds. The environment was not too loud and you can play comfortable. Each floor either has tables or sofa. I prefer the sofa.. We got the hot honey pepperoni pizza, wings, and donut holes. The review is four stars because the pizza was honestly a 5/10. The rest of the food was good but they need to make the pizza more flavorful not dry. The staff was nice and attentive. A week later, we went again to Top Golf. Amazing time and this time hubby and I shared their turkey club sandwich - delicious! I highly recommend to visit on a weekday. Right now, it's 50% off to play all day, Monday - Thursday. Service was quick and the setting is very relaxing. Go!! read more

I've been to many Topgolf locations across the US, but this location has been the best visit by far. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Same great experience hitting some golf balls and the food was just as good. I wasn't too hungry, but decided to try the Hot Honey Pepperoni Flatbread, which was pretty damn good! Went to Topgolf with my family today and felt like I had to leave a review. I've been here a handful of times and always have a great experience, but today was especially memorable. The food is always good and our server (I wish I remembered her name!) was incredible--attentive, friendly, and just overall amazing. I know it's Easter and she probably had plenty of other places she'd rather be, but she still showed up with such a great attitude. Truly appreciated. I had the best experience planning and hosting my bf's surprise 40th birthday at Topgolf! From start to finish, everything was seamless. I worked with Eric to plan the event, and he was amazing. Super responsive, organized, and made the entire process so easy by providing all the information and paperwork I needed and answering every question along the way. The day of the event truly exceeded our expectations thanks to our incredible bay hosts, Annie and Itaiee. They were so attentive, organized, and genuinely kind. They made sure everything ran smoothly and went above and beyond to make the day feel special. We even had a hiccup getting there and they were so accommodating to make sure the birthday boy didn't miss out, which meant so much to us. The Ultimate Bites menu included in our package was delicious and I really liked that it was buffet style and the food was kept warm the entire time. Topgolf truly helped make this celebration unforgettable, and we all had the best time. I can't recommend this location enough for any special event! read more

The field is very nice, the server was friendly, and if you go during their late night the price is much cheaper. We went around 11:30 on a Wednesday night and stayed until closing and had a blast. It's a fun thing to do even if you've never played before. Drinks on the menu are not tasty, I went to several locations and they all taste the same so I need to just start ordering regular drinks. Also food is very simple. It's basically just like bar food so don't expect much. read more

I'm definitely not a pro, but Topgolf makes it fun for everyone regardless of skill level. The atmosphere is fun and the service at the Ontario location was pretty quick. I really appreciate the diverse food menu; it's way better than your typical bar food and the flatbreads were delicious. Also climate-controlled bays. read more

I've been here for my nephew's birthday party and recently on my lunch break with fellow class mates. Both times were incredibly fun. I never had a desire to come here but now I wouldn't mind visiting more frequently. There's plenty of games to choose from and they provide clubs if you don't have your own. If you don't know how to hit a golf ball, no one cares, just keep trying and don't hit anyone. The bay comes with a server and we ordered drinks and appetizers and took turns hitting the golf ball. It's a great team building experience or place to hang out with friends and family and catch-up on what's been going on while also having a friendly competition. This was my first time coming with a group of friends and I must say it was such a fun time! Unfortunately, I can't say too much about the reservation and booking process as my friend took care of that but as soon as we all got there, we walked towards our booked spot. We ordered a few drinks, which were okay. My friend ordered some nachos which unfortunately took quite some time to get there. I ordered the mac & cheese bars, which were delicious, I recommend. Since this was my first time going, a lot of the guidance provided to me was via my friends who have been there previously, but I feel like if you went for the first time without knowing anything, there's quite a lot of instructions around to get you to understand the concept . There was lots of celebrations and groups all around us, which just made it all that much fun. I really like that this place closes really late, which makes that a great spot for a late hang out with your friends to celebrate, birthdays and other accomplishments. Amazing time was had by all. The combination platter ($46) with the chicken sliders was amazing. The pizza was horrible and literally most of it was thrown away. Our not always available or ignoring us (clearly could see empty cups & only refilled cups individually once asked) waiter didn't seem too shocked when we didn't opt for a to-go box. Their "Rules" are kind of annoying to be honest. They would not serve us food or drink at the downstairs bar because we were too close to our "tee time." Which was annoying since we drove an hour to get there and still had 40 minutes until that scheduled time. I also tried to go grab a beer for my friend at the bar during our 2 hour scheduled time and was denied again. I was told we can only add items to our "open bill." I just wanted to do something nice and surprise my friend with a beer. But apparently that's too much to ask! So, Top Golf missed out on another sell. Personally, I did not want to add alcohol charges to his already ridiculously priced bill. Since he does not accept my money when I offer to pay for things. Will we be back? Horrible experience DON'T BOOK reservation and send over a deposit fee if you want them to STEAL YOUR MONEY. Husband has booked and sent over a deposit fee showed up to the appointment only for them to say they'll deducted it to their bill at the end of the session, but has been fully billed for the food, games, and deposit fee which it was clearly stated that it's a refundable deposit once arrived at the appointment time. Called top golf with all the proof billings and for them just to say sorry that's just the way the system is and didn't offer a refund the woman who works there and took the phone call today June 17th needs to do better on her customer service because this is unacceptable. read more

