Tried for the first time tonight, never going back. Called to order 10 minutes before they were open, they answered and told us they didn't open until 5. Hung up. We were already in the area so drove there and at 5 minutes to 5 they turned on their open sign and I went in to order. They said they already had a few orders ahead of mine that had called in... I ordered a bacon pizza, half with pineapple to go. The quality was just very subpar. The bacon was funky tasting. The cheese tasted kind of gross. The crust was bland and not good. Also it was cut in tiny squares and by the time I got home the pieces just didn't come apart and was a mess to eat. Not worth the price. I would choose Mia pizza over them. read more

our out of town family met there for Dads 93 birthday. They picked me up after I had worked a shift as a nurse to take me with them. I can't always leave on time if we have sick patients in the clinic. rest of the party was there and we were there at 815. The manager was rude, THEY TOLD US IF WE GOT THERE AFTER 930,THEY WOULD NOT SERVE US. could not have enough ice cream cones for our party, so we had to pour out icewater and use that glass for my brothers ice cream, and only Dad had a small bowl of ice cream. We have been ordering pizza from there monthly, and heve been eating there for decades. SOOO SAD! Were not going back. Where have all the decent people gone? Just BAD ATTITUDE. read more

Man that was some good Italian food. We stopped in town to go to another place and it was closed. Ended up here and neither my mom nor I was sad about it. The waitress was attentive. Filled our drinks and checked on us without being pushy. We both had salads, get the dressing on the side if you don't want a lot (I forgot to ask but at least it was vinaigrette.) We talked about splitting a pizza. I saw the Torino special pasta and decided not to. Good thing too because except for 2 pieces (it sounds bad but the pizza is cut into little squares not triangles) Mom ate the whole small pizza herself. We both agreed that the pizza was one of the best in the area. There is just some good flavor in that sauce and cheese oh and sausage and pepperoni. The pasta hit the spot too, also highly recommended. I think the place has been here forever and there is a reason for that. read more

I expected a lot coming in but was a little disappointed. Ordered the Torino special and it was rather soupy and hard to eat. It did not contain a lot of flavor, just tasted like a bunch of canned vegetables and sauce tossed in with spaghetti noodles and some cheese and meat on top. My suggestion is to try going with something else on the reasonably priced menu or find another spot to eat in town. read more

Me and all of my friends went there FROM OUT OF TOWN to eat a nice dinner there all together. The decor was weird...and right off the bat they were not nice. We were told we couldn't pull a chair up to the booth which was okay so we sat at a bigger table, as soon as we sat down we were thrown the menus and not asked what we would like to drink, meanwhile the table that was sat a few minutes AFTER us were already getting their drinks. We understand it was busy and we were fine with waiting but she proceeded to walk away and not come back after a while to tell us she will be with us in a minute. Before taking our drink orders she didn't tell us what kind of products they carried (wasn't on the menu either) leaving us to guess if they have coke or pepsi, we asked if they had coke or Diet Coke she said no and they had pepsi. she told us that she has a couple of tables to take care before she puts in our order. All of this was fine but when taking our order she was very disrespectful, a few of us got pizza and one of us got pasta. When my friend was ordering pasta she asked if she could get a side of fries and our waitress told her several times in a rude voice that it was an extra charge because fries aren't an available side when ordering pasta, my friend said she was okay with that and she continued to tell her it was an extra charge after being told my friend was perfectly fine with that. She was very hostile to us and very passive aggressive with us and we were all very understanding that she was busy and had other things to do but she was not very nice and not welcoming this was a very bad first experience dinning here but the food itself is delicious just wish the service was better. read more

I'm giving two stars because I have walked out of this place with a decent steak before. Tonight sadly, that was not the case. I ordered a 120z ribeye to go and when I got there they gave me a serlion. Before I could even open my mouth to say something the woman who runs the place(I dont know who owns it but this lady certainly runs it) tells me that serlion was on the ticket, that's what she cooked and that's what I get. I could see the guilt on the face of the man who took my order but he looked too afraid to speak up. Here's the kicker, they dont even have a 12 oz. Serlion on the menu. They gave me their 10oz cut and a piece of another steak. That's why I specifically said 12oz ribeye to help avoid any confusion. Now they only charged me for a serlion but that's not really the point. Being confrontational and refusing to fix a botched order is not the way to keep customers coming back. read more

