They're quick, know exactly what they're doing, and I am really happy with the way it all turned out. Pretty much exactly like what I had envisioned. The job consisted of removing 3 existing trees and about 600 sq feet of grass. All of a sudden it was my fault for moisture causing this! There is no sprinkler hitting in that area. The only thing I can think of is the heavy rain that hit the area a few weeks back. I was told to mix white vinegar and water which I did twice. The film is still present. I should have been told this would happen if there was a rain storm coming but was not informed! We went with CST bc Chad was responsive, pricing was reasonable, and he had stellar reviews. I now understand why they are so good. On the day of install his crew showed up and were professional, detailed, and cleaned up after themselves. They took pride in their work and inspected every section of the artificial turf to ensure precise application. Unfortunately we had an issue with our window flare causing problems and this is where Chad really shined. He acknowledged our concerns and went above and beyond to help resolve it. Transparently I was being a bit of a Karen too when the issue happened. Despite this Chad stayed professional, understanding, and was doing everything he could to make sure we were happy. The experience humbled me and reminded me that not everyone is out to take advantage of you. There are still some really honest, kind, and reliable contractors out there.
