A rock had found its way between my rear disc brake and the shielding which at the time was only an educated guess. Our next leg of the trip was over the mountains and we were at Palisade hotel. Next morning I met Mike and crew when they opened at 8:00. They have a number of cars lines up to work on. Mike drove my car 50 feet and confirmed what it was and squeezed me in. I was out of there before 10:00 AM at a very low cost. Mike has been doing this 60 years. After the estimator took about 20 pictures of all sides of my truck she told me she would sent me an estimate via e-mail. I then went to an auto shop for a 2nd estimate. 2nd place gave me an estimate within 10 minutes of arriving and made an appointment to have the new running boards installed. After I waited for 4 days I contacted Kaizen to see why I'd never received an estimate and was told that the running boards for my truck were obsolete and estimator was checking suppliers for replacements. All she had to do was check Amazon. So needless to say I'll never go back to Kaizen for anything. I believe they're liars and shysters and not worth my time nor money.

With the full diagnosis, he let me me know which fixes should be prioritized, how much the parts and labor would be, and how long it would take to fix it.
