I'd be careful if I was y'all I live in the area this is obviously a trap spot I've gone multiple times and you have multiple people scoping out the place I'm not even sure if it's the hwy patrol or goons but the other morning they was taking pics of the cars y'all had in parking lot A brown Toyota trd a Honda fit and mini coop they were across the street even as soon as this morning @7:20 am 3 black cars and a mini van of a few people I look there direction they looked away as I was walking my dog y'all gonna get raided or robbed I'd be vigilant those vehicles have been there a few days a week and especially at night I tried to call but no answer. Y'all seriously need to take a good look at this place I'm a social smoker but I know a ton about cannabis I studied abroad. The stizzys and other pens aren't even legit don't take a scientist to figure it out! What's in those carts? Not legitimately processed purchased from trap dealers !Also I'll say his name idc last time I went in jake skinny male was hitting in some girls that looked very very young maybe HS seniors they had Whittier HS badges on in plain sight! I'd be reporting to department of cannabis control! Also he told them about the reviews and how they get penalized for not getting a 5 star? I've been a loyal customer at Top Spot for over a year but my recent experience left me really disappointed. During my last visit, the budtender was unwelcoming and cold. On my way out I asked to speak with someone in charge. I wanted to express my concern as a customer who did not feel I received the level of service I was used to. Instead of hearing me out, the person identifying as a manager immediately defended the bud tender without listening to my concern. I reached out afterward hoping to speak with the owner, but a week has passed with no follow-up. All I wanted to communicate is that every customer deserves equal treatment and friendly customer service. It's sad to feel so disregarded by a place I've supported for so long. I truly hope they take this feedback seriously and work on valuing all of their customers' experiences. read more

The staff are always wearing masks and gloves every time I come so I'm glad they are taking the COVID situation seriously.