This is a rly fun spot to go to with friends, especially if you wanna do something more chill but have fun :-) I love activities & it was so cool how top golf offered different golfing games -- I tend to get bored of doing the same thing so this was nice xD We had our spot from 9:30-11:30, and our waitress was so kind + attentive. I didn't get the chance to try the food but after looking at peoples reviews on how good it is, I need to try next time. So glad they opened a topgolf closer to me ^.^ read more

A fun evening with family. Got two bays to accommodate our group. Great service, informative and helpful. Bar seating to enjoy your apps. Though two hours was a bit rushed to have to play and eat. I would recommend drinks while playing then stay after your golfing time and enjoy a meal at your leisure. Plenty of lounge space and outdoor patio on the top floor. They texted me that my bay was ready then it was not ready when I got up there and took them ten minutes to get me set up when I had already had a reservation and even got a confirmation text. Last time I was here it took them 30 minutes to bring us out waters and we had to ask three times and they don't allow you to bring in your own water bottle it was completely ridiculous. We golfed on the third level, which had a good view. It was a little fresh, but they had the heaters on, which kept us warm. The service was friendly, attentive, and overall great. Our party ordered various food items. The menu has vegetarian and vegan options labeled, and some of the vegetarian options can be customized to become vegan. The vegan options we got were the chips and guacamole, tater tots, fries, and mushroom tacos (without the cheese, slaw, and cream), which all came out quick and tasted great! I also tried the spiked strawberry lemonade, which I enjoyed. Overall, I thought this was a cool spot to eat, drink, play, and hang out. FRONT DESK IS RUDE!!! The guy at the front desk named Colin was very rude very short with his answers. I definitely wanted to leave after speaking with the front desk, but I had already paid for my session so I decided to stay once we got to our cabin the staff on the second floor was very helpful and nice but the front desk is a very offputting and rude and they definitely need to get a new receptionist because his attitude was very bad even the guest before me wanted to speak to the manager. read more

Wow what a view from the 3rd level. Kalia, our server, was Amazing. Well versed and super fast with a Lovely Smile. We ordered a couple of Pitchers, Wings,& Fries. DELICIOUS!!!! Promptly served Hot & Crispy with delicious flavors available. The games were Fun. All the equipment performed well. BONUS!!! Super clean Restrooms. The cocktails and nachos were not that great but the pretzel bites with cheese were good. Reserve ahead of time and you get a small discount. They have free EV charging stations in the parking lot which is a big plus!! If you're new, they charge a $5 membership fee. Logging in your info and setting up the player board eats into your paid play times. No outside food or drinks but they'll allow cakes and cupcakes for special events. read more

The table needed to be wiped down even though they said it was ready. The nachos were not great, then again I don't think anything on the menu is. The experience is fun, but the food portions are small. But my main complaint is all the spiderwebs and large spiders everywhere. Especially in the lanterns right above our table and food. A spider literally finished eating another spider and let it go on us in our bay. And then I look over to the bay next to us and a spider is literally hanging right in the seating area. There are webs and spiders above the heaters....this is a nightmare. We have a larger spider above our table and none of us want to sit on that side of the bay, also with fear the spider will come down on us while eating. With the price of this experience, they should hire a pest control to keep the facility clean of these spiders. This is the 3rd encounter with spiders in the lantern above our bay/table so this time I had to post about it. Hopefully this gets cleaned up. read more

We had an incredible time at Topgolf for my mom's 60th birthday party! We had a big group and Eric organized all the party details for us so that we could have a private section of bays for all of us to enjoy! On the day-of, our two party coordinators/waitresses (Victoria and Anessa) were so helpful and attentive - even helping us with decorations beforehand! And the bartenders too, (Ty, Dylan and Jack) they were helping us keep the party going and provided top-notch service to my mom and all her friends. They were so awesome, they even wore our party visors (see photo). Food was great too! We went to topgolf for two couples in the middle of the day 11am Upon arrival we asked if there was any availabilty if we could purchase another bay and play two and two. The staff at the counter abruptly said "no" we asked why and he stated each bay can support 8. We explained fhat we were willing to pay we just wanted to have more swings. They said no they were full with varying resevation times and they needed space for "potential" walk-ins. We were there for two hours and there was 8-9empty bays the entire time. They unfortunely lost out of more money. That was confusing and didnt make sense. We did however enjoy our time golfing. The game Choices were fun and easy for all players. Clean area and bars were open. The food was what we expected, happy it came our warm and the waitress was nice. Our experience could have been better. From booking on the app to presenting at the bar. This three star review comes from the result of two employees. Cam was our second server. We checkin right before a shift change from the looks of it. The bartender who was there when we arrived was so bothered. Not sure what her day looked like but she set a negative tone for our night. I didn't realize Tuesdays are half days making it a busy day. We managed to make our groups work and when the shift changed so did the service. The staff was in a much better mood and happy to be working which always makes it a better experience. The food is decent for this type of location.
