We then waited another 25 minutes for the kids' corrected meals and a new basket of fries. Our server told us that the kids' meals and fries would be comped, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, when the food finally arrived, the fries were once again cold and stale. At that point, we were frustrated and just wanted to leave. Our server brought us the check, and we were shocked to see that everything was still charged. Nothing had been comped as we were told it would be. Mistakes happen, but the combination of poor service, long wait times, incorrect orders, stale food, and then being charged for items we were specifically told would be comped made this a really disappointing experience.
