No engine roar, no warming up--just pure, unadulterated acceleration that felt like being shot from a cannon! The first corner approached rapidly. I braked--perhaps too hard--and felt the rear end slide ever so slightly. My pupils dilated. This was it. This was the dance. Turn two. I remembered the instructor's words. Brake early. Apex late. Had to break those pieces off and eat around it) and Pepsi in a bottle. My bro got sliders, wings, tots and Pepsi. His food took a while so we couldn't really eat together. Ended up sharing my food while we waited for his to come out -- which was weird since we were the only ones there who had ordered anything. When his food finally arrived he ate some of it and threw the rest away --guess he wasn't impressed. He mentioned it was "decent". Now to the races: Multiple people came and bumped me trying to get past me --never saw her slow their go-carts down but she definitely slowed down me and my bro multiple times when we were the ones getting bumped continuously. It got to the point where I just purposely stayed the last racer just to try and enjoy the experience and made no attempts to move up the ranks. Idk what the men's restroom looked like but the women's restroom had lots of gnats! Paper towels overflowing from the discard. Important to note: For as many staff as they had lollygaging around near the track you would think the place would be spotless. There weren't a whole lot of customer so definitely some staff could've been putting in some time and effort to clean around the place. Ultimately: We paid for (3) races. Ended up only using (2) mutually agreeing it was time to get outta there. Leaving the 3rd race on our accounts for another visit that we will be using at ANOTHER LOCATION. No I don't recommend and doubt I'd be returning. This review is reflective of my visit on 11/7/25 Duration of stay around 2hrs.

The place has been around quite some time and kids do tend to make a mess, but they keep up after it. Parking is for a fee, but sometimes you get a game card that comes with the parking. It can get crowded in the summer and on weekends. We go on week days and have been several times. Now, the prices in here add up fast so be mindful of that, but it is the same as other similar places. Miniature golf is about 16$, a go kart is about 12$, the arcade can really add up so get a card that you can use for the wide variety of games they have. The bumper boats and Disk Thrill Ride are about 12$ per person. We love their little train and that is about 5$. You can get a two hour wrist band and we do that and save a lot that way. All in all the prices are fair. The service there is nice and the place has a lot to offer, you don't have to do it all. There is a lot to do. They also have Birthday Parties there and that is great. It is super fun.

But we spent alittle over $300 there on everything! There is a $35 or $45 entrance fee depending on when you come. It's just to come inside the lagoon. If you want the obstacle course it's an additional $10 per person for 55 mins (super short). If you want to kayak, use the aqua bike or use the paddleboard it's an additional $10 per equipment/item. There is a kiddie area for small and young children. They DO NOT allow outside food or drinks except water! There is a small shop that sells misc. items, snacks & drinks (overpriced). They also had a foodtruck inside that was expensive and the meals didn't come with drinks. They do have plenty of staff and lifeguards there. The entrance fee should of been $15-20. The obstacle course atleast 90-120 mins instead of the 55 mins. Wish the foodtruck came with drinks and was a bigger portion.

I played baseball growing up and decided to get back into it. Been going to Rex's on the 90mph cage for the past 5-6 months and it's always been a great time! Staff is friendly, the cages a really well set up, and other customers have been really good about all rotation when on tokens. All in all a great place to work on hitting. One unexpected convenience: there's an electric vehicle charging station right on the street, which is super handy. There are usually one or two unhoused people in the park when I visit. It's noticeable but hasn't stopped me from enjoying the space. If you live nearby or are visiting for a walk, jog, or community activities, St. Andrews Park is a gem. I really enjoy it and recommend it.

Friends invited me to try Jeanette's Zumba class and BOY, was it fun! This is a beautiful rec…read morecenter. Lots of space for dancing (even in the wrong direction sometimes!) and all were having a blast, hootin' and a hollerin' and seeing how low we could "drop it". LOL! My heart is willing, but my knees are saying a firm NO! Just $4, this was an activity worth pumping the heart and getting those feel good endorphins flowing. In other areas of this large space, the indoor basketball court had some pickup games going and in the parking lot, an organized group was doing a different style of dancing that also looked like a LOT of fun. Restrooms were clean, staff was at the front desk to answer questions and there's plenty of free parking. I'm def looking forward to my next class, even if my knees aren't. Cheers! "CC"

This is a nice little park. A good friend of mine lives nearby and we stopped here to take her dog…read moreout and go for a little walk. I love neighborhood parks, and to see them well kept is definitely a plus. I noticed a baseball diamond, a walking trail, some outdoor exercising equipment, there's also an area where you can let your dog off the leash to run around. Really nice, very clean, chill park. It definitely seems like a hidden gem, but a great place for kids and families to hang out on a nice day. Amongst the former, there's also a small skate park, tennis courts, basketball court, a playground and a preschool on the grounds. Granted, this may be a park in the middle of the hood, but I live in the 'hood' in New Orleans so i understand that everything is not always what you hear of it to be. What makes up the 'hood' is not the location or the buildings, yet, the people. Everyone out that day seemed to have the same agenda: enjoy the day. I didn't get any weary vibes at all. Oh and there's also a swing set for all you swingers out there ;)
