I have only gone to the topspot since they first opened and love their new so spot even better. Great location but on the edge of a nice neighborhood so I hope that they are able to stay there for a long time. I have listed a few small details that I hope will help keep the Topspot around this area for much longer. All the tenders are friendly and do a good job, but sometimes they are often not wearing masks and I question if they are being required to regularly wash their hand or sanitize between customers. I saw a tender packing up wax with no gloves or a face mask. The front entrance and parking lot can use a good power washing to clean up all the drywall dust and construction debris that has been in the parking lot since the new spot opened. The inside could also be cleaned better, which in these times should be priority number one. There is still evidence of construction dust all over. I suggest that fixing these small discrepancies will help keep their reputation as the TopSpot!!! The store manager, supervisor or owner should be in charge of making sure the employees are assigned duties and are following though with those duties correctly. It might be a lack of leadership as it does seem like a free for all in there. A business like this needs to be kept tight. Ps: seemed like every stizzy package has been opened and checked. They don't bother to put the cartridge back in the proper position and just throw it back in the box. I hope the highest quality of cleanliness and sanitation is being put into the opening and checking of these kinds of products. read more

I was brand new to the weed world, I had no idea what I wanted. It was either a hybrid, Indica or sativa. Luckily they were understandable and very knowledgeable of what I wanted. So without the 5 star review I don't get a free joint but it's ok. Tax is included so that's nice. It's just that the "low shelf" buds, basically the 30 an eighth ones are definitely lacking. If I went there again I'd only look at the really expensive top shelf eighths which 55 is a little steep for me. It's a secondary type of place for me based on the low shelf herbs, they smell like neem a little as well, which isn't bad it lets you know they are using natural grow methods but it covers it original smell. I'd rate the place a little below average although they are very nice. read more
