But that alone doesn't make a standout experience worthy of this 5 star rating. For quick context I've worked with at least three dozen contractors over the years for various projects. I've also had experience with a previous turf company when we do the front yard during the pandemic. And I have NEVER had a better experience during the actual service. His team was courteous, clean, professional, started and finished on time, and all the other things you look for. They moved all our garden boxes, disassembled our trampoline and put it back together. The work product was fantastic as you can see by the pictures. But what really made them stand apart was their attention to detail and their work ethic. Everyone on the job was genuinely happy to be there and actively looking for the next thing to do. Near the end of the day I started putting back our patio furniture as they were cleaning up and they stuck around to help me get everything in order. When they were finally done there wasn't a trace that they'd been there other than our beautiful new backyard. Because I had a poor experience with another turf company years ago, I did a ton of research on which product would be the most ideal for my needs, and this time I found Cocoturf and met it's proprietor, Olivier. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. I called as a cold lead just after finding the website, explained my needs, and Olivier came out to meet me, see the main project, brought a ton of samples, and made the perfect recommendation for my needs. Sep speaks clear English (important very important, native speaker, believe me), took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions patiently, and made thoughtful suggestions that I hadn't even considered (like leaving the border for example, I wanted to leave but he suggested to remove). At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt educated and confident in the decisions we were making. By the end of our first meeting, I trusted him completely.
