Before we even opened the packs, he called Sage's first big hit... a Gold Zygarde. We all laughed, and then somehow he actually manifested it. From there, he was hyping every pack, celebrating every pull, and matching a 5-year-old's excitement with the energy of someone who genuinely loves the hobby. That's rare. The shop has an awesome selection, a great atmosphere, and zero gatekeeping--whether you're a serious collector or a little kid chasing their next hit. We were very kind and genuinely asking for guidance, don't know why he treated us that way. Overall rude experience, he wasn't helpful and was very judgmental. **hello, The employee working that night did say you didn't carry it which we understood, but before telling us that he was extremely judgmental saying "I wouldn't use that" in a condescending voice. He also proceeded to interrogate me, asking, "you don't know what's in it?" I tried explaining that a friend bought it for me, which is why we went in to inquire. When he said you guys didn't carry it we understood and decided to leave. I never insisted that they are hiding anything in the back, so whatever he said was a lie. I had to say "I trust my friend," who bought it for me, to which he slightly backed down from the judgmental tone. If you review the footage he never recommended a dispensary until we were walking out, you can see my friend and I turn around and he tells us something. Our body language also shows no signs of "insisting" or accusing them of hiding things. Our faces show only confusion as to why he was treating us that way. I understand trusting your employees and wanting to believe everything they say, especially since I'm just reviewing, but what he told you is inaccurate. I appreciate the reply but nothing was explained multiple times and the judgmental tone wasn't something we imagined.
