More importantly, management should determine which manager was working on July 20 around 7:15 PM because the lack of professionalism from both the server and the manager reflects a much larger customer service problem. Looking at the restaurant's ratings, it's hard to believe this was an isolated incident. The manager's reaction made it clear why so many guests leave disappointed. Good restaurants know that service recovery matters just as much as the meal itself. A sincere apology and an effort to correct the issue would have gone a long way. I hope ownership takes this feedback seriously and provides additional customer service training. Guests spend their hard-earned money here and should feel valued, especially when celebrating important occasions.

My wife had the Shimp Tacos and I had the Smash Burger. Fries come with the burger and these guys have shoestring fries! I highly recommend those. This is a big burger and it will fill you up. We really enjoyed our meal. But the Werks is not a burger place. Their menu is impressive. There is something for everyone. Steaks, rib eye, fish, pasta, pizza, salads and a great list of sandwiches. Great service, classy interior with comfortable seating makes this restaurant a good choice for a nice date night.

Had an amazing time on a Sunday. Arrived about 11:00 to a reserved bay and six of us spent 2 1/2 hours driving balls. $20 before noon per hour and $40 after. Unlimited balls and clubs. Very good service. Adult beverages arrived quickly. Placed was packed. Parking needs to be increased. San Antonio could easily use a second location. This place makes money hand over fist. Range isn't as long as other TopGolf locations because of endangered tarantulas behind the back fence (or so I've heard). But I think the distance is just fine. My only complaint (if you even can call it that) is the lack of tee-up machines. If you're going to have automatic ball dispensers I don't see why you can't go the extra mile and add them. This whole place is top of the line. Strange they didn't add that nice perk. Oh, and the restrooms. Someone dropped the ball there. A place that big with that many people deserves much larger restrooms. Anyway, great fun to be had by all. Bring the family! I'll definitely be back! read more

I'm giving this 3 stars because I usually have good service here. I came on a Sunday evening with 5 friends and was served by Kimberly W. We ordered food and drinks, but almost half an hour later, we still hadn't received any of our drinks. We found our waitress sitting in the bar section at a table watching TV. After approaching her asking about our orders, she asked what we ordered.. She finally brought a few of or drinks by the time our food arrived. We asked about the tea we ordered and she said it should be almost ready. I don't remember tea taking that long to make. We also ordered a well drink and was charged for a top shelf beverage. I don't know if they require waiters to have their TABC, but they should. I'm very disappointed in seeing poor service on a not-so-busy evening. read more

Such a fun family experience. The covered bays and heaters make it enjoyable year round. Great for all range of golfers. Many different games of golf to keep things interesting and $20-$40 depending on the time of day. Went on a holiday weekend and got right in. Bob at the front desk set me and my family up. Kind and friendly service. Darlene then helped us set up in the bay. Fast and friendly checking on drinks and food to ensure a pleasurable experience. I went here with my girlfriend for the first time a few weeks ago. I don't play golf very often, but that was not an issue whatsoever. It was such a blast to play the games they had and just to hit the ball around. Having a waiter/waitress be there to help you out and bring food/drinks was just the perfect touch. My colleagues brought me here last weekend for a work outing. I was so surprised by how wonderful this place was! I like to go out and have a casual game every now and then, but Top Golf just blew me away. The wait staff was incredibly helpful and kind and were there to assist us in any way. The holes are each unique and whimsical and actually fun. Being indoors is a big plus. All of the holes were in good shape which often is not the case for mini golf. Just a fun place to spend an hour or so. If there was any 'down' it's that you get you first token for your ball when you pay and then after the first 9 holes you go back to the front desk to get tokens for your ball for the next 9 holes - the line took a fairly long time to get through and was clearly a huge bottleneck. I'd suggest either opening the second counter or giving all of the tokens at one time. We'll bring our grandkids back here - each holes had a different fun theme!

This is only offered Mon-Wed for walk ins and only till 8pm. If you book online you will pay more for limited play even for only 9 holes. Very creative holes in a limited mall space location.
