As for the animals in the store, it's hit or miss. Sometimes there's a good selection and other times the variety is very limited. What makes this even worse is that this isn't the first time I've seen him act like this. In my experience, he's consistently rude, condescending, and seems to go out of his way to make customers feel small. I have no idea how someone with that attitude is allowed to represent the store.
