It was my first time visiting this location and It was so fun! My friend brought me to this location to try it out and we went a weekday afternoon. You have the option to bring your own bat or use one of theirs. You can purchase tokens for batting rounds or you can purchase time and play until your time it up. I highly recommend reserving if you have a group as their rule is the share batting cages between rounds with others waiting. Torrance Batting Cages is our go to for many baseball purposes including BP in the cages, practices on the turf, and glove repair. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, honest and attentive and the facility is well maintained and cared for. My youngest was so lucky to be handed down a Nokona glove. For me, it's pretty hard to give less than five stars for the batting cages and the only reason I'm doing it is because they're on enough cages and there are too many children around for this 40-year-old man to choose some tobacco and crank some line drives. I do gotta say that I miss hitter's house because I could reserve a cage and not worry about all the other BS. Also that area of Crenshaw and Wilson Park is weird and it sucks. read more

Fantastic Facility. Love the flexibility of stopping by and using tokens or scheduling a 30/60 minute time slot for my little league boys and their teams. They have an amazing staff that is super helpful for your batting and glove repair needs. Great value too! We love it here. read more

We came from Long Beach to get our 12 year old son's glove fixed as the laces were loose. Kevin was able to fix it while we waited. He did an amazing job and so quickly! He was really nice and we could tell he's been around the baseball community for many many years. He was able to promptly help people as they came in to use the cages as well. Batting cages are great. But they misscheduled my batting lesson twice, then the shop staff just taught the lesson bc the coach couldn't make it, and it was the flimsiest little lesson ever. They should give me my money back. read more

These cages are great! For the most part pitches are consistent which I can't say for all batting cages, so definitely a plus. It is conveniently located at Wilson park. They opened recently and are taking all recommend precautions so it's safe for all. Masks are not required while batting, but must be worn in the common areas. So excited to have this option available again for a little activity. read more

Very rude environment. Every time I come here with my son someone always tries to bully a cage away. Especially the staff, it's as easy and as simple as "excuse me, someone just reserved this cage do you mind stepping aside" not smacking the sign up and rushing in the second my son steps out without any notice.. especially when you see him purchasing more coins. You guys are grown men can we try and act like it. that's literally so weird. Stand up for your customers and set boundaries. read more

Amazing staff! Very reasonable price! My husband and I brought our daughter by to hit for awhile. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The cages themselves are well organized and we didn't have to wait (fast pitch softball is the last cage). They had loaner bats and lent my daughter batting gloves since her hands were frozen (we are from Hawaii). Both of the gentlemen who helped us were very knowledgable and eager to help. We will definitely be back when we are in the area and will tell all of our friends what a great place it is. **They tightened up my daughters fielding glove while we were standing there talking story. This place has horrible customer service and is completely unorganized. Given the placement of the cages you are continually staring at the setting sun which makes hitting the ball extremely dangerous. When arriving my party immediately chose batting cages NOT staring at the sun. After two tokens we were told by employees that our cage had been "reserved" for another party and that another lane was open for our use. This one however is completely starting at the sun. Great customer service would be throwing a couple extra tokens our way for knowingly sending our party to a completely worthless cage. Will not be returning here. read more

Fantastic Glove Repair & Relacing! Dropped by TBC on Monday at 3:00 pm to get my old (circa 1985) A2000 relaced. Met with the owner super cool & knowledgeable. Told him I wanted my entire glove done. With my sons starting to play tball, I went searching my parents garage for my old glove that I've had since high school. It had been through the ringer. Hadn't used it in 20 years. Was going to toss it out but had an attack of nostalgia. Took it to these guys, and I cannot believe how awesome of a job they did. At first I thought they were a little pricey, but after seeing what they did to my beaten up glove, it beyond justified the price they charge. Seriously, their palm replacement made my glove into what it felt like 20 years ago. Highly highly highly recommend these guys!!! Don't throw good leather away! I went to Torrance Batting Cages for the first time last week and was very impressed with the facilities and equipment. Pretty new and clean facilities, nice pitching machines fit baseball and softball. I like how the baseball pitching machine has the arm so you can tone the pitch better. Some cages have the ball drop down and spits the ball out so it's hard to time the pitch. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. Big parking lot, easy to find, and they open late during the week. The price is pretty cheap 12 pitches for a dollar. I spent $5 for 60 pitches and got a good workout and some good swings. Also they are dog friendly which is a plus!! I definitely recommend this place for some batting practice, baseball or softball. I will definitely be back for more batting practice. read more
