I loved that each item had the simple ingredients listed with it on the name-- this made it easy for needing to ask if you have food allergies, but also terrific to see that the treats are made with basic ingredients like you'd use at home! I tried a snickerdoodle whoopie pie with cream cheese icing inside. The cookies were perfect and the frosting was a bit on the super sweet side but that's how I like my frosting so it was delicious! My mom got a slice of pie- the flavor was pretty good but since it was kept in the fridge, the crust lost a bit of the crunch/flakiness. We bought a take and bake frozen raspberry pie for the next time we have guests over. Mom also got a brownie, which she said was very good as well. The wide selection of pre made salads and sandwiches looked great as well as the large selection of take and bake meals and side dishes. This is my favorite type of a local gem to discover. It's a perfect spot to stop on the way to or from Lake Placid. I actually visited twice in the same day! It's open Friday-Monday (as of when I visited in November'23). I think I'll actually head back to that area next weekend and stop back in to pick up a few gifts and some more baked goods! Tried their number 1 seller the teriyaki beef and it was great- a perfect texture that was the right mix of chewy. They also stock a wide variety of exotic jerky! Did pick up the hottest jerky they sell the Carolina reaper for my work - it was very fun seeing all the guys try and handle the heat! She wasn't lying this isn't for the faint of heart but people kept coming back for seconds!