The restaurant was clean, and the staff was courteous. The pizza was very good, and their medium was the size of a Papa Johns large! Needless to say we ended up with leftovers (an always delightful surprise).In the picture I uploaded the edges with the most crust are gone because the crust is handmade and delicious! Little tip... If your weird like me, and having ranch for your pizza is a must (don't judge me), ask for the big cup. It costs $.50 for a small cup, or $.75 for a cup the size of a coffee mug (hmm) apparently a quarter will get you a long way! The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that we felt a little uncomfortable. I was sitting facing the front of the restaurant, and when I would look up towards the front of the restaurant I would see two to five people looking right at me. Literally, every time I looked up I made eye contact with someone that was staring at me. It made me a little self-conscious, afraid I was eating weird or had sauce on my face. I really get into my food sometimes, so I just may have been eating weird; or it was the fact we were the only people in the restaurant (Oooo customers!). Either way it was awkward, and unusual. (And no I'm not crazy or self absorbed, my husband even turned around a couple times and witnessed it himself). But as a very redeeming quality, you get free ice cream with your meal! read more

Very disappointed. We ordered a large sausage pizza which was thin and soggy, dripping with grease from the cheese. Each of the 8 slices of pizza had only 1 or 2 pieces of sausage on it. When I called the restaurant to let them know, they told me if I had ordered it with "extra" sausage, it would have had sausage "all over" the pizza. He also advised me that I should have ordered my pizza "crispy" to avoid getting a limp pizza with no bottom crust to hold its form. It would have been nice to have known these things when I was ordering the pizza and not after the fact. Who wants to pay $15 for a soggy, limp sausage pizza with very few pieces of sausage?! Owner/manager didn't seem to care that we were unsatisfied with our pizza order. They use to have the best pizza in town. read more

Under cooked pizza. The owner lady refused to do anything about it when I picked it up and her best offer was to put it back in the oven with the liner paper attached to it and in her words cook it more and have all the cheese stuck to the paper lining in the box. No offer to remake the pizza or try to take it off of the liner to cook it more the proper way. It was disgusting customer service and I mentioned that to the cashier ringing me up. He consulted the owner about my disappointment and she started yelling at me that I wasn't correct that it was undercooked and I should have ordered it well done. It was amazing how little she cared that I was unhappy with my order and how she snapped at me and started yelling when I asked her to rectify it. After she got nasty and started yelling at me I called her a bitc* and then she threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't leave the shop immediately with the undercooked pizza I bought. What a horrible experience will never go to this place ever again!!!! I don't want to support a business with a rude owner that belittles her customers. Hope this place goes out of business, they have no clue how to treat people right that support them.... it's so sad to see this place go downhill so much over the years! It's low quality food that they don't even cook properly. You can get much better pizza just going to a gas station like Casey's. Will not be going back. They charge you 2.49 each additional topping after the first one so we paid $22 for our large pizza 4 toppings. Their special that has all the topping is only $17... so that was one down fall. The other thing was the pizza is very thin not crispy thin but soggy thin was not very good at all. read more

Though we are told they are known for the pizza, which I am sure would be good, we chose the (I call it "the everything") pasta for two orders at our table and one order of the pasta alfredo with chicken. Great pizza, used to love going here, but the last time we went the woman who was working was SO RUDE. I assume she was either the owner or affiliated with the owner. We came in with a group and she said Friday nights weren't good nights to come in groups. Then she only let the waitress serve us one table at a time (our group took up 3 tables) so when the 1st table was finishing their food the 3rd was just getting theirs. Then she got upset when one of our members was using her walker to get up to go pay because the walker was in the way. Awful, AWFUL experience. I had called in for a take-out order, was given a 30 minute wait time before pickup. I was there in 25, ( about five older locals hovering at the entrance, and I was STARED at when walking in like WTF?! I see another reviewer had the same issue). The food was cold, tasted old, and when I immediately went back in to return the crap and ask for my money back, as the food was total garbage, said mean old blonde weirdo made a nasty scene to try to embarrass me in front of the line of 'locals'. Seriously negative all-around, and the food is awful. I see people have gushed about the pizza crust. Puh-leeze! Wish I could leave a negative star for this place. The food isn't bad, the owner's wife makes it intolerable, and I know I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with her. I will never eat here again after observing a horrible exchange between the owner's wife and one of their cooks (on Christmas Eve, too!). Not sure what happened initially, but judging by the way the owner's wife was screaming, one of the cooks had accidentally dropped the sausage for their pizzas, and they wouldn't have more for another 30 minutes; I suppose the owner makes it himself. I heard the cook apologize, many times, before he finally stood up for himself and asked her to not to speak to him like that. I agree with the cook, NO ONE should be humiliated in front of a full restaurant for an accidental food dropping. In full view of the restaurant, this woman told the cook to go home (and it was a busy evening). I suppose she doesn't like being contradicted and is used to treating her employees like garbage. I've given my business here for many years, but I have no problems taking my business somewhere where employees are treated with more respect. I will also be telling my colleagues and friends to avoid this restaurant. No employee deserves to be treated the way this poor cook was. What a Christmas present. read more
