I wish I could give 0 stars. Read a review that said thier pumpkin got moldy within 3 days. Should have not doubted it and gone to another patch. I have no idea what this even is, wish I could get my $20 back. Most of their pumpkins also looked pretty nasty, beat and mistreated... This pumpkin patch is very expensive . $5 entrance fee anybody 2years and older. No food option. They opened at 10am but the pony rides were not available until after 11am. The biggest disappointment was their inhuman regulations for height and weight on the pony ride. My grandson who is 22 months and 30 lbs, rode the same pony in this picture with an older child who appears to be at least 130 lbs. read more

This location is open and terrible. The entire staff does not wear mask in the middle of a pandemic. It cost $5 for anyone over the age of 2 to enter. I don't understand the $5 cost because everything is charged. No free small pumpkin, $25 wrist band for the bouncer houses unlimited, $10 pony rides, $10 train rides. The remainder of the activities a train ride out of service and for a fee, the driving motorcycles, and water balls inflats all out of service and all for a price. Some of the prices not listed. This place is absolute garbage. $5 entry fee, $2/ticket to ride one slide one time. Five tickets for the train ride which was a joke. The workers there are totally out of it; might as well have robots collecting tickets. There's also no mask requirement so at least half the people in there with their kids are maskless. Staff is also maskless. We bought a small white pumpkin, probably 6 to 8 oz and the guy working the register subjectively said it was $5. I regret coming to this pumpkin patch all there employees are so rude and don't go on the pony ride one of them got so aggressive and almost drop a child. The worst part it was operative by a fourteen year old boy he didn't know what to do. The mom that had a toddler on the pony got injured by the pony. She couldn't walk she was in a lot off pain. I over heard them they wanted to pay her back with tickets so unprofessional I hope Del Amo Mall never lets them come back. read more

This place is open but should have stayed closed!!! STAY AWAY!!! Total ripoff!!!! $5 entry (2 and over) for absolutely nothing! I'm confused why they even charge the entry fee when everything inside you have to pay for is separate....They have no signs with prices, intentionally. You don't even know what you're getting ripped off till you get inside. Since the entry fee didn't include anything we went back up front to buy my daughter access to the jumpers and they wanted $25! You're joking right? For your 5 gross jumpers? $10 for a small and mediocre petting zoo?? No thanks. Employees weren't friendly, owner(with a small dog) was rude in front of us to a customer and then proceeded to tell employee that if next time someone asks a question like that to respond "none of your damn business!" and walk away. Train was broken down with trash and parts scattered everywhere, water ride not working, only food truck was all closed up and an employee had to go knock on their door to see what was going on. So ghetto and disappointing. Will never go back there and advise everyone I know to avoid it. read more

My son got burned on the slide. I wouldn't recommend going down the slides unless you have long sleeves, pants and socks on.

Let me start by saying that my family and I have been coming to this pumpkin patch for the last few years prior to the pandemic. In the past years we really enjoyed our annual visit to this pumpkin patch. We were sad that this place was not set up last year and were really excited to visit this year. Let me say if I could give this review a zero star I would. To begin, I was disappointed that we were charged $5 for entrance (my 2 year old was free), and this fee wasn't applied to a purchase of a pumpkin or was a pumpkin given to you. Second, the pricing for the pony rides, petting zoo and rides was ridiculous. It was $10 per person and mind you even children under 2 at this point also required a ticket. I had to ask the cashier if I heard correctly since my toddler was not charged for entry. How much space can a baby take? Usually other places would ask for the child to pay and that includes a free entry for the adult. You would think that by paying this price they would watch your kids for you. But of course parents would want to join their kids to make sure they are ok. Also, my husband asked how much the tickets were for adults to ride the slides. The cashier next to us made a comment and said "what a stupid question to ask". The reason my husband asked was because adults were allowed to ride the slides in the past. Anyways the price was $25 per kid for unlimited rides. Keep in mind this does not include the water one, petting zoo or any other rides. This is strictly for the slides and jumpers. Also, my son said that some of the people in charge of the slides/jumpers were not even being attentive. Another thing I did not like was that people were not wearing mask. This made me really upset especially when my 2 young kids were in the petting zoo. The only pro of this visit was that parking is free. I honestly wished I had read other reviews before visiting. Would give zero ratings if I could. They charge you five dollars just to enter the patch. There is nothing outside that informs you that you u also have to purchase tickets as well. We waited in line for a jumper before we were told we had to purchase tickets. I was told that the to tickets were a dollar each and I asked for $20 worth and was over charged and charged $40 for twenty tickets. Do not go here! Blatant rip off! $5 to enter, then on top of that you pay for the slides and rides. $10 a person for the small petting zoo, I repeat $10!!!!! Me my husband and baby went in so that's $30 or 15 tickets...we were in there for 10 mins. We decided to attempt the pony ride, 1) waited about 20 mins in line then 2) they took our tickets but she freaked out and didn't want to go, that was another $10!!!! Talked to the brash and loud owner/operator and of course, you guessed it, NO REFUNDS. On top of that the owner/operators RUDE daughter, she was about 10, cut in front of us at the pony ride and said that she's the daughter of the "man" who let us in...I should of complained more, I should of warned the people in line but my husband didn't want to cause a scene. If you have really small babies, not worth it, maybe if you have older kids that can enjoy the slides, they do not let adults on the slides so we couldn't take our two year old. A week before Halloween this Torrance pumpkin patch was charging one ticket per ride now it's charging two tickets per ride. I think that, that is absolutely absurd for these people to go ahead and change the pricing the day before Halloween or the week before Halloween for this boring place. Knott's would of been more pleasurable. Pumpkin patch charges 2.00 each person to enter then it charges you for all other things what a joke. I will NEVER go back to this place ever. The ponies look like they are over worked animal cruelty. My granddaughters 5 and 6 say the ponies look super sad and very tired and I feel the ponies are truly over worked. read more

We witnessed a pony upset and looks like injured a young lady while she was holding her baby boy. Aside from the nice personal photos we got of our babies, the whole event and people working the gate/ticket booth felt like a sleazy cash grab. People have written plenty about how expensive it is but also want to note the first two people you come in contact with at the gate. We needed (3) tickets ($15) and realized it was cash only. Between my husband and I, we found $14 in our wallets and the woman says, "better start scrounging up the coins." Were you seriously going to turn us away for not having the last few cents? Then the large man in charge of stamping everyone's hands goes "COME HERE!" to our 3 year old and makes him hide behind my leg. He says, "Whatever. He doesn't need a stamp." Nice welcome... and we haven't even entered the pumpkin patch yet. Then we're directed to the ticket booth and I ask the woman, "what is the minimum number of tickets I can buy?" And she starts with, "okay let me explain this to you..." and proceeds to tell me about why the $48 pack is the best deal. I asked you for the smallest option because I know you're trying to take all our money and I don't need that many tickets. I don't know who is responsible for staffing this event (maybe it's voluntary) and all the kids and cranky adults can be taxing... but if you're working a happy pumpkin patch (which may or may not be a kid's FIRST pumpkin patch experience) at least PRETEND to be pleasant and hospitable. You may see thousands of people a day but we only interacted with you once and it was a really terrible interaction. Hope you guys made a lot of money. read more

Beware of butt burns, skin burns for your kids when they're playing in the jumpers and going down slides. That's pretty much my only complaint. Pretty clean place, when we went it wasn't crowded at all because it was before noon. Be sure to buy your ride tickets before you go into the play area. Lots of people don't and have to walk all the way back to the front to get pony ride tickets or petting zoo tickets. The butt burn aftercare alone gives this place a 3 rating. read more
